Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保防水防油超纤合成革及其制备方法,制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将尼龙6、低密度聚乙烯和氟系改性PA6树脂混合,依次经过熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断工序,获得不定岛海岛短纤维;(2)将不定岛海岛纤维制备成为导电型无纺布;(3)将无纺布制得含聚氨酯的基布;(4)将含聚氨酯树脂的基布,开纤制成用于环保防水超细纤维合成革半成品;(5)将步骤(4)的产物,浸渍在含有C6生态三防整理剂的环保防水防油柔软整理液中,浸轧,焙烘,再进行后整理,获得所述环保防水防油超纤合成革。采用上述方法制备的环保防水防油超纤合成革,不仅解决了超纤革的防水问题,又解决了防水剂对环境的污染问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超细纤维聚氨酯绒面革及其制备方法。
背景技术
超细纤维合成革具有档次高、透气透湿、耐磨损等特点,但是由于超细纤维合成革采用传统的C8系列防水剂,而PFOS和PFOA是C8防水剂中存在的痕量物质,难分解、易在生物体内累积,因此受到严格限制。
因此,为了满足消费者和环保的要求,开发一种环保、防水防油性能及高品质超纤合成革产品是市场发展的必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保防水防油超纤合成革及其制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明所述的环保防水防油超纤合成革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将尼龙6、低密度聚乙烯和氟系改性PA6树脂混合,依次经过熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断等工序,获得不定岛海岛短纤维;
组分的重量份数为:
尼龙6 100份
低密度聚乙烯 80~104份
氟系改性PA6树脂 1~10份
优选的,组分的重量份数为:
尼龙6 100份
低密度聚乙烯 86~100份
氟系改性PA6树脂 2~6份
所述氟系改性PA6树脂是氟素丙烯酸酯共聚物和尼龙6的混合物,重量百分比为,氟素丙烯酸酯共聚物:1%~10%,尼龙6:90%~99%,可采用商业化产品,如:大金氟化工(中国)有限公司公司牌号为TG-1001的产品;
所述熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断等工序,为常规的方法,具体可参见文献:曲建波等.合成革工艺学[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2010.记载的方法;
(2)将步骤(1)的不定岛海岛纤维,经梳理、铺网和针刺,制备成为导电型无纺布;
所述的梳理、铺网和针刺的方法,为制备无纺布的常规技术,可参见文献:曲建波等.合成革工艺学[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2010.的记载;
所制得的防水型无纺布克重为300~700g/m2,厚度为0.8~2.0mm;
(3)将所得无纺布,浸渍于聚氨酯溶液,再经过凝固、水洗处理,制得含聚氨酯的基布;
所述的聚氨酯溶液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂···············································100份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)······················186~300份
所述的聚氨酯树脂有机溶液为聚氨酯树脂在有机溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的溶液,其中聚氨酯重量浓度为25%~35%;
所述的浸渍、凝固、水洗等方法,为制备超细纤维合成革基布的常规技术,可参见文献:曲建波等.合成革工艺学[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2010.的记载;
(4)将含聚氨酯树脂的基布,在80℃~90℃下,用甲苯萃取出其中的低密度聚乙烯,进行开纤处理,制成用于环保防水超细纤维合成革半成品,
(5)将步骤(4)的产物,浸渍在环保防水防油柔软整理液中,一浸一轧,带液率70%~80%(重量),然后在110℃~130℃预烘后,在150℃~170℃焙烘1~3分钟,再采用常规的方法,片皮、磨皮、染色和水洗烘干等后整理,获得所述环保防水防油超纤合成革;
所述的片皮、磨皮、染色、水洗烘干等后整理,为常规的方法,可参见文献:曲建波等.合成革工艺学[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2010.的记载;
所述环保防水防油柔软整理液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
C6生态三防整理剂·····································2~9份

所述的C6生态三防整理剂是氟碳类化合物,碳氢化合物基质和超分子星状高聚物;
柔软剂为有机硅乳液;
所述柔软剂为重量固含量18~20%的有机硅乳液。
纺丝中加入环保氟系改性PA6树脂,增加防水超纤革的耐水洗性能,其比例越高,环保防水防油柔软整理剂浓度越高,所制得超纤革防水性和防油性越好,但由于氟系改性PA6树脂的比例越高会影响产品的物性,环保防水防油柔软整理剂浓度越高,产品的成本也会相应提高。
采用上述方法制备的环保防水防油超纤合成革,不仅解决了超纤革的防水问题,又解决了防水剂对环境的污染问题。
下面用实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不受其限制。下述实施例中,低密度聚乙烯的密度为0.910~0.925g/cm3。
所用聚氨酯均购自浙江华峰合成树脂有限公司。
实施例1
超纤合成革的制作方法如下:
将尼龙6、低密度聚乙烯和氟系改性PA6树脂以50份、43份、1份的重量比混合均匀,经过熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断等工序,获得不定岛海岛短纤维;
经梳理、铺网、针刺制成300g/m2厚度0.8mm的无纺布;
将无纺布浸渍于聚氨酯溶液,聚氨酯树脂重量浓度为25%;使聚氨酯含浸在纤维间隙中,再经过凝固、水洗处理,制得含聚氨酯的基布;
聚氨酯溶液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂(JF-w-3100)·····································100份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)································300份
用80℃的热甲苯抽出开纤,经扩幅、烘干等后整理制得的超细纤合成革基布。
将其浸渍在环保防水防油柔软整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率70%,预烘110℃,焙烘温度150℃,1分钟,获得所述的环保超纤合成革;

聚氨酯溶液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂(JF-w-3100)·····································100份
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)································233份
用80℃的热甲苯抽出开纤,经扩幅、烘干等后整理制得的超细纤合成革基布。
将其浸渍在环保防水防油柔软整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率75%,预烘120℃,焙烘温度160℃,2分钟,获得所述的环保超纤合成革;
所述的环保防水防油柔软整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
C6生态三防整理剂····································5份
(氟碳类化合物,旭硝子化工有限公司)
柔软剂··················································4.5份
(有机改性聚硅氧烷,阳离子型,鲁道夫化工有限公司)
去离子水················································100份
采用GB/T1040.3-2006标准中的5型试样进行检测分析,所得到的超纤绒面革中,重量份数为:
尼龙6···································100份
聚氨酯树脂···························100份
氟系改性PA6树脂···················3份
防水测试采用水/异丙醇测试方法,防油测试采用AATCC118测试方法,所测得防水性5级,防油性4~5级。
实施例3

聚氨酯溶液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂(JF-w-3100)·····································100份

经梳理、铺网、针刺制成500g/m2厚度1.4mm的无纺布;
将无纺布浸渍于聚氨酯溶液,聚氨酯树脂重量浓度为30%;使聚氨酯含浸在纤维间隙中,再经过凝固、水洗处理,制得含聚氨酯的基布;
聚氨酯溶液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂(JF-w-3100)·····································100份

Claims (8)
1.环保防水防油超纤合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将尼龙6、低密度聚乙烯和氟系改性PA6树脂混合,依次经过熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断工序,获得不定岛海岛短纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)的不定岛海岛纤维,经梳理、铺网和针刺,制备成为导电型无纺布;
(3)将所得无纺布,浸渍于聚氨酯溶液,再经过凝固、水洗处理,制得含聚氨酯的基布;
(4)将含聚氨酯树脂的基布,进行开纤处理,制成用于环保防水超细纤维合成革半成品;
(5)将步骤(4)的产物,浸渍在含有C6生态三防整理剂的环保防水防油柔软整理液中,浸轧,焙烘,再进行后整理,获得所述环保防水防油超纤合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,组分的重量份数为:
尼龙6 100份
低密度聚乙烯 80~104份
氟系改性PA6树脂 1~10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,组分的重量份数为:
尼龙6 100份
低密度聚乙烯 86~100份
氟系改性PA6树脂 2~6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,将步骤(4)的产物,浸渍在环保防水防油柔软整理液中,一浸一轧,重量带液率70%~80%,然后在110℃~130℃预烘后,在150℃~170℃焙烘1~3分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环保防水防油柔软整理液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
C6生态三防整理剂·····································2~9份
柔软剂··················································3~6份
去离子水················································100份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环保防水防油柔软整理液,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
C6生态三防整理剂···································4~6份
柔软剂··················································4~5份
去离子水················································100份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的C6生态三防整理剂是氟碳类化合物,碳氢化合物基质和超分子星状高聚物;
柔软剂为有机硅乳液;
所述柔软剂为重量固含量18~20%的有机硅乳液。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的方法制备的环保防水防油超纤合成革。
