Abstract
一种能提供一个在修饰上与配备有扬声器的装置很好地匹配的声音出口结构,其中有一块素纱罗织物粘接到具有大于30%的孔隙率的多孔片的前表面上,有一层粘接剂层贴附在多孔片的背表面上。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于配备有扬声器的装置的声音出口结构的扬声器前片。
一个配备有扬声器的装置、诸如电视机的常规声音出口结构,如图4及图5所示,包括有一个由经涂复的金属线网或经涂复的冲孔金属制成并通过钩合或焊接固定到装置的箱体上的扬声器格栅SG。另一种声音出口结构是一个装置的箱体的一部分,该本体部分具有许多孔或孔眼。在扬声器设在一个盒或箱内的情况下,则设有一个由一片绷在一个框架上的织物构成的格栅。
上述的使用金属线网或冲孔金属制成的常规声音出口结构或格栅在修饰上不是跟装置的一般由一种经涂覆的塑料制成的箱体很好地匹配。由于格栅与装置本体之间在修饰上存在可察觉的差异,发声源会很容易被辨认出来。但是,对现代的电视机特别有这样一种趋向,不利于欣赏屏幕的影象的设计将会使消费者失去兴趣。因此希望声音出口结构具有一种跟装置的箱体的修饰很好地匹配的表面修饰,从而使消费者难以辨认装置的发声源。
鉴于先有技术存在上述的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种能提供一个在修饰上跟配备有扬声器的装置的箱体很好地匹配的声音出口结构的扬声器前片。
本发明的扬声器前片包含一片其孔隙率大于30%的多孔片、一片粘接到该多孔片前表面上的素纱罗织物,和一层粘接在该多孔片的背表面上的粘接剂层。
这样构造的扬声器前片提供一个在修饰上跟装置的一般由一种经
涂覆的塑料制成的箱体很好地匹配的声音出口结构。由于多孔片具有足够大的孔隙率(大于30%),扬声器前片不会降低扬声器的音质。前片上的孔眼被设在其正面上的素纱罗织物所掩盖,因此扬声器前片可按与经涂覆的塑料箱相同的色调进行涂覆。
粘接剂层最好是一种压敏双面粘接带,在一个表面上具有一层粘接到该多孔片的背表面上的无光泡沫粘接剂层。无光泡沫粘接剂层覆盖着双面粘接带基体的有光泽的表面,避免从扬声器前片的正面穿过素纱罗织物上的孔以及多孔片上的孔眼看到有光泽的表面。
本发明的上述的以及其它的目的、特征和优点,通过以下的结合附图进行的详细描述将更为清楚,在附图中通过说明性的实例示出一个结合了本发明的原理的优选结构实施例。在附图中,

本发明将在下面结合在附图1A至3B中示出的优选实施例进行更为详细的描述。
如图1A与1B所示,本发明的一个扬声器前片包含有一片多孔片2、一片通过一种粘接剂粘接到该多孔片2的一个前表面上的素纱罗织物1、和一层粘接到该多孔片2的背表面上的粘接剂层3。多孔片2具有许多小孔或孔眼2a,这些孔眼以这样的方式形成在多孔片2上使其具有一个大于30%的孔隙率。这里所用的术语“孔隙率”指的是以百
分比表示的在多孔片2上的孔眼2a的总面积对多孔片2的包括孔眼2a在内的全部面积的比例。素纱罗织物具有细致的编织构造,并且经涂覆或染色,以提供一种跟配备有扬声器的装置(在示出的实施例中是一个电视机)的箱体(图2)相同的色调。粘接剂层3沿着多孔片的周边部分伸展以使其不致妨碍声波穿过扬声器前片通过。上述结构的扬声器前片通过粘接剂层3固定到电视机TV的箱体的一个声音出口部分(图2上的以阴影线表示的部分)。
虽未示出,箱体的声音出口部分具有一个适合于扬声器前片的粘接剂层3在其上粘接的环形表面,和一个用于容纳一个扬声器装置的开口或凹座。
素纱罗织物1通过一个诸如染色、涂复、植绒的工艺或这些工艺的组合的合适的工艺处理以使其跟箱体的修饰相符。例如,当扬声器前片用在一个涂覆成黑色的箱体上,该素纱罗织物染成黑色以具有跟箱体一样的颜色,随后罩上一层黑漆以跟箱体的黑色相一致。在此情况下,一定要小心选择染料的色泽(在本示例中为黑色)来与素纱罗织物1的密度相匹配以将素纱罗织物1染成跟箱体的颜色(黑色)基本上一样的色调。同样,涂布在该染色素纱罗织物1上的漆或涂覆料不一定必须跟经涂覆的箱体的颜色一样,但应选择成使之提供一种跟经涂覆的箱体色调很好地匹配的色调。图示实施例中的多孔片2是一片聚氯乙烯片,但是,这并不是限定性的,多孔片2的材料与厚度可根据扬声器前片粘接到箱体边上的方式来确定。
在扬声器前片的背表面上的粘接剂层3可以是一种涂抹的糊状粘接剂、一种热融粘接剂、一种压敏双面粘接带、等等。粘接剂层3的材料根据所需的粘接强度来选择。
如图3B所示,粘接剂层3是一种具有多层结构的压敏双面粘接带。双面粘接带包括一层由一种可发泡的粘接剂制成的、涂覆在一个
基体3-2的一个表面上的第一粘接剂层3-1和一层由一种压敏粘接剂构成的、涂覆在基体3-2的相反的表面上的第二粘接剂层3-3。第一粘接剂层3-1粘接到多孔片2的背表面上,而第二粘接剂层3-3则用来粘附到箱体上。第一粘接剂层3-1最好用可发泡的粘接剂,因为这种粘结剂在发泡后提供一种无光的外表或纹理并覆盖着双面粘接带的基体3-2的有光泽的表面,避免从扬声器前片的前面穿过素纱罗织物1上的孔以及多孔片2上的孔眼看到有光泽的表面。双面粘接带通过一个未示出的、压靠其在其上涂覆有第二粘接剂层3-3的背面的热压装置进行热压,以使可发泡的粘接剂发泡以形成一个无光粘接剂层3-1。
如上所述,本发明的扬声器前片提供了一个在修饰上跟配备有扬声器的装置的箱体很好地匹配的声音出口结构,因而能够提高装置的产品价值。
很明显,根据以上的对本发明的阐述可以作出各种次要的改变与改进。因此应理解到,在所附权利要求书的范围内,本发明可以以不同于特定描述的方式来实施。
Claims (3)
1、一种扬声器前片,它包括有一片具有一个前表面和一个背表面的片体,和一块粘接在该片体前表面上的织物,其特征在于所述片体是一片具有许多孔眼的多孔片,这些孔眼以这样的方式形成在多孔片上使其具有一个大于30%的孔隙率,所述织物是一种素纱罗织物,一层粘接剂层沿着所述多孔片的周缘粘接在多孔片的背表面上。
2、按权利要求1所述的扬声器前片,其特征在于所述粘接剂层是一片压敏双面粘接带,它具有一层覆盖着所述双面粘接带的一个表面并粘接到所述多孔片的所述背表面上的无光泡沫粘接剂层。
3、按权利要求1所述的扬声器前片,其特征在于所述多孔片是一片多孔聚氯乙烯片,所述粘接剂层是一压敏双面粘接带,所述双面粘接带包括有一个基体、一层覆盖在所述基体的一个表面上并粘接到所述多孔聚氯乙烯片的所述背表面上的无光泡沫粘接剂层、和一层涂布在所述基体的相反的表面上的压敏粘接剂层。
