In (I), n is 1-3; X is O or S; each Rx is independently H or opt. halogenated 1-6C alkyl; R1 and R2 are each independently H, halogen or opt. halogenated 1-3C alkyl; Y is halogen; an opt. substd. phosphonium, sulphonium or ammonium cation with an associated anion; or a gp. -XR in which R is opt. halogenated 1-6C alkyl, -C(X)R1, SO2R1 or -N=C(R3R4) in which R1 is 1-6C alkyl, phenyl opt. substd. by alkyl and/or halogen, XR3 or NR3R4; R3 and R4 are each independently H or opt. substd. 1-4C alkyl.
