发明内容
本发明基于一种用于包装机器的纵向密封设备的密封装置,该密封装置具有:用于固定所述纵向密封设备的密封钳的至少一个密封保持架;用于固定所述纵向密封设备的另外的密封钳的至少一个另外的密封保持架,所述密封保持架和所述另外的密封保持架被支撑成相对彼此能够移动;以及机械的耦合单元,所述密封保持架和所述另外的密封保持架布置在所述耦合单元上,其中,所述耦合单元包括至少一个力传递元件和另外的力传递元件,所述力传递元件配置成能够在密封期间将提供的密封力以压力的形式传递到所述密封保持架,所述另外的力传递元件配置成能够在密封期间将所述提供的密封力以拉力的形式传递到所述另外的密封保持架。
耦合单元可包括至少一个活塞单元、特别是气动活塞单元,该活塞单元具有至少一个活塞腔以及支撑在活塞腔中的活塞,其中,活塞与力传递元件中的一个能操作地连接,活塞腔与力传递元件中的不与活塞连接的另一个力传递元件能操作地连接。在密封期间,特别是通过密封力将至少一个密封钳压到包装材料上,从而密封包装材料。密封钳至少在密封期间与密封保持架刚性连接,特别是固定在密封保持架上。优选地,另外的密封钳至少在密封期间与另外的密封保持架刚性连接,特别是是固定在另外的密封保持架上。特别是,在密封期间,借助于耦合单元,密封钳在压力作用下被压向包装材料,而密封保持架则作为中介部件。特别是在密封期间,借助于耦合单元,另外的密封钳在拉力的作用下被拉向包装材料,而另外的密封保持架则作为中介部件。密封钳优选地配置用于在包装材料上形成纵向接缝。另外的密封钳优选地配置用于在包装材料上形成另外的纵向接缝。纵向接缝和另外的纵向接缝可以实施为边缘接缝,特别是从包装材料的两个相邻区域形成包装的边缘,也可以实施为封闭接缝,特别是连接包装材料的两个相互远离的端部或包装材料的两片。纵向接缝和另外的纵向接缝优选地彼此间隔开地形成。特别是,在密封期间,密封钳和另外的密封钳彼此间隔开地布置。替代地,密封钳和另外的密封钳在密封期间相互挤压彼此,以形成单个纵向接缝。密封钳和另外的密封钳优选地能实现电加热,以形成纵向接缝。替代地,密封钳和另外的密封钳通过超声波焊接形成纵向接缝。密封钳优选地用螺钉或其它方式固定在密封保持架上。特别是,密封钳可以更换,例如根据要形成的纵向接缝和/或包装材料的类型进行更换。
包装材料优选地采用膜形式,特别是单层结构或多层结构的膜。包装材料和/或包装材料的至少一层可以由纸、合成材料(特别是是聚丙烯、聚酯和/或聚乙烯)、纺织品和/或金属制成。包装材料特别地可以是复合材料。包装机器特别是配置用于以包装材料制成容器、特别是管状袋和/或自立袋,在容器中装入包装产品并封闭容器。包装机优选地包括至少一个填充管或填充槽,用于填充由包装材料形成的容器。填充管或填充槽优选地具有纵向填充轴线,在包装机器操作时,该纵向填充轴线定向到竖直方向,包装机器操作时,包装产品沿该轴线被运输到形成的容器中。包装机器特别是包括包装材料引导装置,其配置用于将包装材料、优选地是单片包装材料以软管形状环绕填充管或填充槽成型。纵向密封设备配置用于通过密封固定包装材料的形状,使其包围填充槽。特别是,纵向密封设备配置成生成与纵向填充轴线至少基本平行的纵向接缝。这里的“基本平行”是指方向的定向相对于参考方向特别是在一平面中,其中,方向与参考方向的偏差特别是小于8°、优选地小于5°、特别优选地小于2°。
密封装置特别是包括机架,机架特别是被配置成在纵向密封设备操作期间相对于填充管或填充槽是不可移动的。耦合单元优选地在机架上支撑成可以相对于机架移动。耦合单元特别是配置成在密封期间将密封钳压在包装材料上,特别是在密封后将密封钳从包装材料上移开。纵向密封设备特别是包括至少一个驱动元件,其用于使耦合单元相对于机架移动。驱动元件优选地是气动驱动元件,或者是液压驱动元件或电气驱动元件。耦合单元特别是配置用于在密封保持架和另外的密封保持架之间、优选地均匀地分配驱动元件提供的密封力。特别是,密封保持架和另外的密封保持架通过耦合单元连接到同一驱动元件上。纵向密封设备可选地具有多个驱动元件以共同提供密封力,其中,密封保持架和另外的密封保持架通过耦合单元连接到所有协作的驱动元件上。特别是,密封保持架可仅与另外的密封保持架一起相对于机架移动、特别是是至少在密封保持架的整个移动范围内仅与另外的密封保持架一起相对于机架移动。优选地,另外的密封保持架可仅与密封保持架一起相对于机架移动、特别是至少在另外的密封保持架的整个移动范围内仅与密封保持架一起相对于机架移动。特别是,当受到密封力时,密封保持架和另外的密封保持架进行耦合运动,特别是至少在另外的密封保持架的整个运动范围内进行耦合运动。
力传递元件和/或另外的力传递元件优选地实施成杆,替代地是钢缆,密封保持架和/或另外的密封保持架固定在其上。力传递元件特别是配置用于使密封保持架沿位移方向的移位。另外的力传递元件优选地配置用于使另外的密封保持架沿另外的位移方向移位。特别是,位移方向和另外的位移方向至少基本平行于同一直线。由于密封力作为压力和拉力的传递,位移方向和另外的位移方向优选地定向成彼此相对。特别是在密封时,密封保持架和另外的密封保持架沿着一直线朝向彼此移动,特别是在密封后沿着这一直线彼此远离。纵向密封设备特别是具有运输方向,包装材料沿此方向由纵向密封设备和/或包装机器的包装运输单元输送通过纵向密封设备。位移方向和另外的位移方向优选地与运输方向至少基本垂直。特别是,运输方向至少与纵向填充轴线基本平行,特别是是与纵向填充轴线同心。特别是,密封装置在垂直于运输方向的平面上包围填充管或填充槽。包装运输单元优选地配置成在填充管或填充槽与密封装置之间运输包装材料通过纵向密封设备。术语“基本垂直”在这里特别是限定方向的定向相对于参考方向的关系,其中,方向和参考方向特别是在投影平面上观察包括90°的角度,该角度的最大偏差特别小于8°、有利的是小于5°、特别有利的是小于2°。
根据本发明的密封装置,密封力可以以一种有利的对称方式分配到密封钳上。特别是可以省去密封钳的单独致动。特别是,可以自动实现密封钳的同步运动,特别是无需额外的电子输入。特别是,可以有效降低不对称施力的风险。特别是,密封过程可以以非常可靠的方式进行。特别是,对密封过程不起作用的那部分密封力可以保持在非常小的范围内。
活塞腔特别是与驱动元件相连。驱动元件特别是配置用于使活塞腔相对于活塞移动。优选地,特别是在密封装置的至少一种操作状态下,活塞腔和活塞至少分别与力传递元件中相应的至少一个刚性连接。两个物体之间的刚性连接可以通过螺纹连接、铆接、闩锁、夹紧、物质与物质之间的结合或一体实施等方式实现。例如,活塞与力传递元件能操作地连接,活塞腔与另外的力传递元件能操作地连接。替代地,活塞与另外的力传递元件连接,活塞腔与力传递元件连接。在一种简便的实施例中,力传递元件和/或另外的力传递元件直接紧固到活塞单元。替代地,密封装置包括至少一个调节单元,通过该调节单元可以改变活塞腔和/或活塞与力传递元件和/或另外的力传递元件之间的相对位置。例如,调节装置包括致动器、位于另外的活塞腔中的另外的活塞、螺纹杆、伸缩杆、夹持套等用于调节活塞腔和/或活塞与力传递元件和/或另外的力传递元件之间的相对位置的构件。调整装置优选地至少在密封期间将活塞单元与力传递元件连接起来。
例如,特别是在密封装置的至少一种操作状态下,活塞与力传递元件刚性连接。力传递元件优选地与密封保持架刚性连接。特别是,力传递元件将活塞相对于活塞腔的运动传递给密封保持架。当驱动元件施加力时,密封保持架和活塞移动,特别是是至少基本在同一方向上移动相同的距离,特别是除活塞、力传递元件、可选的调节单元和/或密封保持架相互固定的间隙配合之外的相同距离。例如,特别是在密封装置的至少一种操作状态下,活塞腔与另外的力传递元件刚性连接。另外的力传递元件优选地与另外的密封保持架刚性连接。特别是,另外的力传递元件将活塞腔相对于活塞的运动传递给另外的密封保持架。当驱动元件施加力时,另外的密封保持架和活塞腔沿同一方向移动,特别是至少基本移动相同的距离,特别是是除活塞腔、另外的力传递元件、可选的调节单元和/或另外的密封保持架相互固定的间隙配合之外的相同距离。
通过实施本发明的密封装置,可以很容易地将密封力转换成两个可同时使用的对向力。
密封装置还可包括具有另外的活塞的至少一个另外的活塞单元,另外的活塞沿着机械操作(mechanischen Wirkkette)链与活塞串联(Reihen)地布置。特别是,另外的活塞单元包括至少一个另外的活塞腔,另外的活塞布置在另外的活塞腔中。另外的活塞和另外的活塞单元优选地与纵向密封设备的另外的驱动元件相连,另外的驱动元件特别是实施成与驱动元件分开。另外的驱动元件特别是可以是液压、气动或电气驱动元件。特别是,活塞单元可以独立于另外的活塞单元进行致动。优选地,活塞单元的冲程方向和另外的活塞单元的冲程方向至少基本平行,并且特别是是平行于位移方向和/或另外的位移方向。活塞单元特别是配置用于向密封保持架施加密封力。另外的活塞单元特别是配置用于密封保持架的移动,特别是在非工作位置和密封位置之间来回移动密封保持架。特别是,另外的活塞单元的最大行程大于活塞单元的最大行程,特别是比其大超过50%,优选地是比其大超过100%。特别是,密封保持架在非工作位置比在密封位置彼此间的距离更远。例如,活塞腔和另外的活塞腔彼此刚性连接。例如,活塞与另外的活塞腔刚性连接。例如,另外的活塞与活塞腔刚性连接。例如,活塞和另外的活塞彼此刚性连接。特别是,活塞单元和另外的活塞单元优选地具有共用装配板,通过该装配板它们彼此相互连接。装配板布置成特别是使其可相对于机架移动,特别是与机架间隔开。另外的活塞单元优选地沿着机械操作链布置在活塞单元与另外的力传递元件之间,替代地布置在活塞单元与力传递元件之间。特别是,密封力通过另外的活塞单元传递到密封保持架之一。在密封期间,另外的活塞在另外的活塞腔中的位置优选地是固定的。根据本发明的密封装置,可以优选地区分密封保持架的运动和密封力对密封保持架的作用。特别是,活塞单元的最大行程可以保持在较小的范围内。通过活塞单元快速提供密封力特别是具有优势的。特别是,密封装置可实现极高的吞吐量。此外,还可将密封钳储存在非工作位置。特别是,包装材料的在密封过程之外的热负荷、特别是破坏性热负荷可以保持在极小的范围内。
此外,耦合单元可包括至少一个附加的活塞单元,附加的活塞单元具有附加的活塞,该附加的活塞与活塞和/或另外的活塞并联地布置,其中,附加的活塞单元、活塞单元和/或另外的活塞单元布置在活塞单元的共用装配板上、特别是上述的共用装配板上。附加的活塞特别是布置在附加的活塞腔中。附加的活塞单元优选地至少在结构上与活塞单元和/或另外的活塞单元基本相同,特别是除镜面对称外基本相同。附加的活塞单元的冲程方向优选地至少与活塞单元或另外的活塞单元的冲程方向基本平行,特别是与位移方向和/或另外的位移方向平行。附加的活塞单元可以连接到附加的驱动元件,特别是气动、液压或电动驱动元件,也可以连接到驱动元件或另外的驱动元件。附加的活塞单元特别是配置用于与活塞单元或另外的活塞单元同步运动。特别是,附加的活塞单元配置用于将密封力传递到密封保持架和/或在非工作位置于密封位置之间来回移动密封保持架。根据本发明的密封装置,活塞单元或另外的活塞单元所需的活塞位移可以保持在较小的范围内。此外,还可以使密封装置保持紧凑,特别是在保持对称力分布的同时保持紧凑。
密封装置可包括用于耦合单元的浮动支撑的支承单元,所述支承单元配置用于在耦合单元操作期间接收耦合单元和密封保持架的至少基本全部重力。支承单元优选地包括至少一个支承元件,力传递元件或另外的力传递元件支撑在其上。支承元件围绕力传递元件或另外的力传递元件,特别是在垂直于位移方向或另外的位移方向的平面上围绕力传递元件或另外的力传递元件。支承元件特别是支撑力传递元件或另外的力传递元件,使力传递元件或另外的力传递元件可以实现穿过支承单元的直线运动,特别是不会因此而使支承元件相对于机架发生移动。支承元件可以是滑动支承、滚珠支承、滚柱支承等。特别是,支承单元将耦合单元、密封保持架,特别是密封钳的重力传递到机架上。“至少基本上全部重力”是指至少占全部重力的50%、优选地超过75%、特别是优选地超过90%。替代地或另外地,机架还包括导轨或悬挂装置或类似装置,用于承受耦合单元、密封保持架、特别是密封钳的部分重量力,特别是在不将耦合单元或密封保持架的任何构件与机架刚性连接的情况下承受部分重量力。根据本发明的密封装置,可以将密封力对称地分配到密封保持架上。
除此以外,另外的力传递元件布置成能够穿过密封保持架的材料凹部。特别是,密封保持架在平行于运输方向和另外的位移方向的与密封保持架和活塞单元相交的平面上布置在另外的密封保持架与活塞单元之间。密封保持架的材料凹部在垂直于另外的位移方向的平面上的孔径宽度优选地足够大,以避免另外的力传递元件沿另外的位移方向运动时,所述材料凹部与另外的力传递元件发生物理接触。支承单元优选地包括至少一个密封保持架支承元件,该密封保持架支承元件布置在密封保持架的材料凹部中,并容纳另外的力传递元件。密封保持架支承元件围绕另外的力传递元件,特别是在垂直于另外的位移方向的平面上围绕另外的力传递元件。密封保持架支承件特别是支撑另外的力传递元件,使另外的力传递元件可以进行穿过密封保持架的直线运动,特别是使密封保持架可以沿着另外的力传递元件进行直线运动,特别是在与另外的力传递元件相对的方向上。密封保持架支承元件可以是滑动支承、滚珠支承、滚柱支承等。根据本发明的密封装置,可使耦合单元的实施更加稳定。特别是可以利用极少的结构元件来稳定密封保持架和另外的力传递元件相对于机架的相对定向。特别是,密封保持架或另外的力传递元件的倾斜度可以保持在较小的范围内。
此外,密封装置可包括至少一个包装运输单元,特别是上述包装运输单元,其用于输送包装材料、特别是上述包装材料通过纵向密封设备,其中另外的力传递元件布置成穿过包装运输单元的材料凹部。包装运输单元特别是包括与包装材料摩擦配合和/或力配合的接触式输送元件。接触式输送元件特别是可以实施成封闭式运输带。包装运输单元特别是包括至少一个引导元件、特别是多个引导元件,接触式输送元件布置在所述引导元件上。特别是,接触式输送元件在垂直于位移方向的平面上与至少一个引导元件、特别是多个引导元件围绕地接合。引导元件可以与机架刚性连接,也可以在机架上支撑成可以相对于机架旋转。例如,接触式输送元件可以实施成平滑带,也可以是齿形带。例如,至少一个引导元件可以实施成引导辊,特别是偏转辊,也可以是销。在垂直于位移方向的平面上,接触式输送元件特别是围绕内表面接合。特别是,至少一个引导元件布置在内表面内。可选地,包装运输单元包括至少一个结构元件,特别是运输单元装配板,它与至少一个引导元件一起至少基本填充内表面,特别是相对于内表面的总表面积至少填充25%,优选地填充超过50%。

此外,密封装置可包括至少一个特别是不可移动的对向密封保持架单元,该对向密封保持架单元形成用于压紧密封钳之一的压紧表面,其中,另外的力传递元件布置成穿过对向密封保持架单元的材料凹部。优选地,对向密封保持架单元包括对向密封保持架,其用于将对向密封保持架单元相对于机架固定,并包括形成压紧表面的对向密封元件。对向密封元件优选地布置在对向密封保持架上,特别是与对向密封保持架刚性连接或与对向密封保持架一体地实施。压紧表面沿位移方向与密封保持架相对地布置。特别是,在密封期间,密封保持架将密封钳压在压紧表面上,密封材料被布置在密封钳和压紧表面之间。至少在密封期间,对向密封保持架单元相对于机架是不动的,至少在密封装置的指定最大可调节密封力范围内是如此。材料凹部特别是布置在对向密封保持架上。在垂直于另外的位移方向的平面上,对向密封保持架的材料凹部的孔宽优选地足够大,以避免在另外的力传递元件沿另外的位移方向移动时,该材料凹部与另外的力传递元件发生物理接触。支承单元优选地包括至少一个对向密封保持架支承元件,该对向密封保持架支承元件布置在对向密封保持架的材料凹部中并容纳另外的力传递元件。对向密封保持架支承元件围绕另外的力传递元件地接合,特别是在垂直于另外的位移方向的平面上围绕另外的力传递元件地接合。对向密封保持架支承元件支撑另外的力传递元件,特别是使另外的力传递元件可以进行穿过对向密封保持架的直线运动,特别是不会使对向密封保持架相对于机架移动。对向密封保持架支承元件可以是滑动支承、滚珠支承、滚柱支承等。对向密封保持架支承元件优选地与运输支承元件一体地实施。对向密封保持架单元优选地固定在支承单元上,特别是夹持在支承单元上,使其可以无需破坏即可拆卸。特别是,在纵向密封设备的非工作状态下,对向密封保持架单元可沿支承单元移动,以实现待生产容器的规格变化。密封装置优选地还包括类似的另外的对向密封保持架单元,它形成另外的压紧表面,该压紧表面沿位移方向与另外的密封保持架相对。特别是,在平行于运输方向和另外的位移方向的平面上,包装运输单元被布置在对向密封保持架单元和另外的对向密封保持架单元之间。对向密封保持架单元的对向密封元件和另外的对向密封保持架单元的对向密封元件可以彼此分开实施,也可以一体实施。特别是,对向密封保持架单元的对向密封元件和另外的对向密封保持架单元的对向密封元件可以在垂直于运输方向的方向上相互独立或仅一起移动,特别是用于调整要生产的容器的规格。根据本发明的实施例,可以生产出非常紧凑的密封装置。
耦合单元可包括至少一个调节元件,通过调节元件可以在不使用工具的情况下调节密封保持架和/或另外的密封保持架相对于力传递元件和/或另外的力传递元件的初始位置。调节元件特别是上述调节单元的一部分。耦合单元特别是包括偏转单元,该偏转单元将活塞单元与另外的力传递元件进行机械连接、特别是通过另外的活塞单元间接地与另外的力传递元件进行机械连接。偏转单元优选地与活塞单元之一刚性连接。偏转单元优选地以非破坏性可拆卸方式布置在另外的力传递元件上。特别是,偏转单元包括两个相对位置的凸起,它们一起围绕另外的力传递元件地接合。调节元件特别是实施成螺纹杆,用于通过凸起夹持或分离另外的力传递元件。替代地,力传递元件具有带孔的网格,通过该网格可以将调节元件(实施成销或螺钉)固定在偏转单元上。根据本发明的密封装置,可以使密封装置很容易地适应不同规格的容器。
除此以外,本发明还提出了一种纵向密封设备,其具有至少一个根据本发明的密封装置和至少一个根据本发明的另外的密封装置。另外的密封装置优选地至少在结构上与密封装置基本相同。特别是,另外的密封装置包括与密封装置类似的耦合单元、密封保持架、另外的密封保持架和/或包装运输单元。纵向密封设备优选地只具有一个机架,在机架上支撑密封装置和另外的密封装置,特别是浮动地支撑密封装置和另外的密封装置。替代地,密封装置和另外的密封装置分别具有各自的机架。密封装置和另外的密封装置的构件优选地呈镜面对称布置,特别是相对于与位移方向和运输方向平行的镜面对称布置。密封装置和另外的密封装置之间特别是要间隔布置,或仅通过共用的机架和/或通过共用的液压、电气或气动供给管路相互连接。根据本发明的实施例,可以提供一种结构非常紧凑的纵向密封设备,该纵向密封设备可以在包装材料上形成同步纵向接缝,而且投入小,特别是在控制方面投入小。

密封钳16特别是紧固在密封保持架14上。密封保持架14优选地紧固在力传递元件24上。密封保持架14特别是可移动地支撑在另外的力传递元件26、28上,特别是用于进行直线运动。力传递元件24特别是紧固在活塞34上。活塞34优选地支撑在活塞腔32中。活塞腔32优选地紧固在共用装配板44上。另外的活塞单元36的另外的活塞腔和/或附加的活塞单元40的附加的活塞腔特别是紧固在共用装配板44上。另外的活塞38特别是支撑在另外的活塞腔内。附加的活塞42特别是支撑在附加的活塞腔中。另外的活塞38和/或附加的活塞特别是紧固在偏转单元86上。另外的力传递元件26、28优选地紧固在偏转单元86上。另外的力传递元件26、28特别是支撑在运输支承元件76内。特别是,运输支承元件76直接或间接地布置、特别是紧固在纵向密封设备12的机架88上。另外的密封保持架18优选地紧固在另外的力传递元件26、28上。另外的密封钳20特别是紧固在另外的密封保持架18上。如果活塞单元30、36、40中的至少一个发生压力变化,密封保持架14、18就会通过力传递元件24、26、28、特别是通过偏转单元86沿垂直于运输方向70的相反方向移动。
接触式输送元件62的与运输方向70平行的最大纵向延伸尺度和密封保持架14和/或另外的密封保持架18的与运输方向70平行的最大纵向延伸尺度具有至少基本相同的长度。密封装置10的安装杆(密封保持架14和/或另外的密封保持架18布置在该安装杆上)的纵向轴线与引导元件64或另外的引导元件66的旋转轴线至少基本同轴。安装杆特别是由另外的力传递元件26实现。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于包装机器的纵向密封设备的密封装置,具有:用于固定所述纵向密封设备的密封钳(16)的至少一个密封保持架(14);用于固定所述纵向密封设备的另外的密封钳(20)的至少一个另外的密封保持架(18),所述密封保持架(14)和所述另外的密封保持架(18)被支撑成相对彼此能够移动;以及机械的耦合单元(22),所述密封保持架(14)和所述另外的密封保持架(18)布置在所述耦合单元(22)上,其中,所述耦合单元(22)包括至少一个力传递元件(24)和另外的力传递元件(26、28),所述力传递元件(24)配置成能够在密封期间将提供的密封力以压力的形式传递到所述密封保持架(14),所述另外的力传递元件(26、28)配置成能够在密封期间将所述提供的密封力以拉力的形式传递到所述另外的密封保持架(18),其特征在于,所述耦合单元(22)包括至少一个活塞单元(30)、特别是气动活塞单元(30),所述活塞单元具有至少一个活塞腔(32)以及支撑在所述活塞腔(32)中的活塞(34),其中,所述活塞(34)与所述力传递元件(24)中的一个能操作地连接,所述活塞腔(32)与所述力传递元件(26、28)中的不与所述活塞(34)连接的另一个力传递元件能操作地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述耦合单元(22)包括具有另外的活塞(38)的至少一个另外的活塞单元(36),所述另外的活塞(38)与所述活塞(34)沿着机械操作链串联地布置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述耦合单元(22)包括具有附加的活塞(42)的至少一个附加的活塞单元(40),所述附加的活塞与所述活塞(34)和/或所述另外的活塞(38)并联地布置,其中,所述附加的活塞单元(40)、所述活塞单元(30)和/或所述另外的活塞单元(36)布置在活塞单元(30、36、40)的公共装配板(44)上。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置具有用于所述耦合单元(22)的浮动支撑的支承单元(46),所述支承单元(46)配置成能够在所述耦合单元(22)操作期间接收所述耦合单元(22)和所述密封保持架(14、16)至少大致全部的重力。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述另外的力传递元件(26、28)布置成突出穿过所述密封保持架(14)的材料凹部。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置具有用于将包装材料(50)输送通过所述纵向密封设备的包装运输单元(48),其中,所述另外的力传递元件(26、28)布置成突出穿过所述包装运输单元(48)的材料凹部。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置具有至少一个特别是不能移动的对向密封保持单元(52、54),所述对向密封保持单元形成用于压紧所述密封钳(16、20)之一的压紧表面,其中,所述另外的力传递元件(26、28)布置成突出穿过所述对向密封保持单元(52、54)的材料凹部。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述耦合单元(22)包括至少一个调节元件(56、58),借助于所述调节元件,所述密封保持架(14)和/或所述另外的密封保持架(18)相对于所述力传递元件(24)和/或所述另外的力传递元件(26、28)的初始位置无需工具就能够进行调节。
9.一种纵向密封设备,具有至少一个根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封装置和至少一个根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的另外的密封装置。
