Description
Verfahren zier Herstellung eines neuen chromierbaren Orthooxyazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dal; inan durch Kup peln von diazotiertein 5-Niti-o-4-clilor-2-aniino- 1-oaybeiizol finit der N-Methylerisrilfosärire der 2-Aiiiinoriaplitaliii-6-sulfosäure einen neuen chromierbaren Ortliooxyazofarbstoff herstellen kann. Dieser Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelvio lettes Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in blaustiehig bordeauxroten Tönen an, welche beirr Nachchroinieren in ein grün stickiges Blau von guter Walk- und Potting- echtheit übergehen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 18,8 kg 5-Nitro-l-cliloi--2-auiirio-l-oxyben- zol werden mit 30 kg Salzsäure von 30"/'o und 7,2 kg technischem Natriutnnitrit wie üblich diazotiert. Die Diazolösung lässt man einlaufen in eine Lösung von 32 kg der N Dlethylensulfosäure der 2-Aininonaplitalin-6- sulfosäure (dargestellt durch Einwirkung von Formaldehyd und Natriumbisulfit auf 2-aniino- naplitalin-6-Nulfosaures Natron) gelöst in<B>100</B> Liter Wasser. Die Kupplung ist bei gewöhn licher Temperatur innerhalb einiger Stunden beendigt. dann wird der Farbstoff durch Aussalzen abgeschieden.

- <B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eine, neuen chromierbarenOrthooxyazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diazotiertes 5-Niti-o-4- chloi--2-aniino-l-oxybenzol mit der N-11Iethy- lensulfostture der 2- Aminonaphtaliri-6-sulfo- säure gekuppelt wird.Der erhaltene Farb stoff bildet ein dunkelviolettes Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in blaustichig bordeauxroten Tönen an, welche beim Nach- cbromieren in ein grünstickiges Blau von guter Walk- und Pottiiigechtheit übergehen.
