Description
zusatzpatent zun, Hauptpatent Nr. <B>86851.</B> Verfahren ztir Herstellung eines neuen ehronderbaren Orthooxyazofarbstoftes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup peln von diazotiertein 5-Nitt-o-2-aiiiiiio-l-oxy- benzol mit der N-Methylens(ilfo",#i'i(ii-e der 2-Aminonaplitaliii-6-sulfosätire einen neuen ehromierbaren Orthooxyazofarbstoff herstellen kann.
Dieser Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelvio lettes Pulver und färbt Wolle atis saurein Bade in blaustiebig bordeatixpoten Tönen an, welche beim Nachehromieren in ein grün- stichiges Blatt von guter Walk- und PottIng- echtheit Übergehen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 15,4<B>kg</B> 5-Niti-o-2-amiiio-l-oxybeiivol wür den mit<B>30 kg</B> Salzsäure von<B>30' ' /o</B> und<B>712</B> kg technischem Natriumnitrit wie üblich dia7,0- tiert. Die Diazolz;
sung lässt man eitilaufen <B>in</B> eine Lösung von<B>32 kg</B> N-Methylens"tilfosäuire der 2-Aminoiiaphtalin-6-stilfosäuti#e (dargestellt durch Einwirkung von Formaldehyd und Natriumbistilfit auf 2-aniiiioiial)htaliii-6-s(ilfo- saures Natron) lgeli')st in<B>100</B> Liter Wasser. Die Kupplung ist bei gewi;linlicher Temperatur innerhalb weniger Stunden beendigt, darin wird der durch Aus2alzen ab-,e- schieden.

- <B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Vei#l'#tlipeii zur Herstellung eines neuen ehron-iierbaren Orthooxyazofarbstoffes, dadurch ,c,eli:eiinzeieliiiet, dat') diazotiertes 5-Nitro 2 <B>-3</B> iio-l-ox#bc#itzol mit der -\-.ulethyletisulfo- ann <B>3</B> s# -e der 2)-.-Iiiiitioiiaplititliii-(i-sulfos.-Lure ge kuppelt wird.Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelviolettes Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in blaustiehig bordeatixpoten T;;nen an.. welche beim 'Naehehromieren in ein grünstichlIges Blau von guter Walk- und Pottitigeelitheit Übergeben. I
