Opfindelsen angår hidtil ukendte 1-phenylcarbamo- yl-3-phenyl-2~pyrazolinderivater, hvilke derivater er ejendommelige ved, at de har den almene formel = cl O j~~y O = C — NH —-- Rj 10 hvori ' er en phenylgruppe, en halogensubstitueret phenylgruppe eller en cyanoalkylgruppe med 1-6 carbon-atomer, og R£1 er en halogenalkoxy- eller halogenalkyl-thiogruppe med 1-6 carbonatomer, og insekticide midler på basis af disse derivater samt anvendelsen af disse 15 midler til bekæmpelse af insekter.
I fremlagt hollandsk patentansøgning nr. 7800071 beskrives substituerede phenyl-carbamoyl-2-pyrazoliner med insekticid virkning. De omhandlede forbindelser, der især i 4-stillingen afviger fra de kendte forbindel-20 ser, har en betydelig bedre insekticid virkning, hvilket fremgår af de i eksempel 2 anførte resultater, hvor de omhandlede forbindelsers insekticide virkning er sammenlignet med den af den i NL patentansøgning nr. 7800071 kemisk nærmest beslægtede forbindelse, 1-(4-trifluor-25 methoxyphenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorphenyl)-2-pyrazolin.
Fra dansk fremlæggelsesskrift nr. 142.028 kendes pyrazolinforbindelser med insekticid virkning, hvori substituenten i phenylcarbamoylgruppens para-stilling er forskellig fra de omhandlede forbindelsers halogen-30 alkoxy- eller halogenalkylthiosubstituent (substituent R2')· Det har overraskende vist sig, at de omhandlede pyrazolinforbindelser har en overlegen insekticid virkning i forhold til de nævnte, kendte forbindelser, hvilket vil fremgå af de nedenfor an-førte biologiske for-35 søgeresultater.
Eksempler på særligt effektive insekticider er: (1) 1-[4-(l,l,2,2-tetrafluorethoxy)phenylcarbamoyl]-3-(4-chlorphenyl)-4-phenyl-2-pyrazolin,

20 De omhandlede forbindelser kan anvendes til bekæmpelse af mider og insekter inden for landbrug og havebrug, i skove og i overfladevand såvel som til beskyttelse af tekstil imod angreb fra f.eks. møl og tæppebiller og imod insekter i lagre f.eks. i lagret 25 korn. De omhandlede forbindelser kan også anvendes til bekæmpelse af insekter, der lever i gødning fra varmblodede dyr, f.eks. køer, svin og høns. Til denne anvendelse kan de aktive forbindelser - f.eks. blandet i føden - administreres oralt til dyrene, således at for-30 bindeiserne i tidens løb ender i gødningen ("gennem-fod-ring" ).
Grundet deres høje insekticide virkning er forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen allerede i små doser i stand til effektivt at bekæmpe skadelige insekter, 35 f.eks. biller, fluer, myg; det har vist sig, at de omhandlede forbindelser er særligt virkningsfulde over for disse insekters larver.

3 serne ifølge opfindelsen i almindelighed til præparater.
I sådanne præparater blandes det virksomme stof med fast bæremateriale eller opløses eller dispergeres i flydende bæremateriale om ønsket i kombination med 5 hjælpematerialer, f.eks. emulgatorer, befugtningsmidler, dispergeringsmidler og stabilisatorer.
Eksempler på præparater ifølge opfindelsen er vandige opløsninger og dispersioner, olieholdige opløsninger og olieholdige dispersioner, opløsninger i or-10 ganiske opløsningsmidler, pastaer, støvpulvere, disper-geringspulvere, blandbare olier, granulater, pellets, invertemulsioner, aerosolpræparater, røglys.
Dispergerbare pulvere, pastaer og blandbare olier, er præparater i koncentratform, der fortyndes forud for 15 eller under anvendelse.
Invertemulsionerne og opløsninger i organiske opløsningsmidler anvendes i det væsentlige ved påføring fra luften, nemlig når store områder behandles med en forholdsvis lille mængde præparat. Invertemulsionen 20 kan fremstilles kort før eller endog under sprøjtning i sprøjteapparatet ved at emulgere vand i en olieholdig opløsning eller en olieholdig dispersion af det virksomme stof. Opløsningerne af det virksomme stof i organiske opløsningsmidler kan forsynes med et 25 phytotoxicitet-reducerende stof, f.eks. lanolin, lanolin-syre eller lanolinalkohol.
Nogle få former for præparater vil som eksempel blive beskrevet nærmere senere.
Granulære midler fremstilles ved at optage 30 f.eks. det aktive stof i et opløsningsmiddel eller dispergere det i et fortyndingsmiddel og imprægnere den resulterende opløsning/suspension om ønsket i nærværelse af et bindemiddel på granulært bæremateriale, f.eks. porøse granulater (f.éks. pimpsten og atta-35 ler), mineralske ikke-porøse granulater (sand eller knust marlow), organiske granulater (f.eks. tørret kaffegrums, skårede tobaksstængler og malede majskolber) . Et granulært middel kan også fremstilles ved

4 at sammenpresse det aktive stof sammen med pulveriserede mineraler i nærværelse af smøremidler og bindemidler og sønderdele det sammenpressede produkt til den ønskede kornstørrelse og sigte det. Granulære midler kan 5 fremstilles på en anden måde ved at blande det virksomme stof i pulverform med pulveriserede fyldstoffer og derpå glomulere blandingen til den ønskede partikelstørrelse.
Støvpulvere kan opnås ved grundigt at blande 10 det virksomme stof med et inert fast pulveriseret bæremateriale, f.eks. talkum.
Dispergerbare pulvere fremstilles ved at blande 10-80 vægtdele fast inert bæremiddel, f.eks. kaolin, dolomit, gips, kalk, benzonit, attapulgit, colloidt 15 Si02 eller blandinger af disse og lignende stoffer med 10-80 vægtdele af det aktive stof, indtil 5 vægtdele dispergeringsmiddel,f.eks. ligninsulfonaterne eller alkylnaphthalinsulfonaterne, der kendes til dette formål, fortrinsvis også 0,5-5 vægtdele befugtningsmiddel, 20 f.eks. fedtalkoholsulfater, alkylarylaulfonater, fedtsyrekondensationsprodukter eller polyoxyethylenforbin-delser, og endeligt om ønsket andre tilsætningsmidler.
Til fremstillingen af blandbare olier opløses den virksomme forbindelse i et passende opløsningsmid-25 del, der fortrinsvis er dårligt vandblandbart, og et eller flere emulgeringsmidler sættes til denne opløsning. Velegnede er f.eks. xylen, toluen, petroleumsdestillater, der er rige på aromater, f.eks. naphtha-opløsningsmiddel, destilleret tjæreolie og blandinger 30 af disse væsker. Som emulgeringsmidler kan f.eks. anvendes polyoxyethylenforbindelser og/eller alkyl-arylsulfonater. Koncentrationen af den virksomme forbindelse i disse blandbare olier er ikke begrænset til snævre grænser, og kan f.eks. variere imellem 2 og 50 35 vægt%.
Udover en blandbar olie kan der også som et flydende og yderst koncentreret primært middel nævnes en opløsning af det virksomme stof i en let vandblandbar

5 væske, f.eks. en glycol eller glycolether, til hvilken opløsning der er.tilsat et dispergeringsmiddel og om ønsket et overfladeaktivt stof. Ved fortynding med vand kort før eller under sprøjtning opnås da en van-5 dig dispersion af det virksomme stof.
Et aerosolmiddel ifølge opfindelsen opnås på den sædvanlige vis ved at indføre det virksomme stof om ønsket i et opløsningsmiddel i en flygtig væske, der skal anvendes som drivmiddel, f.eks. en blanding 10 af chlor-fluorderivater af methan og ethan, en blanding af lavere carbonhydrider, dimethylether eller gasser såsom carbondioxid, nitrogen og dinitrogenoxid.
Rygende lys eller rygende pulvere, dvs. midler der under brænding kan frembringe en pesticid røg, opnås 15 ved at optage det virksomme stof i en brændbar blanding, der som brændstof kan indeholde en sukker eller træ, fortrinsvis i malet form, et stof til vedligeholdelse af forbrænding, f.eks. ammoniumnitrat eller kaliumchlorat og yderligere et stof til at forsinke 20 forbrænding, f.eks. kaolin, bentonit og/eller colloidt kiselsyre.
Udover de ovennævnte ingredienser kan midlérne ifølge opfindelsen også indeholde andre stoffer, der kendes til anvendelse i denne type midler. F.eks. kan 25 et smøremiddel, f.eks. calciumstearat eller magnesium-stearat, sættes til et dispergerbart pulver eller en blanding,der skal granuleres. "Klæbemidler" f.eks. polyvinylalkoholcellulosederivater eller andre colloide materialer såsom casein kan også tilsættes for at 30 forbedre pesticidets vedhæftning til afgrøden. Yderligere kan der tilsættes et stof til at reducere det virksomme stofs phytotoxicitet, bæremidler eller hjælpemidler, f.eks. lanolin eller lanolinalkohol.
I og for sig kendte pesticide forbindelser kan 3.5 også indføres i midlerne ifølge opfindelsen. Som et resultat af dette udvides midlets aktivitetsspektrum og synergisme kan forekomme.

Opfindelsen beskrives nedenfor mere detaljeret under henvisning til de følgende eksempler.
Eksempel 1 10 Fremstilling af l-[4-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluorethoxy)phenylcarbamoyl] -3-(4-chlorphenyl)-4-phenyl-2-pyrazolin.
1,7 g 4-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluorethoxy)phenylisocya-nat blev under omrøring sat til en suspension af 1,8 g 3- (4-chlorphenyl)-4-phenyl-2-pyrazolin i 40 ml tør ^ diethylether. Efter omrøring ved stuetemperatur i ca.
1 time blev der sat 40 ml petroleumsether (40-60) til reaktionsblandingen, hvorefter omrøring ved stuetemperatur blev fortsat i yderligere 3 timer. Det dannede bundfald blev suget af og vasket med petroleums-20 ether (40-60). Det ønskede produkt blev opnået med et udbytte på 3,1 g; smp. 178-180°C.
På tilsvarende vis, hvorved der imidlertid i nogle tilfælde blev udeladt tilsætning af petroleumsether, blev de følgende forbindelser fremstillet; 25 1-(4-trifluormethoxyphenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorphenyl)- 4- phenyl-2-pyrazolin, smp. 175-176°C, 1-[4-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluorethoxy)phenylcarbamoyl]-3-(4-chlorphenyl)-4-(2-cyanoethyl)-2-pyrazolin, smp.l83-186°C, 1-[4-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluorethoxy)phenylcarbamoyl]-3-(4-30 chlorphenyl)-4-(3-cyanopropyl)-2-pyrazolin, smp. 175-177°C, 1-(4-trifluormethoxyphenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorphenyl)- 4-(3-cyanopropyl)-2-pyrazolin, smp. 155-160°C, 1-(4-trifluormethylthiophenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlor-35 phenyl)-4-(3-cyanopropyl)-2-pyrazolin, smp. 183-185°C, 1-(4-trifluormethylthiophenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorphenyl) -4-phenyl-2-pyrazolin, smp. 212-213°C,

Eksempel 2 10 Forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen blev forarbej det til midler ved at suspendere forbindelserne i vand i nærværelse af et dispergeringsmiddel, f.eks. lignin-sulfonat og/eller et befugtningsmiddel, f.eks. naphtha-lensulfonat, et alkylsulfåt, et alkylbenzensulfonat, 15 en alkylpolyoxyethylen eller en alkylarylpolyoxyethylen.
Unge rosenkålplanter af ca. 15 cm's højde blev sprøjtet med de således opnåede midler i forskellige koncentrationer. Efter at planterne havde tørret, blev de anbragt i plexiglascylindre og derpå udsat for an-20 greb fra 5 Pieris brassicae larver (larver af den hvide kålsommerfugl). Cylindrene blev derpå dækket med gaze og hensat, hvortil der blev anvendt en lysmørke cyklus på 18 timers lys og 6 timers mørke, temperatur i lyset 24°C, relativ fugtighed 70%, temperatur 25 i mørket 19°C, relativ fugtighed 80-90%.
Efter 5 dage blev den procentvise dødelighed af larverne fastlagt. Hvert eksperiment blev udført i triplikat. Eksperimenternes resultater er anført i tabel A nedenfor. Forbindelsernes numre svarer til de 30 numre, der er anvendt tidligere i denne beskrivelse.

Eksempel 3
Unge kartoffelplanter ca. 15 cm høje blev sprøjtet med midlerne, der blev opnået ifølge eksempel 2, med forskellige koncentrationer. Efter at planterne var 5 tørret, blev der anbragt plexiglascylindre over planterne. Planterne blev derpå udsat for angreb fra 10 larver af Leptinotarsa decemlineata (coloradobillelarver) og hensat som anført i eksempel 2. Efter 5 dage blev larvernes dødelighedsprocent fastlagt.
