hvor R^· og R2 er H, halogen, N02, NH2, OH, alkyl eller alkoxy, R3 og R5 er H, alkyl eller aralkyl, R4 er alkyl, aryl eller aralkyl, og R6 er H, alkyl, aryl eller aralkyl, og isomere og syreadditionsalte deraf fremstilles ved reduktion af et quinolizinderivat med formel (II)
