Abstract
La invención se refiere a agonistas 4-1BB dirigidos a Her2, en particular, moléculas de unión a antígeno que contienen el trímero 4-1BBL que comprenden al menos un dominio de unión a antígeno capaz de unirse específicamente a Her2 y su uso en el tratamiento del cáncer, así como su uso junto con anticuerpos biespecíficos anti-CD3 de activación de linfocitos T.
