Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en akustisk kobler til anvendelse ved et lydoverførende rør, som er rettet ind i det ydre øre, og som er indrettet til med sin ene ende at forbindes med et lydudsendende apparat, hvil-5 ken akustiske kobler omfatter et langstrakt afrundet hult hus udført og indrettet til at passe i en brugers ydre øre, hvor rørets anden ende strækker sig gennem det hule hus til akustisk tætnende udmunding i en åbning i husets endedel.
lo Visse former for høreapparater, dikteremaskiner, båndspillere og telefoner, som anvendes i dag, gør ikke længere brug af et ørestykke, som danner en tæt akustisk tætning mod ørekanalen og således udelukker alle lyde udefra.
15 Dette har almindeligvis været tilfældet på grund af det fysiske arrangement af komponenterne i høreapparatet, som frembringer tilbagekobling, hvilket er meget uønsket for brugeren. Ved visse typer af høreevnetab kan det akustiske rør imidlertid indføres i ørekanalen uden noget 2o ørestykke, som lukker rummet mellem ørekanalen og det udvendige af røret. Med denne type af høreevnetab forstærker høreapparatet de mere højfrekvente lyde, som derpå føres til trommehinden gennem røret, og de mere lavfrekvente områder tillades at nå trommehinden direkte. Det er imid-25 lertid også uønsket at have det akustiske rør til blot at hænge og dingle i det ydre øre eller være bevægeligt, så at det berører det ydre øre på løs måde.
Visse for tiden anvendte radioer, telefoner og dik-tereudstyr gør det ønskeligt samtidigt at kunne modtage 3o normale lyde såvel som dem, der forstærkes.
Det er opfindelsens formål at tilvejebringe en akustisk kobler til anvendelse ved høreapparater og andre elektroakustiske apparater med et lydførende rør, som giver direkte adgang til øret for lyde i det mere lavfre-35 kvente område og normale lyde.
Ifølge opfindelsen opnås dette ved hjælp af en konstruktion, som er ejendommelig ved, at det nævnte hus er tilspidsende hen mod endedelen og har et antal deri 146990 2 dannede åbninger, som er beliggende langs omkredsen for at afgrænse ribbedele i det hule hus.
Med en sådan akustisk kobler muliggøres, at de mere højfrekvente lyde forstærkes gennem et høreapparat eller 5 en anden forstærker, medens de mere lavfrekvente og normale lyde kan modtages direkte i øret gennem de langs husets omkreds liggende åbninger.
For at understøtte det lydførende rør og for at kunne regulere amplituden af lyde udefra har den akustiske lo kobler i en udførelsesform ifølge opfindelsen et endedæksel, som er udløseligt fastgjort i den brede ende af det tilspidsende cylindriske hule hus, hvilket endevæksel har en central åbning til optagelse af det bøjelige rør og et antal radialt rettede åbninger omkring den centrale åbning.
15 Opfindelsen skal herefter forklares nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 er et perspektivisk billede af den akustiske kobler anvendt sammen med et lydrør, fig. 2 et lodret sidebillede af den akustiske kob-2o ler anvendt sammen med et lydrør og fig. 3 et lodret endebillede af den akustiske kobler anvendt sammen med et lydrør således som anbragt i øret.
På tegningen er vist en akustisk kobler lo, der har 25 et langstrakt og tilspidsende afrundet hult hus 11, som er af en passende dimension til at anbringes i en brugers ydre øre. Det har vist sig, at den ydre diameter almindeligvis ligger mellem 6,73 mm og 8,51 mm afhængigt af størrelsen af brugerens ørekanal. Den almindelige længde af 3o huset 11 er ca. 12,7 til 19 mm, idet tykkelsen af den ydre kappe er ca. o,8 til 2,4 mm. Det tilspidsende hus 11 har en ende 12 og en indre åbning 14, som står i forbindelse med en åbning 13 dannet i enden 12. Dele af det ydre hus 11 er fjernet for at danne et antal åbninger 15, der på 35 grund af deres symmetriske beliggenhed danner et antal ribber 16, som er dannet i det væsentlige parallelle med den langsgående akse af delen 11. Ribberne 16 kan også være dannet som skruegevind om ønsket, så længe der dannes til- 146990 3 strækkelige åbninger mellem dem.
Den ene ende af et bøjeligt rør 2o er indrettet til at sluttes til et lydudsendende apparat, såsom et høreapparat eller andre ovenfor beskrevne apparater, og en anden 5 ende 21 af røret strækker sig gennem en åbning 14 i det hule hus ind i åbningen 13.
For at tilvejebringe yderligere understøtning, men navnlig for at tilvejebringe et organ til at reducere amplituden af lyde udefra, kan der anvendes en cirkulær skilo ve 22, som, når den anvendes, fastgøres i den bredere ende af huset 11 ved hjælp af en ringformet rille, der udløseligt fastholder skiven 22 på radial måde ved en normal åben stilling af huset 11. Skiven 22 har en central åbning 23 til at optage det bøjelige rør 2o og har også et antal 15 åbninger 24, som er dannet af et antal mellemliggende elementer 25, såsom eger eller runde åbninger eller lignende i et hjul. Åbningerne i skiven 22 kan have cirkulær form, og skiven 22 kan også være udført af to samvirkende dele til indstilling af størrelsen af åbningerne 24. Almindelig-2o vis er det samlede areal af alle åbningerne 24 betydeligt større end den centrale åbning 23. Ved anvendelse af den heri omhandlede akustiske kobler er en bruger i stand til at drage fordel af de forstærkede mere højfrekvente lyde hidrørende fra et høreapparat eller andet apparat og de 25 mere lavfrekvente og normale lyde, som kan modtages direkte i ørekanalen.
