Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la licuefacción y sacarificación de biomasas que contienn polisacáridos, que tienen un contenido de materia seca relativamente alto. La presente invención combina la hidrólisis enzimática con un tipo de mezcla que se basa en el principio de la gravedad, lo cual da la seguridad de que las biomasa son sometidas a fuerzas mecánicas, principalmente fuerzas de corte y de desgarramiento. Además, la presente invención se refiere a la utilización adicional de dichas biomasas procesadas, por ejemplo para la fermentación subsiguiente en bio etanol, bio gas, carbohidratos especiales para comida y nutrientes, así como también material de carga de carbono para procesarlo en plásticos y productos químicos.
