Abstract
En la presente invención se describen nuevas cepas vacunales de Vibrio Cholerae en las cuales se ha eliminado la actividad mucinasa codificada por el gen de la hemaglutinina proteasa. Dicho gen ha sido interrumpido con la inserción de un gen marcador. Se describe otro mutante de Vibrio cholerae con mejores atributos de bioseguridad.
