Table d'empaquetage.
Le dessin ci-joint représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de cette table. La fig. 1 en est une élévation latérale; la fig. 2 est une coupe en plan suivant la ligne 2-2 de la fig.1; la fig.3 est une élévation de côté, vue de la gauche de fig. 1; la fig. 4 est une coupe verticale partielle suivant la ligne 4-4 de la fig. 2; la fig. 5 est une coupe verticale partielle suivant la ligne 5-5 de la fig. 2; La fig. 6 est une vue en plan par en dessous des mêmes organes;

Packaging table. The present invention relates to a packaging table; which while being susceptible of general application, is particularly suitable for the packaging of good vouchers, in particular assorted candies.
Stacking tables have already been used in which the objects to be packed are successively brought to the packers in automatically driven containers. Such packing tables are in common use in the confectionery industry and advantageously serve not only to save labor and to eliminate unnecessary movements and wasted time on the part of packers, but also to regularize the packaging of products. assorted candies and to ensure in each package an assortment of uniform number and type.
The subject of this. The invention is a table of this type, comprising a guide device for making these receptacles travel a loop path in a horizontal plane, a control member for said receptacles, arranged and movable parallel to said loop path, and a member connection between each container and said control member, this connection member engaging pivotally with the control member, each container having a further member spaced from said connection member and engaging with said guide device to guide the receptacles in their determined path.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of this table. Fig. 1 is a side elevation; fig. 2 is a sectional plan taken along line 2-2 of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a side elevation, seen from the left of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a partial vertical section taken on line 4-4 of FIG. 2; fig. 5 is a partial vertical section taken along line 5-5 of FIG. 2; Fig. 6 is a plan view from below of the same members;

<SEP> <SEP> elements <SEP> 1 <SEP> close <SEP> space
<tb> between, <SEP> the <SEP> boards <SEP> jet <SEP> the <SEP> internal <SEP> ends of these elements are cut out in a semi-circular shape to fit around the semi-circular ends boards g or h. and at a short distance from these boards. In this way a continuous groove m is formed between the elements g lt j 1 and constitutes a closed loop in the table top.
On the outer side of each board j is a white rt which is raised above the plane of elements g and j (fig. 3 and 7) and is adapted to serve as a packaging shelf.
Cross members o (fig. 1) similar to cross member e, placed between each end frame and cross member e connect the boards g jet ii and form a suitable support for the ends of the boards g and h which (fig. 3) are not long enough to rest on the frames a and b. A raised shelf 1) centrally placed and intended to hold boxes or other empty objects conveniently for the packers,
is carried on the board g by a pair of consoles q and by a vertical partition board r arranged centrally.
The g h elements. j and 1 are torrs arranged in the same plane and form a support surface for a number of rotating cups 10; the groove m constitutes a guide device for these buckets. The cups 10 are rectangular in shape and can advantageously be made by molding. Referring to fi-. 5 and 6, it can be seen that the bottom of each bucket is formed by a thin movable plate -12 and that there is only a narrow rim 11 facing towards inside and adapted to carry said plate 12.
Fig. shows several of these buckets whose plates 12 have been removed. As can be seen distinctly at fi ,. 5, pins 13 and 14 are fixed in tabs on each bucket 10 and descend from the bucket in the guide groove m. The pin 13 has a k-rrgueur at. approximately equal to the thickness of the elements g and j, but the pin 14 has a tapered extension 15 which extends below these elements (fig. 5). The extension 15 fits.
free play through a pair of spaced ears 16 integral with an element 17 of the chain 18. The latter is mounted on chain wheels 19 and 20, the axes of which are arranged vertically and approximately under the center of the chain. curvature of the ends of the planes g and h (fig. 2). The wheel 20 is idle and turns in a console 21 which is fixed to the frame b in an adjustable manner (fi-. 1 ! And 7). By turning a screw 22 screwed in in the console 21, the latter can be moved horizontally with respect to the frame b to tension the chain 18.
The chain wheel 19 is fixed to a titi shaft 23 rotating in the frame a (fig. 3). and a bevel gear 21 is also fixed to this shaft below the chain wheel. A bevel gear 25 meshes with the wheel 21 and is fixed to the end of a horizontal shaft 26 mounted in the frame a.
A toothed wheel 27 mounted on the shaft 26 meshes with titi pinion 28 on titi horizontal shaft 29, and the latter is adapted to be actuated in any way required from an appropriate source of force.
The arrangement of the control and guide members for the buckets is important and advantageous. It is necessary that the go dets move according to a pre-determined defined path and it is nevertheless necessary that they move freely without jamming - The pin 14 moving in the groove) n and actuated by the chain 18 would actuate on its own buckets without jamming along a closed loop path, but the buckets could swing on the pin as a pivot.
To avoid this, each of the buckets is provided with the additional pin 13 which also slides into the groove an. The pair of pins necessarily forces the bucket to move in a predetermined way, and as a single gou bucket is controlled, no jamming occurs when the bucket lies on the curves. The driven pin is the front pin of the pair in the direction of bucket travel, because the other pin. guide will progress more easily in the groove being pulled than pushed.
The operation of the stacking table shown is as follows. The erupaqueeurs are seated along each aa 'shelf: on these shelves are placed the boxes which must be filled with assorted candies. When force is applied to the shaft 29, the chain 18 is actuated and, by its connection with the pin 14; advances buckets 10. These slide on boards y h j and l and are guided as described by pins 13 and 14.
The buckets are thus actuated in a circuit cry path on the table top and are always maintained in a horizontal plane. The buckets move at a uniform speed which can, of course, be chosen at will, but in practice the buckets are generally operated at a speed of five to ten meters il, per minute . An operator sits at the end of the table near the ta frame and places candies in boxes or on plates, or, if desired, directly on plate 12.
Various kinds of candy are placed in successive cups as they pass the operator, and with the arrangement shown sixteen different kinds of candy can be used. As the cups advance on their circuit, each packager takes a certain quantity (for example a proportionate part of the contents of the cup) and proceeds to its packaging, receiving the various kinds of candies in a fixed order.
If desired, the buckets can also be used to transport empty boxes to packers and remove boxes packed in (no common.
Thanks to this arrangement each packer is obliged to work at a uniform speed and must agree with the other packers, and he cannot escape without being immediately discovered; because each bucket returned to the main operator must be empty. In addition, unnecessary movements are avoided on the part of the packers and their work is efficient.
Packers work seated and don't have to run from box to box to pick something here, have something else, hinder each other and waste other nranii, still precious precious time. In addition, the assortment obtained by packing goods in the manner described. small being uniform and one small incline to control the order of the arrangement inside the box.
It should be noted in particular that the buckets are movable in close proximity to the packaging shelf and their tops are roughly in the same plane as the shelf so that the goods in the buckets are easily accessible to the packers. In addition, the buckets always move in a horizontal plane, which is special.
