Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de Ia fórmula (I)</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA FÓRMULA</p> <p>en donde:Ia formula (II)</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA FÓRMULA</p> <p>significa un anillo aromático en donde V es C o N y cuando V es N; Q es N, R' representa independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo elegido entre un grupo alquilo (C1-C3), un átomo de halógeno, un grupo hidroxilo, un grupo -COOR1, un grupo -NO2, un grupo -NR1R2, un grupo morfolinilo o un grupo morfolino, un grupo N-metilpiperazinilo, un grupo fluoroalquilo (C1-C3), un grupo -O-P(=O)-(OR3XOR4), un grupo alcoxi (C1-C4), y un grupo -CN, y además puede ser un grupo seleccionado entre: (IIa), (IIIa):</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA FÓRMULA</p> <p>La presente invencion se refiere también a derivados del compuesto de fórmula (I) específicamente en enfermedades inflamatorias, donde la enfermedad inflamatoria del intestino, la artritis reumatoide y la esclerosis múltiple son de particular interés.</p>
