Abstract

La presente invención trata sobre productos lácteos tratados con un sistema mejorado de lactoperoxidasa. El sistema de lactoperoxidasa es activado por la adición de una fuente de peróxido de hidrógeno y de un agente oxidante tal y como un haluro, a la composición láctea, para inactivar a los organismos causantes de deterioro y a los patógenos bacterianos.
