Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines echten Küpenfar bstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass durch Konden sation von Dichinondisulfid (beschrieben im deutschen Patent Nr. 175070) mit p-Chlor- anilin ein neues Kondensationsprodukt ent steht, welches Wolle in der Hydrosulfitküpe echt gelb anfärbt.
Beispiel 9 kg Dichinondisrrlfid und<B>2,6</B> kg p-Chlor- anilin werden mit ungefähr 100 Liter Spiritus angerührt und einige Stunden am Rückfluss- kühler gekocht, das Kondensationsprodukt wird nach dem Erkalten abgesaugt, zuerst mit Spiritus, dann mit Wasser gewaschen. In Form der so erhaltenen Paste wird es zweckmässig unmittelbar zum Färben ver wendet.
Getrocknet b_ldet der Farbstoff ein in Wasser und Alkalien unlösliches braunes Pulver. Alkalisches Hydrosulfit löst dasselbe zu einer farblosen Küpe, aus der Wolle echt gelb angefärbt. wird.
