Abstract
本发明涉及一种树脂镜片涂层配方,按照重量份数,包含:硅烷偶联剂4~8;四乙氧基硅烷8~12;一苯基三乙氧基硅烷2~4;二苯基二乙氧基硅烷2~4;N‑甲基吡咯烷酮3~5;乙二醇丁醚12~16;纯水12~15;冰乙酸1~2;染料0.1~0.2;苯甲酮化合物3~5;氧化锌3~5;环烷酸钴1~3;乙醇调整重量份数至100。本发明涂层使得镜片表面硬度提高和涂层的附着力提高,并具有防紫外线、防裂、抗菌的特性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于镜片涂层的配及制备方法。
背景技术
现有的树脂镜片多采用单一的硅烷偶联剂和硅烷表面处理剂来制备,这种溶胶涂覆镜片表面的硬度、耐磨度、折射率等光学性能指标达不到相关要求,且涂层的防裂效果差、不能防止紫外线、不具备杀菌作用,已经不能满足现有的需求。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种树脂镜片涂层配方及制备方法,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种镜片涂层及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种树脂镜片涂层配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包含:
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为环氧基类硅烷、巯基类硅烷、氨基类硅烷中的一种或其混合物。
进一步的,所述环氧基类硅烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述巯基类硅烷3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述氨基类硅烷为γ-氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述配方的制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
S1、将计量好的纯水、冰乙酸、染料、乙醇、乙二醇丁醚放入到反应瓶中,通过搅拌机搅拌,将硅烷偶联剂、四乙氧基硅烷、一苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷滴入上述硅烷溶液,常温下反应三小时,直至硅烷的水解反应结束,待溶液呈透明状态是;
S2、将计量好的N-甲基吡咯烷酮、苯甲酮化合物、氧化锌、环烷酸钴倒入到步骤S1中的水解溶液中再搅拌2小时;
S3、将上述制得的溶液倒入涂覆槽中,清洗好的镜片进行涂覆,在100~120℃下进行干燥硬化。
进一步的,所述干燥硬化时间为2小时。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过添加环烷酸钴增加了涂层的表面硬度;
(2)本发明通过添加苯甲酮化合物能够使得涂层吸附紫外线,起到防止紫外线的效果;
(3)本发明通过添加氧化锌能够起到杀菌作用;
(4)本发明通过添加N-甲基吡咯烷酮能够提高涂层和镜片之间的附着力,并能够防止涂层裂开。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的制备方法如下:
S1、将计量好的纯水、冰乙酸、染料、乙醇、乙二醇丁醚放入到反应瓶中,通过搅拌机搅拌,将硅烷偶联剂、四乙氧基硅烷、一苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷滴入上述硅烷溶液,常温下反应三小时,直至硅烷的水解反应结束,待溶液呈透明状态是;
S2、将计量好的N-甲基吡咯烷酮、苯甲酮化合物、氧化锌、环烷酸钴倒入到步骤S1中的水解溶液中再搅拌2小时;
S3、将上述制得的溶液倒入涂覆槽中,清洗好的镜片进行涂覆,在100~120℃下进行干燥硬化。
本发明中硅烷偶联剂为环氧基类硅烷、巯基类硅烷、氨基类硅烷中的一种或其混合物;所述环氧基类硅烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述巯基类硅烷3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述氨基类硅烷为γ-氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
本发明各组分含量如以下实施例,以下均为重量份数:
实施例1
硅烷偶联剂4;四乙氧基硅烷8;一苯基三乙氧基硅烷2;二苯基二乙氧基硅烷2;N-甲基吡咯烷酮3;乙二醇丁醚12;纯水12;冰乙酸1;染料0.1;苯甲酮化合物3;氧化锌3;环烷酸钴1;乙醇调整重量份数至100。
实施例2
硅烷偶联剂6;四乙氧基硅烷10;一苯基三乙氧基硅烷3;二苯基二乙氧基硅烷3;N-甲基吡咯烷酮4;乙二醇丁醚14;纯水14;冰乙酸1.5;染料0.15;苯甲酮化合物4;氧化锌4;环烷酸钴2;乙醇调整重量份数至100。
实施例3
硅烷偶联剂8;四乙氧基硅烷12;一苯基三乙氧基硅烷4;二苯基二乙氧基硅烷4;N-甲基吡咯烷酮5;乙二醇丁醚16;纯水15;冰乙酸2;染料0.2;苯甲酮化合物5;氧化锌5;环烷酸钴3;乙醇调整重量份数至100。
本发明中通过多种硅烷偶联剂和硅烷基硅烷表面处理剂在有机溶剂中,生成相应的硅醇溶液,并通过在硅醇溶液中加入环烷酸钴增加了涂层的表面硬度,添加苯甲酮化合物能够使得涂层吸附紫外线,起到防止紫外线的效果,通过添加氧化锌能够起到杀菌作用,通过添加N-甲基吡咯烷酮能够提高涂层和镜片之间的附着力,并能够防止涂层裂开。
本发明通过Astm d3359附着力测试达到5B的标准,本发明通过ASTM D3363硬度测试达到8H的标准。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种树脂镜片涂层配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包含:

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种树脂镜片涂层配方,其特征在于:所述环氧基类硅烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述巯基类硅烷3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述氨基类硅烷为γ-氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种树脂镜片涂层配方,其特征在于,所述配方的制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
S1、将计量好的纯水、冰乙酸、染料、乙醇、乙二醇丁醚放入到反应瓶中,通过搅拌机搅拌,将硅烷偶联剂、四乙氧基硅烷、一苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷滴入上述硅烷溶液,常温下反应三小时,直至硅烷的水解反应结束,待溶液呈透明状态是;
S2、将计量好的N-甲基吡咯烷酮、苯甲酮化合物、氧化锌、环烷酸钴倒入到步骤S1中的水解溶液中再搅拌2小时;
S3、将上述制得的溶液倒入涂覆槽中,清洗好的镜片进行涂覆,在100~120℃下进行干燥硬化。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种树脂镜片涂层配方,其特征在于:所述干燥硬化时间为2小时。
