Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines echten     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Die     Erfindung    beruht auf der Beobach  tung, dass die     Thioderivate    der     p-Chitione     und ihre     Halogensubstitutionsprodukte    (be  schrieben im deutschen Patent Nr. 175070)  sich auch mit zwei verschiedenen     Arylaminen     zu besonders zum Färben der tierischen  Faser geeigneten wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoffen     kondensieren lassen.

   Gegenstand des vorlie  genden Patentes ist nun .ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines echten     Küpenfarbstoffes,     wonach man     Chinonmonothiosulfosäure    in in  differenten Medien bei niederer Temperatur  zunächst mit .     Metatoluidin    zu einem Mono  kondensationsprodukt kondensiert und hier  auf dieses mit     p-Chloranilin    zu einem ge  mischten Kondensationsprodukt vereinigt.         Beispiel:     26 kg     cbinoninonothiosulfosaures    Kalium  werden in ungefähr 1000 Liter Wasser bei  gewöhnlicher Temperatur gelöst, hierzu gibt  man unter gutem Rühren eine Lösung von  5,3 kg     m-Toluidin    in 12 kg Eisessig.

   Die  Bildung des Kondensationsproduktes beginnt  sofort und ist nach einigen Stunden     Rührens     beendet; dasselbe bleibt mit kirschroter Farbe    in Lösung. Man fügt dann eine Lösung von  4 kg     p-Chloranilin    in 10 kg Eisessig zu und  setzt das Rühren bei gewöhnlicher Tempe  ratur so lange fort, bis die Bildung des ge  mischten     Kondensationsproduktes    beendet ist.  Dasselbe ist nach fertiger Bildung zum Teil  ausgeschieden; man salzt aus,     filtriert    und  wäscht das Filtergut mit verdünntem Salz  wasser. Der so gewonnene Farbstoff färbt  Wolle in der     Küpe    echt gelb.

   The formation of the condensation product begins immediately and ends after a few hours of stirring; the same remains in solution with cherry red color. A solution of 4 kg of p-chloroaniline in 10 kg of glacial acetic acid is then added and stirring is continued at the usual temperature until the formation of the mixed condensation product has ended. The same is partly eliminated after it has been educated; it is salted out, filtered and the filter material is washed with dilute salt water. The dye obtained in this way dyes wool in the vat really yellow.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines echten Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Chinoiimonothiosulfosäure in indiffe renten Medien bei niederer Temperatur zu nächst mit m-Toluidin zu einem Monokon- densationsprodukt kondensiert und hierauf dieses mit p-Chloranilin zu dem gemischten Kondensationsprodukt vereinigt. Der so ge wonnene Farbstoff ist ein gelbbraunes Pulver und färbt Wolle in der Küpe echt gelb.
