Abstract
Se describen proteínas de fusión que comprenden: (a) un primer polipéptido que comprende interleucina-2 (IL2); y (b) un segundo polipéptido, fusionado en marco con el primer polipéptido, donde el segundo polipéptido comprende un dominio extracelular del receptor alfa de interleucina-2 (IL2R), donde IL2 o IL2R comprende al menos un sitio de glucosilación menos en comparación con IL2 o IL2R nativa/o.
