Description
- Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Oxyketons der Formel C1sH2s02 Es wurde gefunden, daß man zu Oxyketonen der Formel C18H2802 gelangt, wenn man das z. B. durch Einwirkung von katalytisch erregtem Wasserstoff auf das Follikelhormon Cl$H2202 bzw. sein Hydrat C1gHM03 erhältliche, der Formel C18 H30 02 @entsprechende Hydrierun,gsprodukt des Follikelhormons C18 H22 02 durch Behandlung mit entsprechenden Mengen von Oxydationsmitteln in das Diketon der Formel C18H2602 überführt und dieses durch Behandlung mit der berechneten Menge Wasserstoff partiell zu dem Oxyketon der Formel C18 H28 O. reduziert.
- Beispiel i g des Reduktionsproduktes des Follikelhormons der Formel C1gH3002 wird mit überschüssiger Chromsäure und Schwefelsäure bei 6o° oxydiert. Das so erhaltene rohe Keton C1sH_>6O. wird in Alkohol oder Eisessig gelöst, mit Platinoxydkatalysator versetzt und nun mit Wasserstoff so lange behandelt, bis zwei Atome Wasserstoff aufgenommen sind. Nunmehr wird vom Katalysator abfiltriert und mit Wasser verdünnt. Dann scheidet sich das Reaktionsprodukt als Kristallmasse aus, welche durch Umkristallisieren aus verdünntem Alkohol gereinigt wird. Man erhält den Ketonalkohol der Formel C18H.802 in weißen Kristallen.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Oxyketons der Formel C18H2802, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB, man das Follikelhormonhydrierungsprodukt der Formel C18H3002 mit Oxydationsmitteln zum Diketon oxydiert und dieses durch Reduktion mit der berechneten Menge Wasserstoff in das -Oxyketon überführt. -
