Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pferdeballenschützer.The invention relates to a horse ball protector.
Bekannt sind Formkörper aus Gummi zum Bewahren der Mufkronen und Kronenbeine der Vorderhufe von Pferden tor Verletzungen, insbesondere durch loses Gestein U.dgl., jedoch auch durch die eigenen Hufe des Pferies bei bestimmten Gangarten. Eine derartige Gummiflocke ist oberhalb der Hufkrone im Bereich des Ironengelenkes am Kronenbein gehalten und umgibt ien Huf allseitig wie eine Glocke. Derartige Gummiflocken fledern bei häufiger Benutzung an ihren tändern leicht aus, was vom Pferd,insbesondere bei •chneller Gangart, als störend empfunden wird, inslesondere beim Galoppieren über grasbewachsenes lelände. Außerdem wird kein ausreichender Schutz ier Fessel und überhaupt kein Schutz des Koten lind auch des Ballen erreicht, da diese Gummiflocken nicht unverrückbar am Kronenbein bzw. an ier Fessel des Unterarms eines Pferde gehalten ist, to daß insbesondere bei einer schnellen Gangart •ich diese Gummiglocken verschieben, so daß die Ballrn freigelegt werden und es leicht zu einer Ballenbe- »chädigung , und zwar nicht nur durch loses Gestein U.dgl., sondern durch die hinteren Hufe kommt, wenn iiese Gummiglocken an den Vorderbeinen des Pferdes lefestigt sind. Hinzu kommt,daß es bei derartigen Gummiflocken beim Reiten durch morastiges Gelände zu einer Schmutzansammlung unterhalb der Gummiglocke, insbesondere im Bereich der Hufkrone, kommt, zumal gerade diese Gummiglocken sowohl beim Springsport als auch beim Geländereiten und Jagdreiten eingesetzt werden.Rubber molded bodies are known for protecting the crowns and coronary bones of horses' front hooves from injuries, particularly from loose rocks and the like, but also from the horse's own hooves during certain gaits. Benachbart zu der Nietverbindung 42 weist die Fesselanlageplatte 34 eine schlitzförmige Durchbrechung 37 auf, die etwa senkrecht verlaufand ist und durch die der Feststellriemen 40 zur Anlage an der Innenwandfläche 34b der Fesselanlageplatte 34 geführt ist. Benachbart zu der Durchbrechung 135 in der Fesselanlageplatte 134 ist der Feststellriemen 40 mittels einer Nietverbindung od.dgl. 142 befestigt, und zwar derart, daß über die Nietverbindung 142 ein Abschnitt des Feststellriemens 40 hinausragt, wobei dieser Abschnitt relativ kurz betessen ist. Dieser Abschnitt trägt an seinem freien Inde 40a die Riemenschnalle 41, durch die das andere Inde 40b des vorderseitig herumgeführten Feststellriemens aufgenommen wird. Wird ein derart geführter und angeordneter Feststellriemen 40 angezogen, dann legt sich der Formkörperschaft des Pferdeballen-•chützRrs 10 an die Fessel des Pferdebeines an, so daß der Pferdeballenschützer unverrückbar und fest im Hufbereich zum Schutz des Ballens gehalten ist.
