Description
Patentkrav: 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en organisk bundet slibeartikel, omfattende trinnene med: a) kombinering afen slibekornsbestanddel og en phenolharpiksbestanddel; b) formning af de kombinerede bestanddele; c) varmehærdning af phenoiharpiksbestanddelen i en atmosfære omfattende fugtighed, hvori atmosfæren kommer i kontakt med de formede bestanddele, hvorved den organisk bundne slibeartikel dannes. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori slibekornsbestanddelen er korn af aluminiumoxid. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori phenoiharpiksbestanddelen indbefatter en phenolharpiks i flydende form. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori phenoiharpiksbestanddelen indbefatter resol. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvori resol er opløst i vand. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori phenoiharpiksbestanddelen indbefatter en novalakharpiks. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter kombinering af en organisk siliciumbestanddel med i det mindste en slibekornsbestanddel og phenoiharpiksbestanddelen. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori slibekornsbestanddelen kombineres med den organiske siliciumbestanddel for at danne det organiske siliciumbehandlede slibekorn og dernæst kombineres med phenoiharpiksbestanddelen. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvori det organiske siliciumbehandlede slibekorn først kombineres med en phenolharpiks i flydende form og dernæst med en phenolharpiks i pulverform. 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori den organiske siliciumbestanddel kombineres med phenolharpiksbestanddelen og dernæst med slibekornet. 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori varmehærdning sker ved en endelig hærdningstemperatur på i det mindste ca. 150 °C. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori atmosfæren yderligere indbefatter luft. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori atmosfæren yderligere indbefatter ammoniak. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori varmehærdningen sker i nærvær af damp. 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvori varmehærdningen sker i nærvær af fri damp. 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, hvori varmehærdningen sker i et kammer, og dampen recirkuleres gennem kammeret. 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori atmosfæren er i kontakt med de formede bestanddele i en periode på i det mindste 5 timer. 18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori atmosfæren kommer i kontakt med de kombinerede bestanddele før varmehærdning af phenolharpiksbestanddelen. 19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori varmehærdningen sker i et kammer, der holdes ved et tryk over det atmosfæriske tryk. 20. Slibeskive fremstillet ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde omfattende trinene med: a) kombinering af en slibekomsbestanddel og en organisk siliciumbestanddel forat danne en organisk siliciumbehandlet slibekomsbestanddel; b) kombinering af den organiske siliciumbehandlede slibekomsbestanddel med en phenolharpiksbestanddel; c) formning af de kombinerede bestanddele for at danne et ubehandlet legeme; og d) varmehærdning af phenolharpiksbestanddelen i en atmosfære omfattende fugtighed, hvori atmosfæren kommer i kontakt med det ubehandlede legeme, hvorved slibeskiven fremstilles, med en i det mindste 9 % forbedret sprængningshastighed i relation til en standardskive med samme specifikation som slibeskiven. 21. Slibeskive fremstillet ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde, omfattende trinnene med: a) kombinering af en slibekornsbestanddel og en organisk siliciumbestanddel for at danne en organisk siliciumbehandlet slibekornsbestanddel; b) kombinering af den organiske siliciumbehandlede slibekornsbestanddel med en phenolharpiksbestanddel; c) formning af de kombinerede bestanddele for at danne et ubehandlet legeme; og d) varmehærdning af phenolharpiksbestanddelen i en atmosfære omfattende fugtighed, hvori atmosfæren kommer i kontakt med det ubehandlede legeme, hvorved slibeskiven fremstilles, og hvorved skiven har en bevarelsesprocent for vådstyrken på i det mindste ca. 89,9 %.
