Abstract
un nucleo inerte, una capa activa soluble o de desintegracion rapida en agua obtenida a partir de una unica solucion-suspension acuosa o hidroalcoholica que comprende: un principio activo de actividad antiulcerosa de formula I, II o III, y por lo menos un excipiente, y una capa de recubrimiento externa gastrorresistente obtenida a partir de una solucion que comprende un polimero de recubrimiento enterico y por lo menos un excipiente. El procedimiento se lleva a cabo mediante un recubrimiento de los nucleos inertes mediante la nebulizacion de la unica suspension-solucion acuosa o hidroalcoholica, un secado de la capa activa formada durante la nebulizacion de la etapa anterior y un recubrimiento de los nucleos cargados mediante la nebulizacion de una solucion que comprende un polýimero de recubrimiento enterico con por lo menos un excipiente para obtener una capa de recubrimiento externa gastrorresistente.
