Claims (20)
1. Apparat til genvinding af materiale og/eller energi fra affald eller andet råmateriale i fast eller flydende form ved anvendelse af mikrobølgeinduceret pyrolyse eller fordampning, og omfattende en karrusel (1) af ikke-ledende materiale til transport af materiale langs en endeløs bane i en lukket, lufttæt beholder (4), mikrobølgegenererende udstyr (7a) indrettet til at opvarme affaldet, mens affaldet bevæger sig langs den endeløse bane, og et arrangement til fjernelse af fast materiale og/eller udtrækning af væske og/eller at tillade udslip af gas og/eller damp fra den lukkede, lufttætte beholder efter tilførsel af mikrobølgeenergi, hvor karrusellen kan rotere på en i midten placeret, lodret aksel (2) drevet af en elektromotor (3), kendetegnet ved, at der er placeret en indføringsluftsluse (5a) og en udtømningsluftsluse (5b) til indføring og udtrækning af digler eller åbne bakker fra deres endeløse bane på karrusellen (1), og hvor der er en indretning til at styre omløbstallet af diglerne eller de åbne bakker på karrusellen svarende til forskellige sammensætninger af affald eller andet råmateriale.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvori indretningen til styring af omløbstallet af diglerne eller de åbne bakker på karrusellen er indrettet til at styre omløbstallet til et antal mellem ét og fem.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvori midlet til transport af affald langs den endeløse bane befinder sig helt inden i den lukkede, lufttætte beholder.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvori affaldet bæres på én eller flere åbne bakker på karrusellen.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvori affaldet bæres i én eller flere lukkede digler på karrusellen med et arrangement, der tillader udslip af gas/damp fra diglen (diglerne) ind i den lukkede, lufttætte beholder.
6. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 3 til 5, hvori der er et arrangement til genvinding af gas/damp genereret ved pyrolyse af affald inden i den lukkede, lufttætte beholder.
7. Apparat ifølge krav 6, og inkluderende udstyr til generering af brugbar energi fra gas genvundet på denne måde.
8. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori der findes udstyr til genvinding af brugbar energi fra det faste materiale, der fjernes, og/eller væsken, der udtrækkes, fra den lukkede, lufttætte beholder.
9. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 3 til 8, hvori der er en indretning til indføring af vand til den lukkede, lufttætte beholder, hvor en første fase af mikrobølgeopvarmningen kan generere damp til fortrængning af luft inde fra den lukkede, lufttætte beholder, eller kan omdanne damp til hydrogen og carbonmonoxid inden i den lukkede, lufttætte beholder.
10. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvori der er individuelle, mikrobølgegen-nemtrængelige digler til at rumme affald, der skal transporteres langs den endeløse bane, og de individuelle digler omfatter individuelle, lukkede beholdere.
11. Apparat ifølge krav 10, hvori en individuel digel har en specifik vinduesdel, som er gennemtrængelig for mikrobølger.
12. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori der er en indretning til anbringelse af mere end ét stykke hjælpeudstyr langs beholderens omkreds tilgrænsende den endeløse bane, og fastgøringerne af alle sådanne stykker hjælpeudstyr er identiske.
13. Fremgangsmåde til genvinding af materiale og/eller energi fra affald eller andet råmateriale i fast eller flydende form ved anvendelse af mikrobølgeinduceret pyrolyse eller fordampning, inkluderende følgende trin:- transport af affald langs en endeløs bane på en karrusel (2) inden i en lukket, lufttæt beholder (4), tilførsel af mikrobølgeenergi (7) til affaldet, efterhånden som det bevæger sig langs den endeløse bane på karrusellen, og fjernelse af fast materiale og/eller tilladelse af udtræk af væske og/eller tilladelse til udslip af gas, fra inden i den lukkede, lufttætte beholder efter tilførslen af mikrobølgeenergi, inkluderende trinnene til regulering mellem ét og fem af omløbstallet af diglerne eller de åbne bakker på karrusellen for forskellige sammensætninger af affald og andet råmateriale, kendetegnet ved, at materialet i digler eller åbne bakker indføres og fjernes fra deres endeløse bane på karrusellen (2) gennem en indføringsluftsluse (5a) og en udtømningsluftsluse (5b).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, inkluderende trinnet med transport af affald langs den endeløse bane fra to eller flere op til fem gange.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller krav 14, hvor affaldets hastighed langs den endeløse bane kan varieres eller reverseres efter ønske.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 13 til 15, inkluderende trinnet med tilsætning af en katalysator til affaldet før tilførslen af mikrobølgeenergi.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 13 til 16, inkluderende trinnet med indføring af en kontrolleret mængde vand, før tilførslen af mikrobølgeenergi, til omdannelse til damp og derved fortrængning af luft fra den lukkede, lufttætte beholder gennem egnede ventilanordninger.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 13 til 17, inkluderende trinnet med indføring af en kontrolleret mængde vand før tilførslen af mikrobølgeenergi, sådan at damp kombineret med carbon kan omdannes til hydrogen og carbon-monoxid.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 13 til 18, inkluderende trinnet med foring af beholdere til affald med en substans, der absorberer mikrobølger for at muliggøre tidlig forkulning af affald, der i starten ikke absorberer mikrobølger, og derved ikke varmer op af sig selv.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14 eller ethvert af kravene 15 til 19 afhængigt af krav 14, hvor affaldet udsættes for forskellige processer ved pyrolyse under tidligere eller senere trin af transport langs den endeløse bane.
