Abstract
<p>La presente divulgación proporciona retrovirus recombinantes incompetentes de replicación para modificar linfocitos genéticamente incluyendo células T y/o células NK sin estimulación ex vivo previa. Los retrovirus recombinantes incompetentes de replicación típicamente codifican polipéptidos de señalización que pueden incluir un elemento linfoproliferativo, y/o un receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR), por ejemplo un CAR de microambiente restringido. Elementos adicionales de tales polipéptidos de señalización se proporcionan en Ia presente. Se proporcionan numerosos controles, que incluyen los riboconmutadores que son controlados, por ejemplo in vivo, por análogos de nucleósido.</p>
