the antistatic modified liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42 parts of deionized water, 27 parts of butanol phosphate, 23 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 16 parts of ethoxylated alkylamine, 9 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 8 parts of polyurethane, 7 parts of sodium stearate, 6 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of an active agent and 4 parts of a softening agent;
the polyester fiber is prepared by taking polyester as a raw material, adding an antistatic composite additive and performing melt blending;
putting the wool and the antistatic modification liquid into ultrasonic equipment according to a certain proportion, starting ultrasonic waves for 10-20min, and slowly heating to 50-60 ℃ for 15-30min to obtain antistatic wool;
step three, cleaning the obtained antistatic wool with warm water, and drying until the water content is below 10%;
drying by adopting a steam drying mode, and carrying out drying treatment by adopting a sectional cooling mode from 55 ℃ and reducing the temperature by 5 ℃ every 5-10 minutes until the water content of the wool is below 10%;
adding the dried wool into a wool blending machine, loosening and mixing, loosening and removing impurities by a cotton cleaner, carding by a carding machine, blending with polyester fibers, spinning and twisting to obtain wool yarns;
the ratio of wool to polyester fiber was 8: 1;
step five, forming wool and bamboo fiber blended fabric by the wool yarns and the bamboo fiber yarns according to a proportion through a weaving process;
the ratio of the wool yarn to the bamboo fiber yarn is 4: 1;
step six, performing antibacterial treatment on the obtained wool and bamboo fiber blended fabric to obtain a finished product;
and (3) uniformly spraying the antibacterial finishing liquid on the fabric by using spraying equipment at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, and then drying.

step one, preparing materials: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of wool, 20-30 parts of bamboo fiber yarn, 30-40 parts of antistatic modification liquid and 10-20 parts of polyester fiber;
putting the wool and the antistatic modification liquid into ultrasonic equipment according to a certain proportion, starting ultrasonic waves for 10-20min, and slowly heating to 50-60 ℃ for 15-30min to obtain antistatic wool;
step three, cleaning the obtained antistatic wool with warm water, and drying until the water content is below 10%;
adding the dried wool into a wool blending machine, loosening and mixing, loosening and removing impurities by a cotton cleaner, carding by a carding machine, blending with polyester fibers, spinning and twisting to obtain wool yarns;
step five, forming wool and bamboo fiber blended fabric by the wool yarns and the bamboo fiber yarns according to a proportion through a weaving process;
and step six, performing antibacterial treatment on the obtained wool and bamboo fiber blended fabric to obtain a finished product.
2. A bamboo fibre and wool fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the wool yarn to the bamboo fiber yarn is 4: 1.

A bamboo fibre and wool fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the antistatic modified liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of deionized water, 25-35 parts of butanol phosphate, 20-30 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 15-25 parts of ethoxylated alkylamine, 6-14 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 6-10 parts of polyurethane, 5-10 parts of sodium stearate, 6-9 parts of ethylene glycol, 4-6 parts of an active agent and 4-5 parts of a softening agent.
4. A bamboo fibre and wool fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the polyester fiber is prepared by taking polyester as a raw material, adding an antistatic composite additive and performing melt blending.
5. A bamboo fibre and wool fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying adopts a steam drying mode, and the drying treatment is carried out by adopting a sectional cooling mode from 55 ℃ and reducing 5 ℃ every 5-10 minutes until the water content of the wool reaches below 10%.
6. A bamboo fibre and wool fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the wool to the polyester fiber is 8: 1.
