Abstract
Eine Loesung von Phosphorsaeure, eines wasserloeslichen Calciumsalzes und von Ammoniak wird durch Reaktion in einen Niederschlag ueberfuehrt, der aus der gewonnenen Suspension abgetrennt und zu dem erforderlichen Produkt verarbeitet wird. Aus der verbliebenen Loesung, die Ammoniumsalz enthaelt, werden durch Zusatz von Calciumoxid oder -hydroxid oder ihres Gemischs Ammoniak und Calciumsalz zurueckgewonnen, die teilweise oder vollstaendig in die Produktion zurueckgeleitet werden koennen. Hierbei ist es vorteilhaft, beim Herstellungsprozess Stabilisatoren zuzusetzen, die die Dehydratation des Dihydrats oder die Hydrolyse des wasserfreien Calciumhydrogenphosphats verzoegern. Das Produkt eignet sich fuer die Verwendung in der Kosmetikaindustrie, in der Lebensmittelindustrie und in der pharmazeutischen Industrie sowie als Zusatz fuer die Anreicherung von Futtermittelgemischen in der Viehzucht.
