Description
PATENTKRAV
1. Formindretning, som omfatter en første (2) og en anden (4) formpart til støbning af et i det væsentlige aflangt, lukket profillegeme, især en vindmøllevinge af fiberforstærket polymer, hvilken formindretning desuden omfatter en hængselmekanisme (6) med en hængsellinje (7), som forløber parallelt med de to form-parter i formens længderetning, så at disse kan drejes i forhold til hinanden mellem en første, åben stilling, i hvilken den ene, fortrinsvis begge formparters åbninger vender opad, og en anden, delvist lukket stilling, i hvilken den anden formpart er drejet omkring hængsellinjen (7), så at dens (4) åbning vender nedad mod den første formparts (2) åbning, og hvor formen desuden er forsynet med forskydningsorganer til retlinet translatorisk bevægelse af den anden formpart (4) mellem formens anden, delvist lukkede stilling og en tredje stilling, hvor de to formparter (2, 4) er lukket sammen, så at deres indvendige flader i det væsentlige fastlægger det færdige profillegemes form, kendetegnet ved , at forskydningsorganeme udgøres af udskydelige styretappe (8), som er monteret på den ene (2) af de to formparter langs de to langsider, der forløber i det væsentlige parallelt med hængsellinjen (7), samt tilhørende lejeorganer (10) på langsiderne af den anden (4) af de to formparter til optagelse af styretappenes (8) frie ender (9), så at den anden formpart (4) kan hvile på styretappene i formens anden stilling, og hvor styretappene (8) omfatter drivorganer (12) til at forskyde styretappene (8) og herved bevæge de to formparter (2,4) mellem formens anden og tredje stilling. 2. Formindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor styretappene (8) er forsynet med individuelt styrbare drivorganer (12). 3. Formindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor styretappenes (8) frie ender (9) og eventuelt lejerne (10) er koniske. 4. Formindretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den anden formpart (4) er løsbart fastgjort til haengselmekanismen (6). 5. Formindretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor begge formparter (2, 4) langs langsiderne er forsynet med flanger (15) med et antal styrehuller (20), hvis akser er parallelle med styretappenes (8) akser, og hvor hvert styrehul (20) i den første formparts (2) flanger (15) ligger ud for et styrehul i den anden formparts (4) flanger (15). 6. Formindretning ifølge krav 5 omfattende styredome (13) med to koniske ender (18), som er udformet til at gå i indgreb med to ud for hinanden liggende styrehuller (20) i henholdsvis den første (2) og den anden (4) formparts flanger (15). 7. Formindretning ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor styrehulleme (20) er tilvejebragt i hullegemer (14, 17), der er indstilleligt monteret på flangerne (15), så at de kan forskydeligt indstilles i det plan, som forløber vinkelret på styrehullemes (20) akser. 8. Formindretning ifølge krav 7, hvor hullegememe er udformet som runde skiver (14, 17) med et excentrisk styrehul (20). 9. Fremgangsmåde til anvendelse af en formindretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-8, hvor den anden formpart (4) ved hjælp af hængselmekanismen (6) drejes fra den første, åbne stilling til den anden, delvist lukkede stilling, hvorefter den anden formpart (4) ved hjælp af styretappene (8) forskydes fra den anden, delvis lukkede stilling til den tredje stilling, hvor de to formparter (2,4) er lukket sammen. 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor den anden formpart (4) efterfølgende ved hjælp af styretappene (8) forskydes fra den tredje, lukkede stilling til den anden, delvist lukkede stilling. 11. Formindretning ifølge krav 10, hvor styretappene (8) drives således, at den anden formpart (4) bevæges væk fra den tredje lukkede stilling lokalt, f.eks. i den ene ende, hvorefter den øvrige del af den anden formpart (4) bevæges væk fra den tredje stilling.
