Claims (36)

  1. HØJEFFEKTIV KEDEL UDEN ILDFAST STRUKTUR TIL KALCINERING AF GIPS OG FREMGANGSMÅDE DERTIL
    1. Anordning (10) til kalcinering af gips, hvilken anordning omfatter: et hus (12) med en åben top (16), en bundvæg (14) og en flerhed af sidevægge (18), der strækker sig derimellem; en indretning (20), der er placeret på huset (12) til at modtage rågips fra en kilde og føre gipsen ind i huset (12); et bæregulv (23), der er placeret nærmest bundvæggen (14) til at tilbageholde gipsen i huset (12); mindst én brænder (22), der er forbundet med huset (12) og kan indstilles til at forbrænde en luft-/brændstofsblanding til opvarmning af gipsen; og mindst én spiralformet brænderkanal (28), der strækker sig gennem huset (12) fra den mindst ene brænder (22) og ender gennem bæregulvet (23).
  2. 2. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor brænderkanalen (28) indbefatter en første lineær sektion (30), der strækker sig fra brænderen (22).
  3. 3. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor brænderkanalen (28) indbefatter mindst én sektion (34) med reduceret diameter til at tilvejebringe øget strømningshastighed og forbedret varmeoverføringseffektivitet.
  4. 4. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor brænderkanalen (28) endvidere omfatter: en flerhed af kanaler (38) med relativt mindre diameter, der danner mindst ét flerkanalafsnit (36) af brænderkanalen (28), hvilket mindst ét flerkanalafsnit (36) er konstrueret til at stå i fluidforbindelse med kanalen (32) med den relativt større diameter.

  7. 7. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 6, hvor fluidiseringsunderlaget (54) omfatter: første og anden ydre perforerede plader (56, 58) og mindst ét mellemliggende lag (60) af materiale, der er placeret mellem de ydre plader (56, 58).

  13. 13. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 12, hvor omrøringsmekanismen (62) indbefatter en rørerramme (64).
  14. 14. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 13, hvor omrøringsmekanismen (62) indbefatter en flerhed af omrøringselementer (66), der er forbundet med rørerrammen (64) til omrøring af gipsen stødende op til bæregulvet (23), når rørerrammen (64) bevæger sig.
  15. 15. Anordning (10) ifølge krav 13, hvor omrøringsmekanismen (62) indbefatter mindst én drejbar bærearm (68) til drejbart at forbinde rørerrammen (64) med anordningen (10).

  35. 35. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 34, der endvidere omfatter: åbning af en overløbsventil (82) for at gøre det muligt for tluidiseret gips at trænge ud derigennem, når gipsen når op på omtrent 150 grader Celsius (300 grader Fahrenheit).
  36. 36. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 34, der endvidere omfatter: fjernelse og cirkulation af stagnerende dele af gips stødende op til bundvæggen med en omrøringsmekanisme (62).
