在日本特开2022-74169中公开了一种将减速器与差动装置组合而得到的动力传递装置。减速器具备:中空的输入轴;太阳轮,所述太阳轮与输入轴连结;多个阶梯小齿轮,所述多个阶梯小齿轮与太阳轮卡合;行星架,所述行星架对多个阶梯小齿轮进行旋转支承;以及齿圈,所述齿圈固定于减速器的箱体。

日本特开2022-74169的动力传递装置的减速比取决于阶梯小齿轮的大径齿轮与小径齿轮的齿数比。因此,无法得到较大的减速比。本说明书提供一种在能够使输入轴方向的长度缩短的同时能够得到较大的减速比的动力传递装置。
本说明书公开的动力传递装置是将减速器与差动装置组合而得到的器件。减速器具备中空的输入轴、太阳轮、多个阶梯小齿轮、第一齿圈、第二齿圈。太阳轮设置在输入轴的一端。多个阶梯小齿轮被配置成将太阳轮包围。阶梯小齿轮具有第一齿数的输入齿轮和与第一齿数不同的第二齿数的输出齿轮。输入齿轮与太阳轮卡合。第一齿圈固定于减速器的壳体,并且与阶梯小齿轮的输入齿轮卡合。第二齿圈与阶梯小齿轮的输出齿轮卡合。

对减速器10进行说明。减速器10具备中空的输入轴11、太阳轮12、多个阶梯小齿轮13、第一齿圈17、第二齿圈18。太阳轮12固定在输入轴11的一端。以下,有时将输入轴的轴线方向称为“长边方向”或“轴线方向”。
阶梯小齿轮13具备在长边方向上相邻的输入齿轮14和输出齿轮15。输入齿轮14的齿数与输出齿轮15的齿数不同。输出齿轮15的齿数比输入齿轮14的齿数小。另外,输出齿轮15的直径比输入齿轮14的直径短。多个阶梯小齿轮13旋转支承于行星架16。行星架16以使多个阶梯小齿轮13绕太阳轮12等间隔地排列的方式对多个阶梯小齿轮13进行支承。行星架16与输入轴11同轴地配置,并能够绕输入轴11的轴线旋转。各个阶梯小齿轮13通过被行星架16支承,从而能够一边自转一边绕太阳轮12公转。行星架16经由球轴承91d旋转支承于太阳轮12的轴的外侧。
第一齿圈17位于阶梯小齿轮13的输入齿轮14的外侧。第一齿圈17为内齿齿轮,并与多个阶梯小齿轮13的输入齿轮14卡合。第一齿圈17固定于减速器壳体20且不旋转。
第二齿圈18与输入轴11同轴地配置。第二齿圈18包含圆板18a,能够与输入轴11同轴地旋转。第二齿圈18为内齿齿轮,将多个阶梯小齿轮13的输出齿轮15包围。第二齿圈18与多个阶梯小齿轮13的输出齿轮15卡合。
第二齿圈18的齿数比第一齿圈17的齿数稍小。在行星架16旋转一周时,第二齿圈18旋转相当于与第一齿圈17的齿数差的角度。第二齿圈18与第一齿圈17的齿数差越小,则行星架16旋转一周时的第二齿圈18的旋转角度变得越小。即,第二齿圈18与第一齿圈17的齿数差越小,则减速器10能够得到越大的减速比(越大的转矩放大比)。
在图1的减速器10中,太阳轮12相当于输入部件,第二齿圈18相当于输出部件。图1的减速器10被称为3K型奇异行星齿轮机构,已知可以得到较大的转矩放大比。
对马达50进行说明。马达50具备转子51和定子52。转子51固定于输入轴11。定子52固定于马达壳体59。在对马达50通电时,输入轴11与转子51一起旋转。输入轴11通过球轴承91b、91c而旋转支承于马达壳体59。
对差动装置40进行说明。差动装置40具备收容齿轮的差速器壳体49。差速器壳体49固定于第二齿圈18的圆板18a。差速器壳体49位于第二齿圈18的中心。差速器壳体49与第二齿圈18一起旋转。
差动装置40具备一对输出轴(第一输出轴41和第二输出轴42)。第一输出轴41和第二输出轴42与输入轴11同轴地配置,从差速器壳体49向彼此相反的方向延伸。第一输出轴41在中空的输入轴11的内侧通过。第一输出轴41通过滚子轴承92a和球轴承91a而旋转支承于马达壳体59。第二输出轴42通过滚子轴承92c和球轴承91e而旋转支承于减速器壳体20。在第一输出轴41的一端设置有轮毂41a,在轮毂41a固定有一方的车轴。在第二输出轴42的一端设置有轮毂42a,在轮毂42a固定有另一方的车轴。动力传递装置2为马达50的主轴(输入轴11)与车轴(第一输出轴41和第二输出轴42)同轴地配置的装置。
差速器壳体49位于被多个阶梯小齿轮13的输出齿轮15包围的位置。换言之,差速器壳体49位于第二齿圈18的内侧。进一步换言之,在轴线方向上,差速器壳体49、输出齿轮15、第二齿圈18重叠。根据该构造,动力传递装置2的输入轴11的轴线方向的长度较短。
接下来,参照图1以及图2-4,对差动装置40的内部构造进行说明。图2是从图1中将马达50和减速器10的一部分省略而得到的剖视图。在图2中,在省略了部件的空白区域记载了差动装置40的部件的附图标记。在图3中示出了沿着图2的III-III线的截面,在图4中示出了沿着图2的IV-IV线的截面。在图3和图4中,利用单点划线简化地描绘出齿轮的齿列。
差动装置40在差速器壳体49中具备第一侧部齿轮43、第二侧部齿轮44、第一差动小齿轮45、第二差动小齿轮48。第一侧部齿轮43固定在第一输出轴41的一端,第二侧部齿轮44固定在第二输出轴42的一端。第一侧部齿轮43与第二侧部齿轮44在输入轴11的轴线方向上相邻。
第一差动小齿轮45和第二差动小齿轮48能够绕与输入轴的轴线方向平行的轴线旋转地支承于差速器壳体49。第一差动小齿轮45与第一侧部齿轮43重叠,并且也与第二侧部齿轮44重叠。第一差动小齿轮45具备大径齿轮46和小径齿轮47。大径齿轮46与小径齿轮47同轴,且在轴线方向上排列。大径齿轮46的直径比小径齿轮47的直径小。
多个大径齿轮46在第一侧部齿轮43的周围等间隔地排列(参照图3)。大径齿轮46与第一侧部齿轮43卡合。小径齿轮47与第二侧部齿轮44相向,但不与第二侧部齿轮44卡合。如图4所示,在从轴线方向观察时,在各小径齿轮47的两侧相邻地配置有第二差动小齿轮48。第二差动小齿轮48与第一差动小齿轮45的小径齿轮47卡合,并且也与第二侧部齿轮44卡合。
第二差动小齿轮48的直径及齿数与第一差动小齿轮45的大径齿轮46的直径及齿数相同。当第一输出轴41在差速器壳体49中旋转时,第一差动小齿轮45与第二差动小齿轮48联动,第二输出轴42沿相反方向旋转。
差动装置40(差速器壳体49)与第二齿圈18一起旋转。另外,在差动装置40中,在施加于第一输出轴41的外力阻力与施加于第二输出轴42的外力阻力产生差值时,会在第一输出轴41与第二输出轴42之间产生旋转差。差动装置40一边在第一输出轴41与第二输出轴42之间产生旋转差,一边整体沿一个方向旋转。图2-图4的差动装置例如在日本特开2021-173389中有详细记载,因此,也请对其进行参照。
差速器壳体49具备与输入轴11同心地突出的圆筒凸台49a。圆筒凸台49a为中空,第一输出轴41通过该圆筒凸台49a的内侧。在第一输出轴41的外周面与圆筒凸台49a的内周面之间配置有滚子轴承92e。另外,圆筒凸台49a位于太阳轮12的内侧。在圆筒凸台49a的外周面与太阳轮12的内周面之间配置有滚子轴承92d。通过这些构造,第一输出轴41、差速器壳体49、太阳轮12能够以较高的同轴精度相互独立且顺畅地旋转。
在差速器壳体49与太阳轮12的轴之间配置有滚子轴承92f。在差速器壳体49与减速器壳体20的内壁之间配置有滚子轴承92b。图1、图2所示的轴承配置为一例。虽然在图中并未示出,但能够进行各种轴承配置。另外,除了球轴承、滚子轴承以外,也可以采用各种类型的轴承。
实施例的动力传递装置2所具备的差动装置40通过采用与输出轴(第一输出轴41和第二输出轴42)平行的差动小齿轮45、48,从而能够减小差速器壳体49的直径。
本说明书公开的动力传递装置也可以采用使用锥齿轮的以往的差动装置。在图5中示出组装有以往的差动装置140的动力传递装置102的剖视图。图5对应于图2,并省略了马达50和减速器10的一些部件。
差动装置140在差速器壳体149中具备第一侧部锥齿轮143、第二侧部锥齿轮144、多个差动锥齿轮145。第一侧部锥齿轮143固定在第一输出轴41的端部,第二侧部锥齿轮144固定在第二输出轴42的端部。第一侧部锥齿轮143与第二侧部锥齿轮144在轴线方向上相向。多个差动锥齿轮145能够绕与第一输出轴41的轴线正交的轴线旋转地支承于差速器壳体149。多个差动锥齿轮145与第一侧部锥齿轮143和第二侧部锥齿轮144这双方卡合。图5的差动装置140的构造是众所周知的。
差动装置140的差速器壳体149也具备与输入轴11同心地突出的圆筒凸台149a。第一输出轴41通过圆筒凸台149a的内侧。另外,圆筒凸台149a位于太阳轮12的内侧。
如以上说明的那样,实施例的动力传递装置2、102在能够使输入轴方向的长度缩短的同时,能够得到较大的转矩放大比。
对与在实施例中说明的技术相关的注意点进行记述。第一齿圈17和第二齿圈18为内齿齿轮,除此以外的齿轮为外齿齿轮。齿轮也可以为正齿轮,但优选为斜齿轮。
本说明书公开的动力传递装置适合于机动车。特别是,包含马达50的动力传递装置2、102适合于纯电动车(battery electric vehicle)。
以上,对本发明的具体例进行了详细说明,但这些只不过为例示,并不对权利要求书进行限定。在权利要求书记载的技术中包含对以上例示的具体例进行各种变形、变更而得到的方案。在本说明书或附图中说明的技术要素可以单独地或通过各种组合来发挥技术上的有用性,并不限定于申请时的权利要求记载的组合。另外,本说明书或附图所例示的技术可以同时实现多个目的,实现其中的一个目的本身具有技术上的有用性。

Claims (5)

1.一种动力传递装置,其是将减速器与差动装置组合而得到的动力传递装置,其中,
所述减速器具备:
中空的输入轴;
太阳轮,所述太阳轮设置在所述输入轴的一端;
多个阶梯小齿轮,所述多个阶梯小齿轮被配置成将所述太阳轮包围,并且具有第一齿数的输入齿轮和与所述第一齿数不同的第二齿数的输出齿轮,所述输入齿轮与所述太阳轮卡合;
第一齿圈,所述第一齿圈固定于所述减速器的壳体,并与所述阶梯小齿轮的所述输入齿轮卡合;以及
第二齿圈,所述第二齿圈与所述阶梯小齿轮的所述输出齿轮卡合,
所述差动装置具备:
差速器壳体,所述差速器壳体固定于所述第二齿圈;以及
第一输出轴及第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴及第二输出轴与所述输入轴同轴地配置,并从所述差速器壳体沿彼此相反的方向延伸,所述第一输出轴及所述第二输出轴中的一方通过所述输入轴的内侧,
所述差速器壳体位于被多个所述阶梯小齿轮的所述输出齿轮包围的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递装置,其中,
所述差动装置具备:
第一侧部齿轮,所述第一侧部齿轮在所述差速器壳体中固定于所述第一输出轴;
第二侧部齿轮,所述第二侧部齿轮在所述差速器壳体中固定于所述第二输出轴;
第一差动小齿轮,所述第一差动小齿轮能够绕与所述输入轴平行的轴线旋转地支承于所述差速器壳体,并与所述第一侧部齿轮卡合;以及
第二差动小齿轮,所述第二差动小齿轮能够绕与所述输入轴平行的轴线旋转地支承于所述差速器壳体,并与所述第二侧部齿轮及所述第一差动小齿轮卡合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传递装置,其中,
所述差速器壳体具备与所述输入轴同心地突出的凸台,所述凸台位于所述太阳轮的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的动力传递装置,其中,
所述动力传递装置还具备电动马达,
所述电动马达的转子固定于所述输入轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递装置,其中,
所述差动装置具备:
第一侧部锥齿轮,所述第一侧部锥齿轮在所述差速器壳体中固定于所述第一输出轴;
第二侧部锥齿轮,所述第二侧部锥齿轮在所述差速器壳体中固定于所述第二输出轴;以及
差动锥齿轮,所述差动锥齿轮能够绕与所述输入轴正交的轴线旋转地支承于所述差速器壳体,并与所述第一侧部锥齿轮和所述第二侧部锥齿轮卡合。
