Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of elastic wires, in particular to a high-precision paint elastic wire.
Background
The secondary scribing of the ship body refers to that after the main board is spliced, the original reverse side line precision is not standard enough due to welding deformation and other reasons, so that the secondary scribing is carried out according to the actual size of the sections so as to ensure the precision requirement when the sections are folded.
The conventional secondary scribing method comprises the steps of smearing white gouache paint or white acrylic paint on a bullet line to determine a scribing position, wherein the coating is unevenly hung on the bullet line and the binding force of the gouache paint is insufficient, when the bullet line is used for scribing, the coating splashes everywhere, so that the scribing precision is seriously affected, meanwhile, a high-temperature deck and an outdoor splicing section body are often used for scribing for a period of time after the line is drawn, repeated labor is required to be repeated, the brightness of the conventional gouache paint is not obvious enough after the bullet line is scribed, the scribing position is judged to be distorted by naked eyes when the sky shade is formed, meanwhile, personnel often walk at the scribing position, and the scribing is diluted by foot marks walked by the personnel, so that the precision scribing is invalid.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-precision, anti-skid, high-brightness and high-temperature-resistant paint elastic wire aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The high-precision paint elastic thread comprises a polyester fiber yarn, wherein the surface of the polyester fiber yarn is wrapped with a cotton-hemp composite yarn wound in a spiral mode, the surface of the cotton-hemp composite yarn is coated with paint, and the paint consists of 50-60% of water, 20-30% of zinc oxide and 10-30% of paint. The paint is characterized in that the paint is required by absorbing more water absorption and water retention capacity of the cotton-flax composite yarn, the polyester fiber yarn, commonly known as polyester, is used as an inner core to ensure elasticity and toughness in the use process of the elastic thread, and in order to prevent large-area splashing caused by the paint in the operation process of the elastic thread, the paint is blurred in scribing, zinc oxide is added into the paint, the brightness of the paint is increased, the viscosity of the paint is increased, and the splashing of the paint is prevented.
Preferably, the cotton-hemp composite yarn is formed by interlacing cotton yarns and hemp yarns to form a hemp pattern. The twisted cotton-flax composite yarn is spirally wound with the polyester fiber yarn, so that the tightness of the cotton-flax composite yarn and the polyester fiber yarn is ensured, and meanwhile, the formed twisted cotton-flax composite yarn has more gaps and can adsorb more paint.
Preferably, the coating is composed of 45% polyacrylic resin, 36% dextrin, 3% propylene glycol butyl ether and 15% light calcium carbonate and 1% triethanolamine.
Preferably, the paint consists of 49% of polypropylene white mineral oil, 35% of titanium dioxide, 15% of light calcium carbonate and 1% of triethanolamine. The ship operation faces more outdoor iron plate sections, the paint needs to be kept high in brightness and not easy to change after being drawn, volatilization or loss in rainy or high-temperature weather is prevented, the stability and the color brightness of the acrylic pigment are utilized to ensure high temperature resistance and water resistance, meanwhile, the acrylic pigment is fast in curing speed after being used, is not easy to decompose after being cured, and is firmly attached to the surface of the iron plate sections.
Preferably, a fluorescent agent is added to the paint. The fluorescent agent can increase the working environment with unclear light and shade.
Preferably, the width of the elastic thread is 0.5mm, the width of the polyester fiber yarn is 0.3mm, and the width of the cotton-hemp composite yarn is 0.2mm. The secondary scribing has high precision requirement, the scribing is required to be within 0.5mm, and the precision requirement during the segment folding is ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the elastic wire has the advantages that the elastic wire can ensure that the paint is less splashed when the elastic wire is used, so that the hanging beads of the paint on the elastic wire are firmly adsorbed on the surface of the elastic wire, the brightness and the high temperature resistance of the paint are improved, the elastic wire is suitable for the use environment of the outdoor section building and splicing section of a ship, and the solidification capability and the viscosity of the propylene pigment are utilized to ensure that the paint is not easy to be scratched and lighten after being scored.
