Abstract
Células madre mesenquimales con propiedades terapéuticas mejoradas. La presente invención se refiere a un método para la obtención de células madre mesenquimales (MSC) con propiedades de inmunosupresión, condroprotección y condrodiferenciación mejoradas, y capacidad mejorada para promover la proliferación de condrocitos. El método comprende poner en contacto las MSC cultivando MSC en un medio de inducción suplementado con 0,01 a 100 microg/ml de un inhibidor de ATP-sintasa, y retirar los medios de inducción para obtener MSC con actividad mejorada. Además, la presente invención también se refiere a las propias MSC y a su uso con fines de terapia celular preferentemente para el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinmunes y/u osteoarticulares.
