Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Sprøjteindretning anvendt til et endoskop, hvilken sprøjteindretning har et væskeoverførselsrør (2, 91) og en sprøjtedyse (1, 99) forbundet til en distal ende af væskeoverførselsrøret (2, 91) , hvilken dyse (1, 99) omfatter: mindst en spiralformet ledekanal (13, 93) anbragt foran den distale ende af væskeoverførselsrøret (2, 91) ; et væskehvirvelkammer (20, 95) anbragt foran den mindst ene spiralformede ledekanal (13, 93) til at blive forbundet til et udløb deraf; og en åbning (17, 96) udformet ved et centrum af en forreste indre overflade (21, 97, 210) af væskehvirvel-kammeret (20, 95); kendetegnet ved, at den forreste indre overflade (21, 210) omfatter en konkav flade, og at den konkave flade er udformet således, at orienteringen af et tangentialplan, der ligger på et punkt på den forreste, indre overflade (21, 210) nærmer sig orienteringen af et normalplan til aksen af sprøjtedysen (1, 99), når nævnte punkt på den forreste, indre overflade (21, 210) nærmer sig aksen af sprøjtedysen (1, 99). 2. Sprøjteindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den konkave flade er udformet som en sfærisk flade. 3. Sprøjteindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den konkave flade er dannet som en række af mindst to cirkulære, koniske overflader (210a, 210b), som har forskellige diametre og forskellige konusvinkler i forhold til aksen af sprøjtedysen (1, 99) . 4. Sprøjteindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at sprøjtedysen (1) yderligere omfatter: et spiralformet legeme (12) på hvilket mindst en spiralformet rende (13) er udformet; og en slutmuffe (16) på hvilken åbningen (17) er udformet og som er stramt monteret på det spiralformede legeme (12) på en sådan måde, at den lukker en hel periferisk åbning af den mindst ene spiralformede rende (13) til at definere den mindst ene spiralformede ledekanal (13). 5. Sprøjteindretning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at væskehvirvelkammeret (20) er defineret mellem slutmuffen (16) og det spiralformede legeme (12) , og at en indre endeflade (21, 210) af slutmuffen (16) definerer den forreste, indre overflade (21, 210) af væskehvirvelkammeret (20). 6. Sprøjteindretning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at væskehvirvelkammeret (20) er udformet således, at en væske, som udspys fra et udløb af den mindst ene spiralformede ledekanal (13) hvirler omkring aksen af sprøjtedysen (1) i væskehvirvelkammeret (20), idet et aksialt centrum af åbningen (17) er sammenfaldende med væskehvirvelkammerets (20). 7. Sprøjtedyse (1,99), som skal fastgøres til en distal ende af et væskeoverførselsrør (2, 91) , som indføres i og trækkes ud af en behandlingsinstrumentindføringskanal af et endoskop, hvilken sprøjtedyse (1, 99) omfatter: mindst en spiralformet ledekanal (13, 93) anbragt foran den distale ende af væskeoverførselsrøret (2, 91), således at et indløb af den mindst ene spiralformede ledekanal (13, 93) er forbundet til den distale ende af væskeoverførselsrøret (2, 91) ; et væskehvirvelkammer (20, 95) anbragt foran den mindst ene spiralformede ledekanal (13, 93) til at blive forbundet til et udløb deraf; og en åbning (17, 96) tilvejebragt ved et centrum af en forreste indre overflade (21, 97, 210) af væskehvir-velkammeret (20, 95); kendetegnet ved, at den forreste indre overflade (21, 210) omfatter en konkav flade; og at den konkave flade er udformet således, at orienteringen af et tangentialplan, der ligger på et punkt på den forreste indre overflade (21, 210), ændrer sig når punktet af tangentialplanet på den forreste indre overflade (21, 210) nærmer sig aksen af sprøjtedysen (1) . 8. Sprøjtedyse (1) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at den forreste indre overflade (21, 210) er udformet som en sfærisk flade. 9. Sprøjtedyse ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at den forreste indre overflade (21, 210) er udformet som en række af mindst to cirkulært koniske overflader (210a, 210b), som har forskellige diametre og forskellige konusvinkler i forhold til aksen af sprøjtedysen (1, 99) .
