Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft herbizide Zusammensetzungen. Erfindungsgemaess enthalten die neuen herbiziden Zusammensetzungen als Wirkstoff Thiadiazolyloxyacetamide der Formel, worin R eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl- oder Arylgruppe ist; R1 und R2, die gleich oder verschieden sein koennen, stellen jeweils Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Alkoxy, Alkenyl, Aryl, Aralkyl oder Aryloxy dar, wobei jeder Alkyl- oder Arylrest davon gegebenenfalls substituiert sein kann, oder R1 und R2 bilden zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, eine heterocyclische oder benzheterocyclische Gruppe, deren heterocyclischer Ring fuenf- oder sechsgliedrig ist und die durch eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann; und X ist Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder S(O)n, worin n eins oder zwei ist, Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und diese enthaltende Zusammensetzungen. Description
Es sind keine Angaben darüber bekannt, welche Verbindungen bisher in herbiziden Zusammensetzungen verwendet wurden.
Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung von neuartigen Zusammensetzungen mit starker herbizider Wirkung, die zur selektiven Unkrautbekämpfung in Nutzpflanzenkulturen geeignet sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, neue Verbindungen mit starker herbizider Wirkung aufzufinden, die als Wirkstoff in herbiziden Zusammensetzungen geeignet sind.
Erfindungsgemäß werden als Wirkstoff in den neuen herbiziden Zusammensetzungen Thiadiazolyloxyacetamide der Formel (I)

angewandt,
worin R eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-oder Arylgruppe ist; R1 und R2, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, stellen jeweils Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Alkoxy, Alkenyl, Aryl, Aralkyl oder Aryloxy dar, wobei ein beliebiger Alkyl- oder Arylrest von diesen gegebenenfalls substituiert sein kann; oder R1 und R2 stellen zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, eine heterocyclische oder benzheterocyclische Gruppe dar, wobei der heterocyclische Ring fünf- oder sechsgliedrig ist und durch eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann; und X ist Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder-S(O)n-, worin η eins oder zwei ist.
Wenn einer der Reste R, R1 oder R2 einen Alkylrest enthält oder darstellt, enthält er vorzugsweise 1 bis 8, insbesondere 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome. Er ist vorzugsweise unsubstituiert, ist jedoch im Falle einer Substitution vorzugsweise durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatom(e) substituiert, insbesondere mit Fluor-, Chlor- oder Bromatomen, oder durch eine Alkoxygruppe mit ein bis vier Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere eine Methoxy- oder Ethoxygruppe.
Wenn einer der Reste R, R1 oder R2 eine Cycloalkylgruppe darstellt oder enthält, so ist es vorzugsweise eine mit 3 bis 7, und wünschenswert mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen. Besonders bevorzugte Cycloalkylgruppen sind Cyclopentyl und Cyclohexyl.
Wenn einer der Reste R, R1 oder R2 einen Arylrest darstellt oder enthält, so ist dieser Rest vorzugsweise Phenyl. Im Falle der Substitution ist dieser vorzugsweise durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatom(e) substituiert, insbesondere durch Chlor- oder Bromatome, oder durch ein oder mehrere Alkyl- oder Alkoxygruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere durch Methyl-, Ethyl-, Methoxy- oder Ethoxygruppen oder durch ein oder mehrere Nitrogruppen.
Wenn R1 und/oder R2 Aralkyl darstellt, so ist es vorzugsweise eine Benzylgruppe, die wünschenswert unsubstituiert ist.
Wenn R1 und/oder R2 Alkenyl darstellt, so hat es vorzugsweise 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome, insbesondere ist es Allyl.
Wenn R1 und/oder R2 zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, einen heterocyclischen Ring bilden oder einschließen, kann dieser Ring gewünschtenfalls weiter substituiert sein, z. B. durch Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere durch Methyl oder Ethyl, oder er kann ein weiteres Heteroatom enthalten, insbesondere ein Sauerstoffatom oder ein weiteres Stickstoffatom. Der Ring kann gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein.
R ist vorzugsweise Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Alkenyl mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl oder Phenyl substituiert durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome oder Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Zu speziellen bevorzugten Gruppen, die R darstellen können, gehöhren Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, η-Butyl, s-Butyl, t-Butyl, t-Amyl, 2-Methylbutyl, Cyclohexyl, Allyl, Phenyl, 2-Chlorphenyl, 4-Chlorphenyl, 4-Fluorphenyl, 3-Methylphenyl und 2,4-Dichlorphenyl.
R1 und R2 sind beide vorzugsweise nicht Wasserstoff. Wenn R1 und R2 zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, einen Ring bilden, ist dies vorzugsweise ein 6gliedriger gesättigter Ring, insbesondere ein Piperidinring und vorteilhaft ein Piperidinring, der durch ein oder mehrere Alkylgruppen substituiert ist, z. B. 2-Methylpiperidin, 3-Methylpiperidin, 4-
Methylpiperidirr, 2-Ethylpiperidin, 2,6-Dimethylpiperidin oder 3,5-Dimethylpiperidin. Wenn R1 und R2 allerdings unabhängige Gruppen darstellen, ist jeder Rest vorzugsweise unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Allyl, Phenyl oder Phenyl, das durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome oder Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen substituiert ist. Zu speziellen bevorzugten derartigen Gruppen gehören Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, η-Butyl, s-Butyl, Cyclohexyl, Allyl, Phenyl, 2-Chlorphenyl, 4-Chiorphenyl, 2-Methylphenyl, 3-Fluorphenyl, 4-Methylphenyl und Benzyl.
Spezielle bevorzugte Verbindungen der Formel I sind die in den hier aufgeführten Beispielen, insbesondere i-lB-iDifluorOsopropylthioJmethylH^-thiadiazol^-yloxyacetylJ^-ethylpiperidin; N,N-Diallyl-2-[5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy]-acetamid; Z-IB-IEthylthioJdifluormethylJ-i^^-thiadiazol^-yloxyl-N-methylacetanilid;

Die Verbindungen der Formel Il können aus den entsprechenden 2-Aminothiadiazolen der Formel IV

hergestellt werden, mit Hilfe üblicher Techniken, z. B. mit Natriumnitrit in Anwesenheit eines geeigneten Lösungsmittels, z. B.
Essigsäure und der entsprechenden Halogenwasserstoffsäure HY.
Die Verbindungen der Formel IV wiederum können aus der bekannten Verbindung 2-Amino-5-chlordifluormethyl-thiadiazol durch Reaktion dieser mit dem entsprechenden Alkalimetallalkoxid, -aryloxid oder mercaptid in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittelmedium, z. B. Ethanol, hergestellt werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I, worin X die Gruppe S(O)n darstellt, können auf den entsprechenden Verbindungen der Formel I hergestellt werden, in denen X ein Schwefelatom darstellt, durch an sich bekannte Oxidationsverfahren. Beispielsweise können die Verbindungen der Einwirkung eines Oxidationsmittels ausgesetzt werden, zum Beispiel eines Permanganats, Chromate, Peroxids oder Peracids, vorzugsweise Kaliumpermanganat, Kaliumchromat, Wasserstoffperoxid oder Metach lorperbenzoesäure.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I weisen herbizide Wirksamkeit auf. Sie sind insbesondere gegen grasige Unkräuter wirksam, besitzen jedoch auch signifikante Wirkung gegen verschiedene breitblättrige Arten. Darüber hinaus sind sie vergleichsweise sicher bei einigen Kulturpflanzenarten, insbesondere bei nicht im gemäßigten Klima wachsenden Kulturpflanzenarten wie Baumwolle, Sojabohnen, Reis und Mais, jedoch auch bei Getreidearten wie Weizen und Gerste, bei denen sie als selektive Herbizide eingesetzt werden können.
Die Erfindung betrifft dementsprechend in anderer Hinsicht ein Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern, das darin besteht, daß auf einen befallenen oder befall baren Ort eine wirksame Menge an einer oder mehreren der Verbindungen der Formel I, wie sie weiter oben definiert wurden, aufgebracht wird.
Zu den bekämpften Unkräutern gehören Hühnerhirse, große Bluthirse, Mohrenhirse, Acker-Fuchsschwanz, Ehrenpreis, stinkende Kamille, Klebkraut und Fuchsschwanzgras.
Die Verbindungen können entweder vor oder nach dem Auflaufen der Kulturpflanze und der Unkrautarten eingesetzt werden. Sie werden üblicherweise in einer Rate von 0,005 bis 2kg/ha aufgebracht/vorzugsweise mit 0,05 bis 1 kg/ha und ganz allgemein in Form einer Zusammensetzung.
Nach einem anderen Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung eine herbizide Zusammensetzung, die aus einer oder mehreren erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen in Gemeinschaft mit einem geeigneten Träger und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mittel besteht.
Die Zusammensetzungen enthalten üblicherweise 0,01 bis 99 Ma.-% der genannten Verbindungen und werden normalerweise anfänglich als Konzentrate hergestellt, die 0,5 bis 99Ma.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 85Ma.-% und insbesondere 10 bis 50Ma.-% davon enthalten. Derartige Konzentrate werden erforderlichenfalls vor der Applikation auf den zu behandelnden Ort verdünnt, so daß der aktive Bestandteil etwa 0,01 bis 5 Ma.-% bei der aufgebrachten Formulierung ausmacht.
Der Trägerstoff kann Wasser sein, wobei auch ein organisches Lösungsmittel vorhanden sein kann, jedoch wird dies üblicherweise nicht eingesetzt. Ein fließfähiges Suspensionskonzentrat kann gebildet werden durch Vermählen der Verbindung mit Wasser, einem Benetzungsmittel und einem Suspendiermittel, ζ. B. Xanthangummi.
Der Träger kann alternativ dazu ein mit Wasser nicht mischbares Lösungsmittel sein, zum Beispiel ein Kohlenwasserstoff, der im Bereich von 13O0C bis 27O0C siedet, z. B. Xylen, worin die Verbindung gelöst oder suspendiert ist. Ein emulgierfähiges Konzentrat, dasein mit Wasser nicht mischbares Lösungsmittel enthält, kann mit einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel gebildet werden, so daß das Konzentrat als selbstemulgierendes Öl bei derZumischung von Wasser wirkt.
Alternativ dazu kann der Träger ein mit Wasser mischbares organisches Lösungsmittel sein, z. B. a-Methoxyethanol, Methanol, Propylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol-Monoethylether, Methylformamid oder Dimethylformamid.
Alternativ dazu kann der Träger ein Feststoff sein, der fein verteilt oder granuliert sein kann. Beispiele geeigneter Feststoffe sind Kalkstein, Tone, Sand, Glimmer, Kreide, Attapulgit, Diatomeenerde, Perlit, Sepiolit, Kieselerden, Silikate, Lignosulfonate und feste Düngemittel. Der Träger kann synthetischer oder natürlicher Herkunft sein oder kann ein modifiziertes natürliches Material
Benetzbare Pulver, die in Wasser löslich oder dispergierbar sein können, können durch Zumischen der Verbindung in Teilchenform zu einem teilchenförmigen Träger hergestellt werden oder durch Sprühen der geschmolzenen Verbindung auf den teilchenförmigen Träger, Zumischen eines Benetzungsmittels und eines Dispergiermittels und feines Vermählen des gesamten pulverförmigen Gemisches.
Eine Aerosolzusammensetzung kann durch Vermischen der Verbindung mit einem Treibmittel, z.B. einem polyhalogenierten Alkan, z. B. Dichlorfluormethan hergestellt werden und gewünschtenfalls auch mit einem Lösungsmittel. Der Begriff „oberflächenaktives Mittel" wird in breitem Sinne verwendet, um Materialien miteinzubeziehen, die verschiedenartig bezeichnet werden als Emulgiermittel, Dispergiermittel und Benetzungsmittel. Derartige Mittel sind in der Technik gut bekannt.
Zu den oberflächenaktiven Mitteln gehören anionische oberflächenaktive Mittel, zum Beispiel Mono-oder Di-ester von Phosphorsäure mit einem Fettalkoholethoxylat oder Salzen derartiger Ester, Fettalkoholsulfate wie Natriumdodecylsulfat, ethoxylierte Fettalkoholsulfate, ethoxylierte Alkylphenolsulfate, Ligninsulfate, Petrolsulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate wie Alkylbenzensulfonate oder Niederalkylnaphthalensulfonate, Salze sulfonierter Naphthalenformaldehydkondensate, Salze sulfonierter Phenolformaldehydkondensate oder komplexere Sulfonate wie die Amidsulfonate, z. B. das sulfonierte Kondensätionsproduktvon Oleinsäure und N-Methyltaurin oder die Dialkylsulfo-Succinate, z. B. das Natriumsulfonatdes Dioctylsuccinates.
Zu den oberflächenaktiven Mitteln können auch nichtionische Mittel gehören, zum Beispiel Kondensationsprodukte von Fettsäureestern, Fettalkohole, Fettsäureamide oder alkylsubstituierte Phenole mit Ethylenoxid, Fettester oder mehrwertige Alkoholether, z. B. Sorbitanfettsäuresäureester, Kondensatiönsprodukte derartiger Ester mit Ethylenoxid, ζ. B. Polyoxyethylen-Sorbitanfettsäureester, Blockcopolymere von Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid, acetylenische Glycole wie 2,4,7,9-Tetramethyl-5-decyn-4,7-diol oder ethoxylierte acetylenische Glykole.
Zu den oberflächenaktiven Mitteln können auch kationische Mittel gehören, beispielsweise Alkyl- und/oder Aryl-substituierte cjuaternäre Ammoniumverbindungen wie Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid oder ethoxylierte tertiäre Fettamine.
Bevorzugte oberflächenaktive Mittel sind ethoxylierte Fettalkoholsulfate, Ligninsulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate, Salze suifonierter Naphthalenformaldehydkondensate, Salze sulfonierter Phenolformaldehydkondensate, Natriumoleyl-N-methyltauride, Dialkylsulfosuccinate, Alkylphenolethoxylate und Fettalkylethoxylate.
Gewünschtenfalls können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen in Kombination mit einem Pestizid oder einem weiteren Herbizid eingesetzt werden, insbesondere mit einer solchen Verbindung, die hinsichtlich des betroffenen Ortes oder der betroffenen Kulturpflanze nützlich ist.
ν Ausführungsbeispiel
Die Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele erläutert.
Beispiel 1 HS-iDifluorlisopropylthiolmethyO-I.S^-thiadiazol^-yl-oxyacetyll^-ethylpiperidin
(a) 2-Amino-5-(difluor(isopropylthio)methyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol
59,6g 2-Amino-5-chlordifluormethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol wurden in einer Portion zu einer gerührten Lösung von 24,5g 2-Propanethiol und 12,9g Natriumhydroxid in 300ml Ethanol bei -400C gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde bei -15°C, zwei Stunden gerührt, und dann ließ man es auf Zimmertemperatur erwärmen. Es wurde anschließend in 3,51 Wasser gegossen und filtriert, wobei man 61,4g 2-Amino-5-(difluor(isopropylthio)-methyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol als fahlgelben Feststoff mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 119-1210C (d) erhielt.
(b) 2-Chlor-5-[difluor(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol
190g 2-Amino-5-[difluor(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol wurden in einem Gemisch von 880ml Essigsäure und 216,5ml konzentrierter Salzsäure bei 600C gelöst.
Eine Lösung von 171,3g Natriumnitrit in 300ml Wasser wurde dann tropfenweise über 30 Minuten bei 65-700C hinzugegeben. Das Gemisch wurde bei 650C15 Minuten gerührt und zum Abkühlen stehengelassen. Es wurde dann in 3 Liter Wasser gegossen und mit Ether extrahiert. Die vereinigten Extrakte wurden mit Wasser gewaschen, über MgSO4 getrocknet und eingedampft, wobei man eine orange Flüssigket erhielt, die im Vakuum destilliert wurde. Dabei fielen 150g 2-Chlor-5[difluor-(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol an, Siedepunkt 75-77°C bei 0,7 mm Hg.
(c) 1 -5-[Dif luor-(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxyacetyl]-2-ethylpiperidin
9,93g Lithiumhydroxyd-Monohydrat wurden portionsweise zu einer gerührten Lösung von 36,67 g 2-Chlor-5-[difluor-(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol und 25,65g 1-Hydroxyacetyl-2-ethylpiperidin in 150ml Mehylisobutylketon bei 2O0C bis
240C über 15 Minuten gegeben, und das Gemisch wurde bei Zimmertemperatur 2 Stunden gerührt. Im Anschluß daran wurde es mit 200 ml Ether behandelt und mit verdünnter Salzsäure gewaschen. Die Etherlösung wurde dann über MgSO4 getrocknet und eingedampft; wobei ein oranges Öl anfiel. Nach Reinigung durch Chromatographie erhielt man 30,2g 1[5-Difluor(isopropylthio)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxyacetyl]-2-ethylpiperidin.

Beispiel 2 HS-tDifluoHphenoxylmethyll-i^-thiadiazoi^-yloxyacetyll^-ethylpiperidin
(a) 2-Amino-5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol
92,7g 2-Amino-5-chlordifluormethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol wurden portionsweise zu einer gerührten Lösung von 47g Phenol und 20g Natriumhydroxyd in 400ml Ethanol bei 1O0C zugegeben. Nach dem Rühren bei 50C für 1 V2 Stunden wurde der Feststoff abfiltriert, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet, wobei man 89,6g 2-Amino-5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol erhielt. Schmelzpunkt 149-1510C.
(b) 2-Brom-5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol
Eine Lösung von 33g Natriumnitrit in 60 ml Wasser wurde tropfenweise zu einer gerührten Lösung von 39,5g 2-Amino-5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol in 175ml Essigsäure und 40ml 48%iger Bromwasserstoffsäure bei 6O0C über 30 Minuten gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde bei 700C 15 Minuten gerührt und dann zum Abkühlen stehengelassen. Im Anschluß daran wurde das Gemisch in 2 Liter Wasser gegossen, und das Produkt wurde in Ether extrahiert und die vereinigten Extrakte mit Wasser gewaschen und über MgSO4 getrocknet. Der Ether wurde anschließend abgedampft, und man erhielt 40g 2-Brom-5-[difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol als oranges Öl.
(c) 1-[5-[Difluor(phenoxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxyacetyl]-2-ethylpiperidin
6,14g des Produktes von Stufe (b) wurden portionsweise zu einer gerührten Lösung von 3,44g 1 -Hydroxy-acetyl-2-ethylpiperidin und 2,25g Kalium-t-butoxid in 15 ml t-Butanol bei 25°C über fünf Minuten gegeben. Das Gemisch wurde bei 25°Czwei Stunden gerührt. Im Anschluß daran wurde es mit 200ml Ether behandelt und mit 2N Salzsäure und gesättigter Natriumchloridlösung gewaschen. Die Etherlösung wurde über MgSO4getrocknet und dann eingedampft, wobei ein oranges Öl anfiel. Nach Reinigung durch Chromatographie erhielt man 2,8g i-tS-IDifluorlphenoxyJmethyll-i^-thiadiazol^-yloxyacetyll^-ethylpiperidin als ein gelbes Öl.

Beispiel 151 2-[5-(Ethylsulfonyldifluormethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy]-N-methyl-N-phenylacetamid Eine Lösung von 3,16g Kaliumpermanganatin 75 ml Wasser wurde tropfenweise zu einer gerührten Lösung von 5,36g des Produktes von Beispiel 7 in 20 ml Essigsäure bei 25-3O0C gegeben.
Das Gemisch wurde bei Zimmertemperaturfünf Minuten gerührt und in 100ml Wasser gegossen. Dann wurde Natriummetabisulfit portionsweise hinzugesetzt, bis das Gemisch farblos war.
Der erhaltene weiße Feststoff wurde abfiltriert, mit Wasser gewaschen und aus Propan-2-ol umkristallisiert. Man erhielt 2,8g des gewünschten Produktes als einen weißen Feststoff, Smp. 103-1040C.
Beispiel 152-154
Die folgenden Verbindungen wurden nach Verfahren hergestellt, die denen des Beispiels 151 analog waren:

Beispiel 155-156
Die folgenden Verbindungen wurden nach Verfahren hergestellt, die denen des Beispiels 1 analog waren:
155. i-IS-OsopropylthiodifluormethylM^^-thiadiazol^-yloxyacetylH^S/l-tetrahydrochinolin,Öl.
156. ^[S-it-ButylthiodifluormethyD-I^Athiadiazol^-yloxyacetyll-SAdihydrochinoxalin^-IIHI-on.ÖI.
Samen der unten aufgeführten Pflanzenarten wurden in Plastetöpfen von 750 mm Durchmesser, die sterilisierten sandigen Lehm enthielten, ausgesät. Sie wurden gewässert und dann mit den Verbindungen der Beispiele, die unten aufgeführt sind, besprüht, wobei die Formulierung als Lösung mit 3:1 Volumenteilen Aceton:Wasser vorlag, die das Netzmittel Polyoxyethylen-(20
Mole)monolauratlösung (0,25g pro Liter) enthielt.
Die Konzentration jeder Testverbindung und das Applikationsvolumen wurde so berechnet, daß sich eine Applikationsrate der Verbindung von 0,25 kg/ha in 200 Litern pro Hektar ergab. Nach 22 Tagen Wachstum im Gewächshaus (Minimaltemperatur 15°C, Maximaltemperatur 25°C) wurden die Pflanzen visuell auf irgendwelche herbiziden Reaktionen eingeschätzt. Alle Unterschiede zu unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen wurden vermerkt.
In derfolgenden Tabelle wurden die nachstehenden Buchstaben zur Bezeichnung der Pflanzenart benutzt:

Es wurde ein emulgierbares Konzentrat hergestellt durch Lösen von 500g der Verbindung von Beispiel 1,50g Arylan CA (Calciumdodecylbenzensulfonat) und 50g Ethylan C40AH (Kondensationsprodukt von Ethylenoxid und Rizinusöl) in einer ausreichenden Menge Xylen, um einen Liter zu erhalten. Es wurden analoge Formulierungen hergestellt, die 5g, 50g, 200g und 750g der Verbindungen der Beispiele 1 bis 156 enthielten.
Claims (8)
1. Herbizide Zusammensetzung, gekennzeichnet durch 0,1 bis 99 Ma.-% an einer oder mehreren Thiadiazolyloxyacetamiden der Formel I f

worin R eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl- oder Arylgruppe ist; R1 und R2, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, sind jeweils Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Alkoxy, Alkenyl, Aryl, Aralkyl oder Aryloxy, wobei der Alkyl- oder Arylrest dieser Substituenten gegebenenfalls substituiert sein kann;
oder R1 und R2 bilden zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, einen heterocyclischen oder benzheterocyclischen Rest, wobei der heterocyclische Ring 5- oder 6gliedrig und durch eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann; und X ist Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder-S(0)n-, worin η eines oder zwei ist,
in Verbindung mit einem geeigneten Träger und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mittel.
2. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung der Formel I R unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Alkenyl mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl oder durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome oder Alkylgruppen darstellt.
3. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung der Formel I R1 unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Cycloalkyl mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Allyl, Phenyl oder durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome oder Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen substituiertes Phenyl darstellt.
4. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung der Formel I R2 unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Allyl, Phenyl oder durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome oder Alkyigruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen substituiertes Phenyl darstellt.
5. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Formel I R1 und R2 zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an das sie gebunden sind, einen Piperidinring bilden, der gegebenenfalls durch eine oder mehere Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen substituiert ist.
6. Herbizide Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der Formel I ausgewählt ist unter:
1-(5-Difluor(isopropylthio)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy-acetyl)-2-ethylpiperidin; N,N-Diallyl-2-(5-difluor(phenoxy)-methyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy)acetamid; 2-(5-(Ethylthio)difluormethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy)-N-methylacetanilid; N,N-Diallyl-2-(5-(t-butylthiodifluormethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy)-acetamid; 2-(5-(Ethylthio)difluormethyl)-3-fluor-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy)-N-methylacetanilid; und 2'-Chlor-2-(5-(difluor(phenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy)-N-methylacetanilid.
7. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkraut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf einen befallenen oder für den Befall empfänglichen Ort eine wirksame Menge an einer oder mehreren Verbindungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufbringt.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Thiadiazolyloxyacetamids gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein 2-Halothiadiazol der Formel

worin R und X die oben genannte Bedeutung haben und Y Chlor oder Brom ist, mit einer Verbindung der Formel

worin R1 und R2 die obige Bedeutung haben, in Gegenwart einer Base, umgesetzt wird, um zu der gewünschten Verbindung zu gelangen.
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine herbizide Zusammensetzung mit einem Gehalt an Thiadiazolyloxyacetamiden mit herbizider Wirksamkeit und Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Verbindungen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen werden angewandt in der Landwirtschaft.
