技术范围
本发明涉及柔性容器例如散装食品以及粉末或液体物品用的塑料或类似材料制成的包所用的打开和重封部件。
这些由制造厂家密封的容器惯常通过切割或撕破其顶部来打开，以取出容器内物品，它们不能随后再充分地封闭以避免或至少限制物品的偶然掉出。
技术背景
更具体地说，本发明涉及一种由一个粘合的柔性部件构成的打开和重封部件，该部件准备粘贴在一个容器壁的与其模切区对应的外表面上。从同一申请人的US-A-4,874,096一般地知道此种类型的打开和重封部件。
发明的公开
本发明的目的是提供一种简单而便宜的打开和重封部件，它既能够以方便而实用的方式第一次打开该容器，又能够在每次取出容器内物品后有效地重新密封该容器。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种打开和重封部件，它可以以简单而机械化的方式粘贴在容器上。
根据本发明，上述目的是通过一种上述类型的打开和重封部件来达到的，其主要特征在于，该粘合部件由一个条带组成，该条带有一个预定粘贴在容器壁的上述模切区上的粘合面，该粘合面包括两个并列的区段，其第一区段预定沿上述模切区可拆地叠合容器壁，而其第二区段由一个可以从条带上拆去的双面粘合细条构成，该粘合细条预定永久性地粘合在容器壁上上述模切区的附近。
按照这种解决方案的思想，容器的第一次打开可以由使用人在拆去粘合条带后简单地完成，从而能够通过容器的模切区接触容器内物品。
在拆去条带后，仍然粘合在容器上的双面粘合细条能够重新密封容器，方法是将容器的一个边缘部分简单地折叠成超过模切区，利用该双面粘合细条将这个边缘部分粘合在容器上。在每次随后的重新打开后，容器可以容易地以同一方式重新密封。
该条带最好是透明的，这使得可以通过容器壁上模切区的特别设计而提供一种与容器已经打开至少一次有关的立即可见的痕迹。这例如可以通过下述设计来达到，就是用许多互相间隔并限定一个其长度比条带短的可以脱开的细长的缝隙来形成容器壁的模切区，使每一个缝隙通过优先的破裂区与相邻的缝隙分离。因此，当容器第一次打开时，由这些缝隙形成的细条与该条带一起拆去，当条带随后重新贴上时，由于下述事实而将得到现成的可见痕迹，即细条已经从容器壁的其余部分上分离。

本发明的优选实施例
首先参照图1至图3，标号1总的表示一个柔性容器，例如一个通常用热塑性材料或塑化纸制成的密封包，该柔性容器预定装入散装食品(或甚至粉末或液体)。容器1有一个利用焊接或胶粘密封的端部2，并在其一个壁3上设有一个模切区4，邻近并平行于密封端部2。
模切区4可以简单地由单独一个细长开口构成，或者如图示例子的情况下那样可以由一系列互相隔开而形成可以拆去的矩形条带6的缝隙5形成。在这种情况下，在相邻缝隙5之间形成多对V形切口7，它们限定壁3的优先破裂图形。
标号8表示一个也是细长矩形的条带，其长度大于模切区4的长度，它最好但并不必须是透明的。该条带8包括一个用纸或塑料制成的支承片9，有一个由两个平行于条带8的纵向延伸的并列的粘合膜或层10a、10b限定的粘合面10，两个并列粘合层10a、10b中的第一个永久性地粘合在支承片9上，而其第二个为双面粘合层，它通过中间设置的硅酮层10c或类似物可拆地连接在支承片9上。
此外条带8有一个形成拉头部分的非粘性端部11。
条带8粘贴在容器1的壁3上，使得其粘合区段10a完全叠合在模切区4上，而其双面粘合区段10b粘合在壁3的邻接模切区4并与后者平行的区域上。该区域最好是相对于模切区4设置在容器1的端部2对面一侧上的区域中。
图4至图6表示打开和重新封闭容器1的方法。
在第一次打开时，在用手抓住非粘性端部11后，从容器1的壁3上拆去条带8就足够了。于是可以通过模切区4接触到容器中装的物品。如果模切区4仅由一个开口构成，那么可以通过这个拆去条带8后暴露的开口取出容器内物品。如果与此相反该模切区是由例如上面公开的方式形成的，那么拆开条带8将除去细条6，由于壁3在缝隙5之间的区域中是裂开的，因此产生一个相应的细长矩形开口12。
当这样拆去条带8时，双面粘合层10b从支承片9上分离，从而在开口12旁边永久性地固定在壁3上(图4)。
按照上面公开的设置，如果条带8是透明的，万一条带例如是在从容器中私自取走部分产品后重新粘贴在壁3上的，那么由于与切口7对应的区域的破裂，并且由于重新安置细条6无论如何肯定不同于拆去条带8之前的原来情况，因此产生的开口将存在明显可见的痕迹。
容器1的重新封闭可以简单地通过将端部2折叠在开口12上并将其粘合在双面粘合层10b上而完成(图5和6)。折叠的端部2挡住开口12，因此防止容器内的物品偶然地掉出，随后要重新打开该容器时，只要从双面粘合层10b上拆去折叠的端部2就足够了。
因此，容器1可以打开和重新封闭若干次，直到取完容器内物品。
图7、8、9中示出本发明部件的一种替换实施例。与上面已经公开的部件相对应的部件用同一标号表示。
转到图7至图9，条带8装有设置在双面粘合层10b一侧上的增强部分14，后者有一个围绕在容器壁3中形成的模切区4的框架构型。
该增强部分14有一个内粘合表面14a和一个外硅酮表面14b，后者接触条带8的支承薄片9的粘合面10a。
如图8中所示，在拆去支承薄片9时，增强部分14仍然与双面粘合层10b一起粘合在壁3上。细条6仍然粘合在支承薄片9的粘合面10a上，并如上面公开的那样与支承薄片9一起拆去。
部分14构成壁3的增强部分，以防止壁3的破裂和撕破超出最初开口的边界。
当然，可以相对于已经公开和例示的内容广泛地改变实施例和构造的细节而不会由此偏离如所附的权利要求书中限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (8)

1．密封的柔性容器(1)用的打开和重封部件，由一个粘合的柔性部件构成，该部件粘贴在容器(1)的一个壁(3)的与其模切区(4)对应的外表面上，其中，上述粘合部件由一个条带(8)组成，该条带(8)有一个预定粘贴在容器壁(3)的上述模切区(4)上的粘合面(10)，其特征在于，该粘合面(10)包括两个并列的区段(10a,10b)，其第一区段(10a)预定沿上述模切区(4)可拆地叠合容器(1)的壁(3)，并在第一次打开容器后永久地从容器上拆去，而其第二区段(10b)由一个可以从条带(8)上拆去的双面粘合细条构成，该粘合细条预定永久性地粘合在容器壁(3)上上述模切区(4)的附近，以便在将上述壁(3)折叠到上述模切区(4)上后能够可开启地封闭上述壁(3)。

3．根据权利要求1或2所述的部件，其特征在于，该条带为细长形状，并有一个非粘性的拉头端部(11)。
4．根据权利要求1所述的部件，其特征在于，该条带(8)有一个增强部分(14)，该增强部分可从条带(8)上拆下，并预定永久性地粘合在容器壁(3)上上述模切区(4)的周围。
5．一种柔性容器，装有粘贴在其一个壁(3)上的打开和重封部件，其特征在于，所述打开和重封部件包括一个固定到与模切区(4)对应的所述壁(3)的外表面上的柔性部件，并且所述柔性部件包括一个具有一个粘贴在上述模切区(4)上的粘合面(10)的条带(8)，该粘合面(10)包括两个并列的区段(10a,10b)，其第一个区段(10a)预定沿上述模切区(4)可拆地叠合容器(1)的壁(3)，而其第二个区段(10b)由一个可以从条带(8)上拆去的双面粘合细条构成，该粘合细条预定永久性地粘合在容器壁(3)上上述模切区(4)的附近。
6．根据权利要求5所述的容器，其特征在于，容器(1)的上述一个壁(3)的上述模切区(4)是在容器(1)的一个端部(2)的附近形成的并平行于该端部，而且在于，上述条带(8)的上述双面粘合细条(10b)平行于上述模切区(4)并在容器(1)的上述端部(2)对面的模切区侧边上粘合到上述壁(3)上的。
7．根据权利要求6所述的容器，其特征在于，上述模切区(4)是由一个其长度比条带(8)的长度短的开口形成的。
8．根据权利要求6所述的容器，其特征在于，上述模切区(4)是由许多互相间隔的缝隙(5)形成的，这些缝隙(5)形成一个其长度比条带(8)短的可以除去的细条(6)，每个缝隙(5)通过优先的破裂图形(7)与相邻的缝隙(5)隔开。
