Description

Vynález se týká pojivá pro kompozity na bázi epoxidových pryskyřic modifikovaných estery kyseliny akrylové.The invention relates to a binder for composites based on epoxy resins modified with acrylic acid esters.

Nejčastěji se používají epoxidové pryskyřice modifikované estery kyseliny ftalové, citrónové, fosforečné neb© fosforité, glycidyletery alifatických alkoholů, gly cidy laminy, glycidylestery alifatických a aromatických kyselin, styren, laktony,láktémy, alkylenkarbonáty, °4 * °25 alkylfenoly a další látky. Pojivá obsahující tyto nereaktivní plafcifikátory věak mají poměrně často tendenci k vypocovéní plastifikátoru a mají nepatrnou odolnost vůči působení většiny chemických látek, zejména rozpouštědel. Nové výzkumy daly impulz k vývoji pojiv na báziMany types of binders for composites are known, but in practice the most commonly used are epoxy resin-based binders, which have good chemical and mechanical resistance and are acceptably industrially processable. Since the uncured binders must have the lowest possible viscosity and sufficient flow for applications, low-molecular epoxy resins with an average molecular weight of no more than 400 are used for the preparation of binders, which are further modified with non-reactive and reactive diluents, flexibilizers or plasticizers. The most commonly used epoxy resins are modified esters of phthalic, citric, phosphoric or phosphorous acids, glycidyl ethers of aliphatic alcohols, glycidyl amines, glycidyl esters of aliphatic and aromatic acids, styrene, lactones, lactams, alkylene carbonates, °4 * °25 alkylphenols and other substances. Relatively the most effective are glycidyl ethers of aliphatic or cycloaliphatic alcohols or polyalcohols, which provide not only a high viscosity reduction effect, but also sufficient flexibilization of the polymer network. Their serious drawback is the difficulty of preparation and significant toxicity, especially when vapors and liquids affect the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, skin and eyes. Esters of phthalic and phosphorous acids are relatively less toxic. However, binders containing these non-reactive plasticizers have a relatively frequent tendency to leach the plasticizer and have low resistance to the effects of most chemicals, especially solvents. New research has given impetus to the development of binders based on

Takto vzniklá pojivá mají vynikající trne ojíní oké^parametpy, přn. velmi dobrém stárnutí· Doba zpracovatelnosti a rychlůšfpseáteč:-* ní ho stádia tvrzení kompozice pro taková pojivá však pjpo některá průmyslová aplikace nevyhovuje. Známými způsoby nelze při vytvrzo vání kompozice dosáhnout snížení rekční rychlosti, a tím i prodloužit dobu zpracovatelnosti, mají-li být zachovány příznivé mechnické parametry vytvrzeného pojivá.The binders thus formed have excellent mechanical properties, e.g. very good aging. The pot life and the rapidity of the hardening stage of the composition for such binders are, however, not suitable for some industrial applications. By known methods, it is not possible to achieve a reduction in the reaction rate during the hardening of the composition, and thus to extend the pot life, if the favorable mechanical parameters of the hardened binder are to be maintained.

Na základě rozsáhlých výzkumných prací jsme nalezli takové složení kompozice, poskytující po zreagování pojivo pro kompozity s velmi dobrými mechaniokými parametry. Pojivo pro kompozity dle vynálezu je připravitelné zreagováním kompozice o složení až 85 hmotnostních dílů epoxidové pryskyřioe na bázi dianu o střední molekulové hmotnosti 430 až 600 a střední epoxidové funkčnosti 2,0, až 30 dílů hmotnostních až Cg esterů kyseliny akrylové, až 60 hmotnostních dílů aminoatnidového tvrdidla o aminovém čísle 350 až 550 mg KOH/g a ekvivalentní hmotnosti 60 až 140, připravíteIného reakoí dietylentrlaminu nebo dipropylentriaminu se směsí monomerníoh a polymerních mastných kyselin o složeníBased on extensive research work, we have found such a composition, which provides a binder for composites with very good mechanical parameters after reaction. The binder for composites according to the invention can be prepared by reacting a composition with a composition of up to 85 parts by weight of a diane-based epoxy resin with an average molecular weight of 430 to 600 and an average epoxy functionality of 2.0, up to 30 parts by weight of up to Cg acrylic acid esters, up to 60 parts by weight of an amino acid hardener with an amine number of 350 to 550 mg KOH/g and an equivalent weight of 60 to 140, prepared by reacting diethylenetriamine or dipropylenetriamine with a mixture of monomeric and polymeric fatty acids with the composition

Pojivo vzniklé chemickou reakcí složek kompozice při te(3otě až 60°C, výjimečně maximálně při 120°C, má pevnost v tahu až 50 MPa, tažnost 15 až 40 % a rázovou houževnatost 20 až oThe binder formed by the chemical reaction of the composition components at temperatures up to 60°C, exceptionally at a maximum of 120°C, has a tensile strength of up to 50 MPa, an elongation of 15 to 40% and an impact strength of 20 to

100 kj/m . Doba zpracovatelnosti se oproti kompozici, obsahující adukty dietylentriaminu s akryláty, prodloužila 1,5 až 3 krát a počáteční stadium vytvrzení se zpomalilo asi 2 až 3 krát. Nižší viskozita aminoamidového tvrdidla se příznivě projevuje i v lupaich zpracovatelských parametrech kompozice /lepší a ryohlejší rozliv, větší plnivost, lepší oddělování vzduchových bublin aj,/. Vytvrzené pojivo je zdravotně nezávadné.100 kj/m . The workability time was extended by 1.5 to 3 times compared to the composition containing adducts of diethylenetriamine with acrylates and the initial stage of hardening was slowed down by about 2 to 3 times. The lower viscosity of the aminoamide hardener also has a positive effect on the processing parameters of the composition /better and faster pouring, greater filling power, better separation of air bubbles, etc./. The hardened binder is harmless to health.

Výchozí epoxidové pryskyřice se připravují známými způsoby alkalickou kondenzací dianu a epichlorhydrinetn, Z esterů kyseliny akrylové se používají zejména n-buty1-akrylát, izobutylakrylát, sec. buty lakry lát, amylakryláty, n-okty1-akrylát, 2-ety.lhexy lakry lát, benzylakrylát a další,The starting epoxy resins are prepared by known methods by alkaline condensation of dianene and epichlorohydrin. Of the acrylic acid esters used, in particular, n-butyl acrylate, isobutyl acrylate, sec. butyl acrylate, amyl acrylates, n-octyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, benzyl acrylate and others.

V případě potřeby lze kompozici upravit přídavkem 1 až 10 hmotnostních dílů plastifikátoru, zejména esterů kyseliny ftalové, oitronové, fosforečné, fosforité, maleinové, fumarové, butylšterů epoxidových mastných kyselin, směsí těchto látek a podobně.If necessary, the composition can be modified by adding 1 to 10 parts by weight of a plasticizer, in particular esters of phthalic, oleic, phosphoric, phosphorous, maleic, fumaric acids, butyl esters of epoxy fatty acids, mixtures of these substances and the like.

Reakci složek kompozioe pro získání pojivá lze dle potřeby urychlovat, zejména při teplotách pod 15 °C, přídavkem až 5 hmotnostních dílů fenolů nebo fenoliokých sloučenin a podobně.The reaction of the components of the composition to obtain a binder can be accelerated as needed, especially at temperatures below 15 °C, by adding up to 5 parts by weight of phenols or phenol-like compounds and the like.

Je-li to účelné, lze kompozici před reakcí barvit, pigmentovat, popřípadě plnit různými minerálními nebo polymerními látkami. Je nezbytné, aby tyto látky byly suché a reagovaly neutrálně. Pojivo dle vynálezu je vhodné zejména pro výrobu mecSaicky silně exponovaných vrstvených hmot, lze jej však použít i pro přípr. plastmalt, plastbetonů, plastických omítek, podlahovin, tmelů, penetračníoh nátěrů a podobně.If appropriate, the composition can be colored, pigmented, or filled with various mineral or polymer substances before the reaction. It is necessary that these substances are dry and react neutrally. The binder according to the invention is particularly suitable for the production of mechanically highly exposed layered materials, but it can also be used for the preparation of plastic mortars, plastic concretes, plastic plasters, floorings, sealants, penetrating coatings, and the like.
