the polyester velvet yarn is planted into grey cloth, and then napping, carding, shearing and shaping are carried out to obtain a fabric with the gram weight of 300-320 g/square meter;
immersing the fabric in a composite antibacterial liquid for towels to carry out padding treatment, and then drying to obtain the antibacterial multifunctional towel;
the composite antibacterial liquid for the towel comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of wormwood extract, 5-10 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 1-5 parts of nano zirconia, 0.5-5 parts of amphiphilic surfactant, 0.5-2 parts of quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid and 15-50 parts of deionized water.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the polyester velvet yarn is polyester fiber DTY150d/288f.
3. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the mugwort extract, the water-soluble chitosan and the nano zirconia is 7:4:2.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the mugwort extract comprises the following steps:
immersing the stems and leaves of the wormwood in liquid nitrogen, fishing out, and freeze-drying and crushing the wormwood in an environment below-5 ℃ to obtain wormwood stem and leaf granules;
adding the mugwort stem leaf particles into water, performing first reduced pressure distillation and extraction under the conditions of 40-42 ℃ and 0.08-0.10 Mpa vacuum degree, and stopping the first reduced pressure distillation when the volume of the distillate is half of the volume of the initial water adding amount to obtain a first distillate and a residual feed liquid;
adding ethanol with the same volume as the first distillate into the residual feed liquid, performing second reduced pressure distillation and extraction at 58-60 ℃ and 0.08-0.10 Mpa vacuum degree, and stopping the second reduced pressure distillation when the volume of the distillate is half of the volume of the initial water adding amount to obtain a second distillate;
and combining and concentrating the first distillate and the second distillate, and then drying in vacuum to obtain the mugwort extract.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the initial water addition amount to the mugwort stem and leaf particles is (10-12): 1.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble chitosan is a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano zirconia is 20 to 30nm.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the amphiphilic surfactant is at least one of polysorbate, sulfonate, carboxylate, phosphate, and lecithin.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid is at least one of trimethyloctyl ammonium chloride and tetrabutylammonium bromide.
10. An antibacterial multifunctional towel, which is characterized in that the antibacterial multifunctional towel is prepared by the preparation method of claims 1-9.
