Chariot<B>de</B> métiers (le filature dits self-actings. La présente invention a pour objet un chariot de métiers de filature dits self-actings et en particulier de métiers renvideurs<B>à</B> filer et de métiers renvideurs<B>à</B> retordre, ce cha riot étant constitué par des sections assem blées les unes aux autres dune part,<B>à</B> un châssis du milieu du chariot d'autre part, et<B>à</B> des plaques prévues aux deux côtés du chariot.
Suivant l'invention, cet assemblage a lieu par des cornières appliquées sur les bords des parties<B>à</B> assembler, transversalement par rapport<B>à</B> la direction longitudinale du cha riot, et par des boulons<B>à</B> écrous de serrage passant par des trous ménagés dans les ailes des cornières.
Cet assemblage des sections du chariot entre elles et de ces sections au châssis du milieu et aux plaques extrêmes est plus sim ple, plus facile<B>à</B> appliquer, plus rigide et plus solide que les dispositifs prévus jusqu'ici dans le même but.
Des formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention sont représentés partiellement,<B>à</B> titre d'exemple, dans le dessin annexé, dans lequel<B>:</B> La fig. <B>1</B> est une coupe, transversale<B>à</B> travers une partie d'un chariot, pour métiers self-actings dits mule-jennys, et représente l'application de cornières en haut et en bas d'une section du chariot et de cornières<B>à</B> l'avant et<B>à</B> l'arrière de la section<B>;
</B> La fig. 2 est une coupe transversale<B>à</B> tra vers une partie du chariot suivant i-ine autre forme d'exécution également établi, comme celui de fig. <B>1,</B> sous la forme d'une poutre creuse continue, et représente l'application de cornières, au bas d'une section du chariot et de cornières<B>à</B> l'avant et<B>à</B> l'arrière, et La fig. <B>3</B> est une élévation de face repré sentant des parties situées<B>à</B> l'endroit et dans le voisinage<B>de</B> la jonction de, deux sections du chariot<B>;
</B> La fig. 4 est un plan et fig. <B>5</B> une<B>élé-</B> vation de face d'une partie de la paroi du chariot repliée en forme de<B>U</B> et pourvue,<B>à</B> l'avant, d'une plaque ou tôle comprenant une partie verticale et une aile inclinée diri- gée vers l'arrière pour supporter le rail for mant boîtes<B>à</B> broches.
Le chariot de métier sel±-acting dit male- jenny, dont des parties sont représentées aux fig. 2 et<B>3,</B> est formé en sections<B>A,</B> dont chacune est constituée par une plaque inférieure métallique, par exemple en tôle d'acier, repliée pour fornier le fond a et pré senter des rebords montants,<B>b c,</B> formant les parois avant et arrière de la section, et par une plaque supérieure également en tôle d'acier repliée pour former le dessus<B>d</B> de la section et présenter<B>à</B> l'avant et<B>à</B> l'arrière, des rebords montants<I>e<B>f</B></I> rivés au devant<B>b</B> et au derrière<B>c</B> de la section.
Dans la forme d'exécution suivant la fig. <B><I>1,</I></B> le Fond a présente des rebords repliés vers le bas, le dessus<B>d</B> des rebords repliés vers le haut et les tôles formant les parois avant<B>b</B> et arrière c sont rivées sur les rebords. Le devant<B>b</B> est représenté comme s'élevant au delà du dessus<B>d</B> et pourvu d'un rebord<B>y,</B> incliné vers l'arrière, pour former un appui pour le rail formant boîtes<B>à</B> broches du chariot.
Sur chacune des extrémités du dessus<B>d</B> comme dans le cas de l'extrémité représentée, une cornière<B>h.</B> est rivée par l'une de ses ailes de manière<B>à</B> présenter la face externe de l'autre aile, s'élevant de la section-, dans le même plan que les extrémités adjacentes des tôles formant le fond a, le devant b, <B><I>le</I></B> derrière<B>c</B> et le dessus<B>d</B> de la section et,<B>de</B> même,<B>à</B> chaque extrémité du fond a une cornière i est rivée par l'une de ses ailes de manière<B>à</B> présenter la face externe de l'autre aile, descendant de la section, dans le même plan que la face extérieure de la cornière li située<B>à</B> la même extrémité de la section.
De même aussi, chaque extrémité du devant<B>b,</B> de la section est pourvue d'une cornière J <B>.</B> rivée sur elle par l'une de ses ailes de ma- ilière <B>à</B> présenter la face externe de l'autre aile, s'étendant de la section vers l'avant, dans le même plan que les faces extérieures des cornières<I>h i,</I> situées<B>à</B> la même extré mité de la section et chaque extrémité du derrière, c, de la section est pourvue d'une cornière,<B>k,</B> rivée sur elle par l'une de ses ailes de manière<B>à</B> présenter la face externe de l'autre aile, s'étendant de la section vers l'arrière,
dans le même plan que les faces externes des cornières<I>h i</I> et j situées au même bout de la section. Pour la connexion de la section<B>A à</B> une autre section similaire, une plaque d'acier<B>1,</B> s'étend.de l'avant<B>à</B> l'arrière entre les faces jointives des sections et est façonnée de manière<B>à</B> correspondre au profil présenté par les bords externes des cornières h<I>i</I> j et<B>k</B> <B>à</B> J'endroit des faces jointives des sections et des boulons in passant<B>à</B> travers des trous pratiqués dans les paires de cornières<I>h h</I> <I>i i<B>j</B></I> j et Ic <B>k</B> dans la plaque,<B>1,
</B> interposée et au moyen d*écrous de serrage sur les bou- loris în, les deux sections sont fermement accouplées ensemble et raidies par la pla que<B>1.</B>
Dans la construction représentée<B>à</B> la fig. 2 qui montre une section du chariot en coupe transversale, et<B>à</B> la fig. <B>3,</B> qui repré sente les extrémités reliées de deux sections, les sections<B>A</B> sont pourvues de plaques ïz, rivées aux devants des sections et s'étendant au-dessus d'elles et formées avec des rebords o inclinés de haut en bas vers l'arrière du chariot pour former suivant une disposition connue des appuis pour le rail formant boîtes <B>à</B> brochesp, de telle sorte que, le cas échéant, les plaques n peuvent être enlevées et rem placées par d'autres afin de permettre de changer l'inclinaison des broches,
ou d'eni- ployer des broches de longueur différente.
Les sections<B>A A,</B> indiquées aux fig. 2 et<B>3</B> sont pourvues,<B>à</B> la face inférieure<B>du</B> fond, de cornières i et, sur le devant et<B>le</B> derrière, de cornières<B><I>j k,</I></B> rivées sur elles, ainsi que d'une plaque<B>1</B> interposée entre elles, et sont reliées par des boulows ni,<B>de</B> la même façon que la section<B>A</B> représentée <B>à</B> la fig. <B>1,</B> mais les dessus<B>d</B> sont dépourvus de cornières correspondant<B>à</B> celles mention nées<B>à</B> propos de fig. <B>1</B> et la plaque<B>1</B> est établie de manière<B>à</B> correspondre au profil présenté par les bords externes des faces jointivFs des cornières;

Dans la construction représentée aux fig. 2 et<B>3,</B> les plaques n et des parties des devants des sections<B>A,</B> au-dessus du bord supérieur de la plaque<B>1,</B> sont prolongées au-dessus de la plaque<B>1,</B> de manière<B>à</B> se rencontrer sur les sections reliées ensemble.
Dans la construction représentée aux fig. 4 et<B>5,</B> qui montrent les extrémités reliées de deux sections, les sections B, formées cha cune d'une plaque de tôle repliée pour former un fond a, un devant<B>b</B> et un<B>.</B> derrière c, et pourvue de plaques n similaires<B>à</B> celles représentées aux fig. 2 et<B>3,</B> sont munies,<B>à</B> l'avant et<B>à</B> l'arrière, de cornières<B><I>j</I></B> li, de la même façon que celles représentées aux fig. 2 et<B>3,</B> mais les cornières i, des fonds a des sections B, sont assujetties sur les faces supérieures des fonds a au lieu de l'être contre les faces inférieures de ceux-ci,
comme aux fig. <B>1,</B> 2 et<B>3,</B> et tandis que les plaques n et les devants<B>b</B> des sections B sont formés de manière<B>à</B> s'étendre au-dessus de la pla que<B>1,</B> interposée entre les faces jointives des sections B, les cornières<B><I>j k</I></B> et i, la plaque<B>1</B> est établie pour s'étendre un peu au-dessus des derrières c des seetions B, de façon<B>à,</B> pouvoir présenter un bord supérieur rectiligne <B>à</B> Fexception d'une coupure q, voisine du centre, et pour le reste, est établie pour cor respondre, comme contour,
aux bords externes des parties des sections B ainsi que des cor nières<B>j k</B> et i entre lesquelles elle est placée.
Le long du bord supérieur de la plaque<B>1,</B> sur chacune des deux faces de celle-ci, sont rivées des cornières r avec, chacune, une coupure dans une aile<B>à</B> l'endroit de la partie qui vient en face de la coupure q de la plaque<B>1,</B> de telle soi-te qu'une fente, s, est formée pour le passage<B>de</B> boulons pour la fixati <B>'</B> on d'une console de support pour le tambour, et une console<B>1,</B> rivée aux cornières<B>r</B> présente un trou ie pour le passage d'une vis pour l'ajustement de cette console le long des cornières r.
Dans la connexion de sections de chariots pour mule-jennys self-actings avec cornières h i <B><I>j</I></B> et Ic, comme représenté<B>à</B> la fig. <B>1,</B> ou avec cornière i et cornières j k, comme représenté aux fig. 2 et<B>3</B> et aux fig. 4 et<B>5,</B> au châssis du milieu du chariot, ou<B>à</B> des plaques extrêmes dont elles ont<B>à</B> être munies aux bouts externea de chariots de mule- Jennys,
les cornières<I>h</I> i j et<B>k</B> ou la cor nière i, et les cornières<B><I>j k,</I></B> suivant le cas, sont boulonnées audit châssis ou aux plaques extrêmes<B>;</B> mais celles destinées<B>à</B> être bon- lonnées au châgsis peuvent être établies de manière<B>à</B> présenter une aile plus large, pour être rivées sur I.ID6p]us grande longueur des sections que les autres parties similaires, ceci étant avantageux pour donner de la rigidité aux sections, et les renforcer, dans le voisinage du châssis.
Toutes les parties mentionnées comme étant faites en acier peuvent tout aussi bien être faites en un autre métal quelconque approprié.

the angles <I> h </I> ij and <B> k </B> or the angle i, and the angles <B> <I> jk, </I> </B> as the case may be, are bolted to said frame or to the end plates <B>; </B> but those intended <B> to </B> be bolted to the frame may be established so <B> to </B> present a wider wing , to be riveted to I.ID6p] us greater length of the sections than other similar parts, this being advantageous for giving rigidity to the sections, and reinforcing them, in the vicinity of the frame.
Any parts mentioned as being made of steel can just as easily be made of any other suitable metal.
