Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la detección y monitorización de ensuciamiento superficial de escala nanométrica como herramienta de predicción o monitorización en tiempo real. La invención también se refiere a dispositivos para llevar a cabo dicho método, y a usos de dicho método, en particular para optimizar procedimientos de limpieza de dispositivos o componentes de los mismos con ensuciamiento por flujos de agente ensuciante.
