    1. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung, umfassend:
    I. Wenigstens ein Polymer und
    II. wenigstens ein Mittel zur Erzeugung eines interpenetrierenden Polymernetzwerkes, das das wenigstens eine Polymer interpenetriert, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:
    (A) wenigstens einem Polymer, umfassend eine oder mehrere Monomereinheiten, die wenigstens eine =N-C(=O)—Gruppe umfassen;
    (B) wenigstens einem Polymer, umfassend eine oder mehrere Einheiten, die wenigstens eine IM-Oxid-Gruppe umfassen;
    (C) wenigstens einem Polymer, das sowohl =N-C(=O)—Gruppen als auch N-Oxid-Gruppen von (A) und (B) umfasst, und
    (D) Mischungen davon und
    III. gegebenenfalls wenigstens ein Material, das aus der aus Monomeren, polymeren Vernetzungsmitteln, Polymerisationsinitiatoren, Ultraviolett absorbierenden Materialien, farbgebenden Mitteln, Antiseptika bestehenden Gruppe und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt ist.

Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das wenigstens eine Polymer wenigstens ein Polymer umfasst, das wenigstens ein Monomer umfasst, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, 2-Hydroxyethylacrylat, Methylmethacrylat; Methylacrylamid; Methacrylamid; &Ngr;,&Ngr;-Dimethyldiacetonacrylamid; 2-Phosphatoethylmethacrylat; Di-, Tri-, Tetra-, Penta-, ... Polyethylenglycolmonoacrylat und -Methacrylat; 4- und 2-Methyl-5-vinylpyridin; N-(3-methacrylamidopropyl)-N,N-dimethylamin; N-(3-methacrYlamidopropyl)-N,N,N-trimethylamin; 1-Vinyl- und 2-Methyl-l-vinylmidazol; N-(3-acrylamido-3-methylbutyl)-N,N-dimethylamin; N-Methylacrylamid; 3-Hydroxypropylmethacrylat; N-Vinylimidazol; N-Vinylsuccinimid; N-Vinyldiglycolylimid; N-Vinylglutarimid; N-Vinyl-3-morphoIinon; N-Vinyl-5-methyl-3-morpholinon; Propylmethacrylat; Propylacrylat; Butylmethacrylat; Butylacrylat; Pentylacrylat; Pentylmethacrylat; Dimethyldiphenylmethylvinylsiloxan; N-(I7I-dimethyl-3-oxobutyl)acrylamid; 2-Ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-l,3-propandioltrimethacrylat; X-(Dimethylvinylsilyl)-(d-[(dimethylvinylsilyl)oxy]-dimethyldiphenylmethylvinylsiloxan; Butyl(meth)acrylat; 2-Hydroxybutylmethacrylat; Vinylacetat; Pentyl methacrylat; Vinylpropionat; 3-Hydroxy-2-naphthylmethacrylat; Vinylalkohol; N-(formylmethyl)acrylamid; 2-Ethoxyethylmethacrylat; 4-t-Butyl-2-hydroxycyclohexylmethacrylat; 2-(Methacryloyloxy)ethylvinylcarbonat; VinylCS-CS^^-trimethyl-l^-bisCtrimethylsiloxy)disiloxanyl]propyl]carbonat; 4,4'-(tetrapentacontmethylheptacosasiloxanylen)di-l-butanol; N-Carboxy-ß-alanin-N-vinylester; 2-Methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholin und Kombinationen davon.
  3. 3. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das wenigstens eine Mittel zur Erzeugung eines interpenetrierenden Polymernetzwerkes etwa 1 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, bis etwa 14 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, und vorzugsweise etwa 5 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, bis etwa 10 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, der Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung umfasst.

  4. 4. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend wenigstens ein Sulfoxid enthaltendes Material, das aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Sulfoxid enthaltenden Methacrylaten, Sulfoxid enthaltenden Acrylaten und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt ist.
  5. 5. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das wenigstens eine Mittel zur Erzeugung eines interpenetrierenden Polymernetzwerkes eine Molmasse umfasst, die höher als etwa 10 000 ist.
  6. 6. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das polymere Vernetzungsmittel wenigstens eine Verbindung umfasst, die aus der aus wenigstens einem Monomer und wenigstens einem Polymer bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
  7. 7. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das wenigstens eine polymere Vernetzungsmittel ein Polymer mit einer Molmasse von etwa 300 bis etwa 1500 umfasst.
  8. 8. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das wenigstens eine polymere Vernetzungsmittel etwa 0,1 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, bis etwa 8 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, und vorzugsweise etwa 0,5 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, bis etwa 4 %, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, des Hydrogels umfasst.
  9. 9. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das polymere Vernetzungsmittel wenigstens eine Verbindung umfasst, die aus der aus Polyethylenglycoldimethacrylat und Ethylenglycoldimethacrlyat bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
  10. 10. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die optionalen Monomere wenigstens ein Monomer umfassen, das aus der aus Methylmethacrylat und N-Vinyllactamen bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.

  11. 11. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, wobei das N-Vinyllactam N-Vinylpyrrolidon umfasst.
  12. 12. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel zur Erzeugung eines interpenetrierenden Netzwerkes wenigstens ein Mittel umfasst, das aus der aus Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyvinylpyrrolidoniod, PoIy-2-ethyl-2-oxazolin und Poly(4-vinylpyridin-N-oxid) bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
  13. 13. Interpenetrierendes Polymernetzwerk, umfassend wenigstens ein Polymer und wenigstens ein Mittel zur Erzeugung eines interpenetrierenden Polymernetzwerkes, das das wenigstens eine Polymer interpenetriert, wobei das interpenetrierende Polymernetzwerk einen Wasserverlust von weniger als etwa 5,0 Gew.-% nach 5 min bei etwa 75 % Feuchtigkeit und etwa 24 °C aufweist, wobei das wenigstens eine Polymer vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Verbindung umfasst, die aus der aus HEMA und MAA bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist und das Mittel vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Verbindung umfasst, die aus der aus Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyvinylpyrrolidoniod, Poly-2-ethyl-2-oxazolin und Poly(4-vinylpyridin-N-oxid) bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
  14. 14. Hydrogel-Zusammensetzung, umfassend ein Sulfoxid umfassendes, interpenetrierendes Polymemetzwerk.
