Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical effects of the present invention, the following description is given with reference to the embodiments.
A production process of a light textile fabric is mainly applied to the curtain industry, and is particularly suitable for being used in the south regions with moisture and rain, and the production process comprises the following steps:
blending: the textile fibers are blended according to the formula, and the textile fibers adopted by blending can be various textile fibers existing in the market according to the functional requirements, such as: natural fibers such as cotton fiber, hemp fiber, animal hair fiber, and silk fiber, artificial fibers such as viscose, polynosic, and acetate fiber, or synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, acrylic, spandex, and polypropylene fiber; and blending the textile fibers according to the requirement to obtain blended yarns.
Weaving: and (4) weaving the blended yarns in a warp and weft manner to obtain the grey cloth.
Cleaning: and hairiness, thread ends and impurities on the surface of the grey cloth are removed, the surface of the grey cloth is kept smooth, and the influence of the hairiness, the thread ends and other impurities on subsequent dyeing is avoided.
Dyeing: and (3) dyeing the grey cloth in a dyeing machine according to the required color, and after dyeing is finished, performing color fixing treatment and drying to obtain a semi-finished cloth.
And (3) mildew-proof treatment: and (3) soaking the semi-finished cloth in the mildew-proof bacteria-removing liquid for 30-60min, wherein the soaking temperature is controlled to be about 30-35 ℃, so that the mildew-proof bacteria-removing liquid can be quickly soaked in the cloth, the physical and chemical properties of the cloth can not be influenced, hot air is adopted to dry the semi-finished cloth after soaking is finished, and the drying temperature is based on no shrinkage or deformation of the cloth. The mildew-proof bacteria-removing liquid can adopt a mildew-proof bacteria-removing liquid with a strong light catalysis effect.
Gluing treatment: the flame-retardant glue is coated on one surface of a semi-finished fabric, the overall flame-retardant and fire-resistant performance of the fabric is improved through the flame-retardant glue, certainly, for a product with low requirements on partial flame-retardant and fire-resistant performance, the step can be omitted, the flame-retardant glue is usually coated on one surface of the fabric, and two surfaces of the fabric can be coated under partial conditions, so that the flame-retardant and fire-resistant performance is better, but the appearance of the fabric can be shielded, the attractiveness of the overall appearance is affected, and a double-surface gluing treatment mode is not suggested in special application occasions.
