Environment-friendly cigarette filter stick and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cigarette filter stick, in particular to a preparation method of an environment-friendly cigarette filter stick and application of the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick in cigarettes, and belongs to the technical field of cigarette production.
Background
The cigarette filter stick is used as a filter system of cigarette smoke and plays an important role in improving the smoking quality and safety of cigarettes, but the existing cigarette filter stick is single in form and simple in function, and the cigarette homogenization trend is gradually serious, so that the research and development of novel cigarette filter sticks are already in the unprecedented height of the industry.
At present, most of common acetate fiber filter sticks applied in the tobacco industry have single form and function, and simultaneously, the acetate fiber is extremely difficult to degrade, and discarded cigarette ends and the like have great damage to the environment. The novel filter sticks developed by various enterprises, such as particle composite sticks, paper composite sticks, hollow composite sticks and the like, are difficult to popularize and apply due to the reasons of cost, safety, environmental protection, efficiency, odor absorption and a plurality of aspects of the process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the common acetate fiber filter stick in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the method for preparing the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick, which has the advantages of short flow, low cost, simple operation and low requirement on equipment.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide an environment-friendly cigarette filter stick with good adsorption and interception functions, good stability and high hardness.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick in cigarettes, the cigarette filter stick has a good adsorption and interception function, and the appearance is unique and environment-friendly, thereby being beneficial to popularization and application.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly cigarette filter stick, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing natural plant particles by taking natural plant materials as raw materials;
2) after balancing the moisture, the natural plant particles and the hot melt adhesive are processed by an ultra-high speed mixer, so that the hot melt adhesive is softened and is uniformly mixed with the natural plant particles to obtain a mixed material;
3) conveying the mixed material to a particle round bar forming device while the mixed material is hot to prepare a natural plant particle round bar;
the plant particle round bar forming device comprises a single-screw extrusion system and a cooling and shaping system;
the single-screw extrusion system comprises a feeder and an extruder; the feeder is arranged on the extruder; the extruder comprises a machine barrel, a heater is arranged outside the machine barrel, a screw is arranged inside the machine barrel, and a port die is arranged at one end of the machine barrel;
the cooling and shaping system comprises a round pipe and a cooler; the cooler is arranged outside the circular tube; one end of the circular tube is butted with a mouth mold of the extruder; a plurality of groups of grooves parallel to the axis of the screw are formed on the head thread of the screw;
continuously feeding the mixed material into a machine barrel of an extruder through a feeder, extruding the mixed material into a circular tube of a cooling and shaping system from a neck mold under the extrusion action of a screw, cooling and shaping the mixed material, and extruding the mixed material to obtain a natural plant particle circular rod;
4) and (3) directly cutting and forming the natural plant particle round bar, or cutting and forming after wrapping by using forming paper.
According to the technical scheme, the special particle round bar forming device is designed, so that the filter stick can be formed and prepared by natural plant particles in one step, continuous production can be realized, the preparation process of the conventional cigarette filter stick is greatly simplified, the utilized equipment is simple, the cost is low, and the industrial production is favorably realized.
The technical scheme of the invention aims at the problems that the existing preparation of the acetate fiber filter stick has expensive forming equipment and raw materials, so that the production cost is high, and the acetate fiber is chemical fiber, so that the discarded acetate fiber after the cigarette is smoked is extremely difficult to degrade in the natural environment, thereby causing serious pollution; and the existing acetate fiber filter stick is difficult to meet the increasing personalized requirements of consumers. The technical scheme of the invention aims to utilize natural plant materials as the raw materials of the filter stick, the raw materials are wide in source and low in cost, and the raw materials are mainly derived from food materials, so that the safety is guaranteed; the materials also have good degradation performance, and the filter stick can be decomposed into organic fertilizer to feed the nature after being discarded, so that the filter stick has better environmental protection performance; the filter stick has fundamental difference from the existing cigarette filter stick in structure and appearance, and can be used as a perfect substitute of the existing cigarette filter stick.
According to the technical scheme, the filter stick is formed by bonding natural plant particles and the adhesive, gaps are formed among the plant particles, a good smoke channel is provided, the absorption resistance of the filter stick can be effectively reduced, outward diffusion of smoke is facilitated, reduction of harmful ingredients in the smoke is facilitated, the natural plant particles are rich in pores, and the smoke interception effect is good.
Preferably, the screw rod comprises equidistant threads, and the threads are rectangular, trapezoidal or tooth-shaped threads with the height of 3-5 mm.
In a preferable scheme, the depth of the groove on the head thread of the screw is consistent with the height of the thread, and the width of the groove is 2-4 mm.
In the preferable scheme, 3-5 groups of grooves parallel to the axis of the screw are formed in the head thread of the screw.
In a preferable scheme, the inner diameter of the circular tube is 0.3-1.0 mm larger than that of the neck ring mold. After extrusion by the neck mold, the material is expanded to a certain extent, sent into a glass round tube with a slightly larger inner diameter, cooled and shaped quickly, and then output from the other end of the round tube to obtain the loose natural plant particle round bar with good air permeability.
Preferably, the cooler is a water-cooled cooler or an air-cooled cooler, and a conventional cooler which is cooled in an air-cooled or water-cooled manner in the prior art can be selected.
Preferably, the screw is a screw with 20 equal distances.
Preferably, the round tube is a glass round tube.
According to the preferable scheme, the natural plant material is subjected to impurity removal, drying, sterilization, crushing and sieving in sequence to obtain the natural plant particles.
In a preferred embodiment, the natural plant material includes at least one of rice hull, bagasse, corn cob, walnut shell, coffee shell, peanut shell, cork, coconut shell, orange peel, and grapefruit peel. The natural plant materials have abundant fiber pore structures, and can be used for intercepting harmful components in smoke by utilizing the pore structures. And the materials have wide sources, are basically natural food processing waste materials and have low cost. The natural plant material has strong biodegradability and good environmental protection property.
In a preferred scheme, the particle size of the natural plant particles is 10-100 meshes; preferably 20 to 80 meshes; more preferably 30 to 50 mesh. The size of the particles determines the size of gaps among natural plant particles, has great influence on the suction resistance of the filter stick, and also influences the external diffusion and dilution effect of smoke. The optimized particle size of the natural plant particles is beneficial to reducing tar and harm of cigarettes and reducing the resistance to smoking.
In the preferable scheme, the natural plant particles balance water until the water content is 5-15%; more preferably, the water content is 8 to 12%. The moisture content is kept in a proper moisture content range, so that the plant particle materials are prevented from mildewing, and a better taste is kept in the cigarette smoking process.
In a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the natural plant particles to the hot melt adhesive is 100 (0.5-15); more preferably 100 (1-10). Too much hot melt adhesive is used, so that too few gaps among natural plant particles are caused, the suction resistance of the filter rod is increased, the smoke diffusion capacity is poor, and meanwhile, the hot melt adhesive covers the surface of the particle material, so that the adsorption performance of the plant material is influenced. The use amount of the hot melt adhesive is too small, so that the bonding performance is poor, and the filter stick is difficult to form.
In a preferred embodiment, the hot melt adhesive comprises at least one of polyethylene, microcrystalline wax, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyisobutylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polymerized rosin. The optimized hot melt adhesive has good chemical stability and is safe to people. The characteristics that the hot melt adhesive is melted at a higher temperature and is solidified at a lower temperature are utilized, the hot melt adhesive can be used for bonding and forming natural plant particles, and meanwhile, the particle round bar has higher toughness.
In a preferable scheme, the density of the natural plant particle round bar is 0.1-5 g/mL; more preferably 0.3 to 3 g/mL. The smaller the density of the natural plant particle round rod is, the larger the fluffing degree is, and the smaller the cigarette smoke resistance is, but the larger the amount of the adhesive required for forming the natural plant particle round rod into the rod is, the negative influence on the smoke taste of the prepared cigarette can be caused. Therefore, the natural plant particle round rod is kept in a proper density range, and excellent comprehensive performance is favorably obtained.
The invention also provides an environment-friendly cigarette filter stick prepared by the method.
The invention also provides application of the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick, and the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick is applied to a cigarette filter.
In a preferred scheme, the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick is directly used as a cigarette filter, or the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick and a common filter stick are compounded into a binary or multi-element composite filter for use.
In a preferred scheme, the common filter stick comprises at least one of an acetate fiber filter stick, a propionate fiber filter stick and a paper filter stick.
The single screw extruder among the prior art mainly used plastics extrusion moulding, its screw rod divide into the three-section on effective length, from the pan feeding mouth to the discharge gate in proper order: a charging section (L1), a melting section (L2) and a metering section (L3); the solid material at the L1 section gradually becomes compact from loose from the feed inlet to the aircraft nose direction, and the solid material melts gradually along with the gradual rise of temperature at the L2 section, and the material at the L3 section is melting high temperature state, adopts different modes to cool off the shaping after passing through the die mould. In order to ensure the smooth melt extrusion of the materials, generally speaking, the sections L1 and L2 are both heating sections, and the section L3 is heated or cooled according to specific conditions. The screw arranged in the way cannot be directly used for bonding and molding the non-melting natural plant powder, and the main reason is that the process of rapidly pressurizing and heating the material from the section L1 to the section L3, and the material is very dense and gelatinized due to high temperature and high pressure after entering the section L2, so that the preparation of the filter stick cannot be met. On one hand, the technical scheme of the invention is that the head of the screw is provided with a longitudinal groove (as shown in figure 1), and the groove can ensure that certain looseness can be kept when the granular material is extruded so as to facilitate the shunting to enter the neck mold; on the other hand, a cooling device is arranged at the mouth mold of the screw extruder to rapidly cool and solidify the screw extrusion material; and (3) primarily forming the granular material after the granular material is extruded through the mouth die, and sending the granular material into a glass round tube with a slightly larger inner diameter for certain bulking deformation, and outputting the granular material from the other end of the round tube after rapid cooling and shaping to obtain the loose granular filter stick with good air permeability.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
the conventional filter stick mainly comprises an acetate fiber filter stick, the forming equipment and raw materials of the acetate fiber filter stick are expensive, so that the production cost is high, the acetate fiber belongs to chemical fiber which is extremely difficult to degrade, serious pollution is caused, and the acetate fiber filter stick is single in structure and is difficult to meet the ever-increasing personalized requirements of consumers.
The ultra-high speed mixer adopted by the invention is a conventional commercially available ultra-high speed mixer.
Compared with the existing acetate fiber filter stick, the environment-friendly cigarette filter stick provided by the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1) by designing the special particle round bar forming device, the filter stick can be formed and prepared by natural plant particles in one step, continuous production can be realized, the preparation process of the conventional cigarette filter stick is greatly simplified, the utilized equipment is simple, the cost is low, and the industrial production is favorably realized. The existing acetate fiber filter stick production equipment is complex and expensive, and the preparation of the raw material acetate fiber is complicated and consumes a lot.
2) The adopted raw materials are natural plant materials, the natural plant materials are mainly derived from food materials or natural plant materials which can be in direct contact with the food materials, the safety is guaranteed, the natural plant materials not only have good biodegradation performance, but also can be decomposed into organic fertilizers to feed the nature, and the environment-friendly performance is good. From the aspect of production and use of the filter stick, the natural plant material is taken from natural food processing waste, and the cost is low.
3) The adopted natural plant materials are all of fiber structures, have rich pores, are natural adsorption materials, can have a certain interception effect on harmful ingredients in smoke, and the filter stick is good in stability and does not affect the sensory quality of cigarettes.
4) The natural plant particle filter stick is formed by bonding natural plant particles, and a plurality of gaps exist among the natural plant particles, so that a smoke channel is formed, the suction resistance can be reduced, the air flow exchange with the outside is facilitated, the diffusion of harmful gas is reduced, the contact area between smoke and the natural plant particles is increased, and the interception of harmful components of the smoke by the natural plant particles is promoted.
5) The natural plant particle filter stick is round and full, has high hardness, maintains unchanged shape before and after suction, and overcomes the defects that the existing acetate fiber filter stick has lower hardness, so that hot collapse cannot be avoided during suction, and the filter tip deforms seriously after suction to influence the appearance.
6) The natural plant particle filter stick is natural and colorful, has very special appearance and is easy to identify and prevent counterfeiting, and the conventional acetate fiber filter stick is of a silk screen structure, almost all has white color of inorganic filler, and has no special appearance at all.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
Example 1
In the embodiment, the round bar forming device is adopted for preparing the cigarette filter sticks, and the round bar forming device is improved on the basis of a conventional single-screw extruder as follows: 1) the screw rods are 20 equidistant screw rods, and the threads are tooth-shaped threads with the height of 4 mm; the depth of the grooves on the head thread of the screw is consistent with the height of the thread, the width of the grooves is 3mm, and 4 groups of equidistant grooves are arranged on the head of the screw; 2) a 7.0mm inner diameter mouth die is connected with a 7.5mm inner diameter glass round tube, and the air cooling cooler is surrounded on the periphery of the round tube.
1) Removing impurities from corn cob, steaming at high temperature, sterilizing, and sun drying; 2) mechanically crushing and screening 30-50 meshes of corncob particles, and balancing the moisture to 8% for later use; 3) mixing the corn cob particles and the polyethylene micropowder in a mass ratio of 100:5 in a super-speed mixer, and melting the hot melt adhesive by utilizing self-friction heat generation in the super-speed mixing process to form a plurality of adhesive dots on the surfaces of the corn cob particles; 4) ventilating and cooling, and stirring at low speed to prevent the materials from being bonded into lumps; 5) the corn cob granules are extruded by an improved single-screw extruder, the materials preliminarily formed by the mouth die enter a glass round tube for further fine cooling and shaping and then are extruded from the other end,
obtaining loose and breathable corncob particle round rods with the density of 1.0 g/mL; 6) and cutting the extruded round corncob particles into 100mm in length to obtain the required environment-friendly corncob particle cigarette filter stick. The filter stick can be directly used for rolling and connecting cigarettes.
Example 2
In the embodiment, the round bar forming device is adopted for preparing the cigarette filter sticks, and the round bar forming device is improved on the basis of a conventional single-screw extruder as follows: 1) the screw rods are 20 equidistant screw rods, and the threads are tooth-shaped threads with the height of 4 mm; the depth of the grooves on the head thread of the screw is consistent with the height of the thread, the width of the grooves is 3mm, and 4 groups of equidistant grooves are arranged on the head of the screw; 2) a glass round tube with the inner diameter of 7.5mm is connected behind a mouth die with the inner diameter of 6.5mm, and the water-cooled cooler is surrounded on the periphery of the round tube.
1) Removing impurities from walnut shell rods, steaming at high temperature, sterilizing, and drying in the sun; 2) mechanically crushing and screening walnut shell particles of 40-60 meshes, and balancing water content to 8% for later use; 3) placing walnut shell particles and vinyl acetate micropowder into a super-speed mixer according to the mass ratio of 100:8 for mixing, electrically heating the interior of the super-speed mixer to quickly melt a hot melt adhesive, and forming a plurality of adhesive dots on the surfaces of the walnut shell particles; 4) turning off electric heating, ventilating and cooling, and stirring at low speed to prevent the materials from being bonded into lumps; 5) extruding the walnut shell granules glued by using an improved single-screw extruder, feeding the materials primarily formed by the die into a glass round tube, further finely cooling and shaping, and extruding from the other end to obtain loose and breathable walnut shell granule round bars, wherein the density of the round bars is 1.5 g/mL; 6) and extruding the walnut shell particle round rods, wrapping the extruded walnut shell particle round rods with wrapping paper, and cutting the wrapped walnut shell particle round rods into a length of 120mm to obtain the required environment-friendly walnut shell particle cigarette filter rod. The filter stick is compounded with a common acetate fiber stick according to the length ratio of 15:10 and then used for rolling and connecting cigarettes.
Example 3
In the embodiment, the round bar forming device is adopted for preparing the cigarette filter sticks, and the round bar forming device is improved on the basis of a conventional single-screw extruder as follows: 1) the screw is a 20-equidistant screw, the thread is a tooth-shaped thread with the height of 4mm, and the head of the screw is provided with 4 groups of equidistant grooves; the depth of the groove on the head thread of the screw is consistent with the height of the thread, and the width of the groove is 3 mm; 2) a 7.0mm inner diameter mouth die is connected with a 7.5mm inner diameter glass round tube, and the air cooling cooler is surrounded on the periphery of the round tube.
1) Removing impurities from coffee shell and coconut shell, steaming at high temperature, sterilizing, and sun drying; 2) respectively mechanically crushing and screening 20-80 meshes of coffee shells and coconut shell powder, and balancing water to 10% for later use; 3) mixing the coffee shell and the coconut shell powder according to a mass ratio of 2: 1, uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder; 4) mixing the mixture and the polymerized rosin micro powder in a mass ratio of 100:8 in a super-high speed mixer, and melting the hot melt adhesive by utilizing self-friction heat generation in the super-high speed mixing process to form a plurality of adhesive dots on the surfaces of the mixed powder particles; 4) ventilating and cooling, and stirring at low speed to prevent the materials from being bonded into lumps; 5) extruding the mixed powder granules subjected to sizing by using an improved single-screw extruder, feeding the materials preliminarily molded by the mouth die into a glass round tube, further finely cooling and shaping, and extruding from the other end to obtain a loose and breathable mixed powder granule round rod, wherein the density of the round rod is 2.5 g/mL; 6) and extruding the round rod of the mixed powder particles, wrapping the round rod with wrapping paper, and cutting the round rod into a length of 120mm to obtain the required environment-friendly cigarette filter rod of the mixed powder particles. The filter stick is compounded with a common acetate fiber stick according to the length ratio of 15:10 and then used for rolling and connecting cigarettes.
Example 4
In the embodiment, the round bar forming device is adopted for preparing the cigarette filter sticks, and the round bar forming device is improved on the basis of a conventional single-screw extruder as follows: 1) the screw rods are 20 equidistant screw rods, and the threads are tooth-shaped threads with the height of 4 mm; the depth of the grooves on the head thread of the screw is consistent with the height of the thread, the width of the grooves is 3mm, and 4 groups of equidistant grooves are arranged on the head of the screw; 2) a 7.0mm inner diameter mouth die is connected with a 7.5mm inner diameter glass round tube, and the air cooling cooler is surrounded on the periphery of the round tube.
1) Removing impurities from cork, steaming at high temperature, sterilizing, and drying in the sun; 2) mechanically crushing and screening cork particles of 20-80 meshes, and balancing the moisture to 10% for later use; 3) placing the cork particles and the microcrystalline wax micro powder into a super-speed mixer according to the mass ratio of 100:10 for mixing, and melting the hot melt adhesive by utilizing self-friction heat generation in the super-speed mixing process to form a plurality of adhesive dots on the surfaces of the cork particles; 4) ventilating and cooling, and stirring at low speed to prevent the materials from being bonded into lumps; 5) extruding the sizing cork granule material by using an improved single-screw extruder, feeding the material preliminarily formed by the oral die into a glass round tube, further finely cooling and shaping, and extruding from the other end to obtain a loose and breathable cork granule round rod, wherein the density of the round rod is 0.7 g/mL; 6) and cutting the extruded round cork particle rod into 100mm length to obtain the required environment-friendly cork particle cigarette filter rod. The filter stick can be directly used for rolling and connecting cigarettes.
And (3) evaluating sample smoke:
the cigarette filter rods prepared in examples 1 to 4 were respectively wrapped with cigarettes of the same brand and compared with conventional cigarettes, and the results are shown in table 1.

From the evaluation results, the smoking quality of the cigarette product prepared by the filter stick is equivalent to that of the conventional cigarette, and the smoke interception effect is equivalent. The filter stick has controllable suction resistance, greatly improved hardness and distinct appearance. In the production cost, the filter stick of the invention is obviously reduced compared with an acetate fiber filter stick.
