Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af kulstofholdigt affaldsmateriale med damptermolyse, omfattende: - formaling af affaldet, - indførelse af det formalede affald i en damp-termolysereaktor (4) opvarmet med forbrændingsrøg, idet vanddampholdig røg indføres i reaktorens indre, for at bringe det formalede affald til en temperatur på mellem 200° og 700°C under en damp-termolysereaktion der danner damp/gas-produkter, - afkøling af forbrændingsrøgen til en temperature på mellem 200° og 450°C og udledning deraf, - udledning fra reaktoren af damp/gas-produkterne dannet i reaktoren, - kondensering af de udledte damp/gas-produkter for at opnå et kondensat, - separation af kondensatet til forurenet vand indeholdende restkulbrinter og til olie, kendetegnet ved, ai forbrænding af det forurenede vand der stammer fra kondensatet anvendes som varmeenergikilde i damp-termolysereaktoren (4), idet varmeenergikilden endvidere omfatter forbrændingsrøgen, der stammer fra forbrændingen af et brændstof og/eller fra forbrændingen af ikke-kondenserede gasser opnået ved afslutningen af kondenseringen af damp/gas-produkterne.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de ikke-kondenserede gasser behandles termisk for at opvarme reaktoren uafhængigt af forbrændingen af det forurenede vand, der stammer fra kondensatet.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det formalede affald bringes til en temperatur på mellem 400° og 600°C inden i reaktoren.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor olien der stammer fra kondensatet fordampes til en første fraktion med et kogepunkt som er lavere end eller lig med 200°C, kaldet den lette fraktion, og en anden fraktion med et kogepunkt som er højere end 200°C, kaldet den tunge fraktion.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor kogepunktet for den lette fraktion er på mellem 60°C and 200°C, og kogepunktet for den tunge fraktion er på mellem 201 °C og 600°C.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en del af den udledte forbrændingsrøg kondenseres til vand, som anvendes til selv at generere damp, som anvendes til at opvarme det formalede affald inden i reaktoren.
7. Indretning til behandling af kulstofholdigt affaldsmateriale med damp-termolyse, omfattende: - en damp-termolysereaktor (4) beregnet til at modtage det formalede affald, til at blive forsynet med et brændstof der stammer fra en beholder (10) og til at modtage røg indeholdende vanddamp, for at bringe det formalede affald til en temperatur på mellem 200° og 700°C under en damp-termolysereaktion der danner damp/gas-produkter, hvor reaktoren er tilvejebragt med: * organ (1) til at lede formalet affald ind i reaktoren, * en brænder (12, 12-b) der genererer forbrændingsprodukter, * et hylster (13) der modtager forbrændingsprodukterne for at opvarme reaktoren, * en udgang (8) af reaktoren beregnet til at udlede damp/gas-produkterne, * en røgsuger (14) til at udlede forbrændingsrøg, * en skrubber (15) mod hvilken forbrændingsrøgen udledes, * en dampgenerator (16) til at generere damp fra vandet, der stammer fra skrubberen, og * en damp-overheder (17) forsynet med vanddamp af dampgeneratoren, for at bringe vanddampen inden i reaktoren til en temperatur på mellem 200° og 700°C, - en kondensator (24) til kondensering af de udledte damp/gas-produkterne for at opnå et kondensat, - en separator (25) forbundet med kondensatoren til at separere kondensatet til forurenet vand indeholdende restkulbrinter og til olie, - en lagringsbeholder (26) beregnet til at modtage det forurenede vand, kendetegnet ved, ai indretningen endvidere omfatter et transportorgan indrettet til at føre det forurenede vand fra lagringsbeholderen til brænderen, således at det forurenede vand behandlet af brænderen er en varmeenergikilde for damp-termolysreaktoren (4), idet varmeenergikilden endvidere omfatter forbrændingsprodukterne der stammer fra forbrændingen af brændstoffet og/eller fra forbrændingen af ikke-kondenserede gasser opnået ved afslutningen af kondenseringen af damp/gas-produkterne.
8. Indretning ifølge krav 7, hvor forbrændingsrøgen udledes ved hjælp af en røgsuger (14) til en skrubber (15), en dampgenerator (16) der forsyner en dampoverheder (17) med damp for at bringe vanddampen inden i reaktoren (4) til temperaturen på mellem 200° og 700°C, og hvor skrubberen er forbundet med kondenseringsorganer indrettet til at genvinde vand, der stammer fra forbrændingsrøgen og til at genanvende det til at generere damp ved reaktoren (4).
9. Indretning ifølge krav 7 eller krav 8, endvidere omfattende en fordamper (27) der modtager olie fra separatoren (25) og er egnet til fordampning deraf til en første fraktion med et kogepunkt der er lavere end eller lig med 200°C, kaldet den lette fraktion, og til en anden fraktion med et kogepunkt der er over 200°C, kaldet den tunge fraktion.
10. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, hvor kondensatoren (24) er udstyret med andre transportorganer egnet til at lede de ikke-kondenserede gasser opnået ved afslutningen af kondenseringen af damp/gas-produkterne mod brænderen (12).
11. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, hvor kondensatoren (24) er udstyret med andre transportorganer egnet til at lede de ikke-kondenserede gasser opnået ved afslutningen af kondenseringen af damp/gas-produkterne til en anden brænder (12-a) uafhængig af brænderen (12-b), hvilket muliggør varmebehandling af det forurenede vand.
12. Indretning ifølge krav 11, hvor den anden brænder (12-a) endvidere forsynes med brændstoffet der stammer fra beholderen (10).
