Abstract
本发明提供了一种高精度的涂料弹线。该弹线包括聚酯纤维纱线,聚酯纤维纱线的表面包裹有以螺旋形式缠绕的棉麻复合纱线,棉麻复合纱的表面涂有涂料,涂料由50‑60%水、20‑30%氧化锌和10‑30%涂料组成。本发明防止涂料飞溅,增加弹线划线的明度、耐高温性和耐摩擦性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及弹线技术领域,具体涉及一种高精度的涂料弹线。
背景技术
船体二次划线是指在主板拼版后,由于焊接变形等原因,造成原有的反面线精度不够标准,所以根据分段的实际尺寸进行二次划线,以保证分段合拢时的精度要求。
现有的二次划线通过在弹线上涂抹白色水粉涂料或白色丙烯涂料确定划线位置,由于涂料在弹线上的挂抹不均匀以及水粉涂料本身的束缚力不够,使用弹线进行划线时,涂料四处飞溅,导致划线精度严重受到影响;同时在高温的甲板以及户外的拼接段体上常常画完线后一段时间划线会逐渐变淡,需要重新划线,导致很多重复劳动;而且现有的水粉涂料在进行弹线划线后亮度不够明显,在天色阴沉时,肉眼判断划线位置失真;同时划线位置经常有人员走动,人员走动的足印会将划线蹭淡,导致精度划线失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高精度、防滑蹭、高亮度、耐高温的涂料弹线。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高精度的涂料弹线,包括弹线,所述弹线包括聚酯纤维纱线,聚酯纤维纱线的表面包裹有以螺旋形式缠绕的棉麻复合纱线,所述棉麻复合纱的表面涂有涂料,所述涂料由50-60%水、20-30%氧化锌和10-30%涂料组成。利用棉麻复合纱线的吸水性和保水能力更多的吸附所需涂料,聚酯纤维纱线也就是俗称的涤纶作为内芯保证弹线使用过程中的弹性以及韧性,为了防止涂料在弹线作业过程中造成的大面积飞溅,导致划线模糊不清,在涂料中加入了氧化锌,增加涂料亮度的同时使涂料的粘稠度增加,防止涂料的飞溅。
优选的,所述棉麻复合纱线由棉纱线和麻纱线交错捻合,形成麻花状。麻花形的棉麻复合纱线螺旋缠绕聚酯纤维纱线,保证棉麻复合纱线与聚酯纤维纱线的紧密度,同时形成的麻花状的棉麻复合纱线拥有更多的空隙,可以吸附更多的涂料。
优选的,所述涂料由45%聚丙烯酸树脂、36%糊精、3%丙二醇丁醚和15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺组成。
优选的,所述涂料由49%聚丙烯白矿油、35%钛白粉、15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺组成。船舶作业面对的更多的是室外的铁板分段,需要在涂料进行划线后保持高亮和不易变化,防止在下雨或者高温天气下挥发或流失,利用丙烯颜料的稳定性和颜色亮度保证耐高温和耐水性,同时丙烯颜料在使用后固化速度快,固化后不易分解,并且牢牢贴合在铁板分段的表面。
优选的,所述涂料中添加有荧光剂。荧光剂可以增加光线明暗不清的作业环境。
优选的,所述弹线的宽度为0.5mm,聚酯纤维纱线的宽度为0.3mm,棉麻复合纱线的宽度为0.2mm。二次划线对于精度的要求很高,需要划线在0.5mm以内,保证分段合拢时的精度要求。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:该种弹线可以保证涂料在弹线时飞溅更少,使得弹线上的涂料的挂珠牢牢吸附在弹线的表面,增加涂料的明度和耐高温性,适用船舶室外分段建造拼接分段的使用环境,利用丙烯颜料的固化能力和粘力保证涂料划线后不易被滑蹭变淡。

实施例一:
如图1所示,高精度的涂料弹线,包括弹线10,弹线10包括聚酯纤维纱线11,聚酯纤维纱线11的表面包裹有以螺旋形式缠绕的棉麻复合纱线120,棉麻复合纱的表面涂有涂料,涂料由60%水、30%氧化锌和10%涂料组成,棉麻复合纱线120由棉纱线121和麻纱线122交错捻合,形成麻花状,涂料由45%聚丙烯酸树脂、36%糊精、3%丙二醇丁醚和15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺组成,涂料中添加有荧光剂,弹线10的宽度为0.5mm,聚酯纤维纱线11的宽度为0.3mm,棉麻复合纱线120的宽度为0.2mm。
实施例二:
如图1所示,高精度的涂料弹线,包括弹线10,弹线10包括聚酯纤维纱线11,聚酯纤维纱线11的表面包裹有以螺旋形式缠绕的棉麻复合纱线120,棉麻复合纱的表面涂有涂料,涂料由55%水、20%氧化锌和25%涂料组成,棉麻复合纱线120由棉纱线121和麻纱线122交错捻合,形成麻花状,涂料由49%聚丙烯白矿油、35%钛白粉、15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺组成,弹线10的宽度为0.5mm,聚酯纤维纱线11的宽度为0.3mm,棉麻复合纱线120的宽度为0.2mm。

Claims (4)
1.一种高精度的涂料弹线,包括弹线,其特征在于:所述弹线包括聚酯纤维纱线,聚酯纤维纱线的表面包裹有以螺旋形式缠绕的棉麻复合纱线,所述棉麻复合纱的表面涂有涂料,所述涂料由以下组分按重量百分比组成:水50~60%、氧化锌20~30%以及以下A或B组分中任一一种10~30%组成,A组分由45%聚丙烯酸树脂、36%糊精、3%丙二醇丁醚和15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺,B组分由49%聚丙烯白矿油、35%钛白粉、15%轻质碳酸钙和1%三乙醇胺组成,该种弹线可以保证涂料在弹线时飞溅更少,使得弹线上的涂料的挂珠牢牢吸附在弹线的表面,增加涂料的明度和耐高温性,适用船舶室外分段建造拼接分段的使用环境,利用丙烯颜料的固化能力和粘力保证涂料划线后不易被滑蹭变淡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度的涂料弹线,其特征在于:所述棉麻复合纱线由棉纱线和麻纱线交错捻合,形成麻花状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度的涂料弹线,其特征在于:所述涂料中添加有荧光剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度的涂料弹线,其特征在于:所述弹线的宽度为0.5mm,聚酯纤维纱线的宽度为0.3mm,棉麻复合纱线的宽度为0.2mm。
