Abstract

La invención se refiere a nuevas moléculas biespecíficas de unión a antígeno, que Comprende: (a) Cuatro fracciones capaces de unión específica a un receptor de la superfamilia de receptores de FNT coestimuladores, (b) por lo menos una fracción capaz de unión específica a un antígeno de la célula diana, y (c) un dominio Fc compuesto de una primera y una segunda subunidades capaces de asociación estable, y a métodos para producir dichas moléculas y a métodos de utilización de las mismas.
