Claims (6)
1. Rejekonserveringsmiddel omfattende en ascorbinsyreforbindelse i effektiv koncentration og en reducerende sukkerforbindelse i et forhold på 0,1-1 til den indeholdte ascorbinsyreforbindelse.
2. Rejekonserveringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at ascorbinsyreforbindelsen er et medlem valgt fra gruppen bestående af ascorbinsyre, erythorbinsyre, salte deraf og estere deraf.
3. Rejekonserveringsmiddel ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den reducerende sukkerforbindelse vælges fra monosaccharider.
4. Rejekonserveringsmiddel ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 -3, der er i form af en vandig opløsning.
5. Fremgangsmåde til konservering af en reje, der omfatter, at man underkaster en reje, der holdes i levende tilstand, i rå tilstand, der ikke undergår åbenbar denaturering efter døden, eller i rå tilstand, der ikke undergår åbenbar denaturering efter optøning fra frosset tilstand, behandling ved dypning i intervallet 0,3-5 minutter i en behandlingsopløsning til konservering af rejer bestående af en vandig opløsning, som omfatter en ascorbinsyreforbindelse i effektiv koncentration og en reducerende sukkerforbindelse i et forhold på 0,1-1 til den indeholdte ascorbinsyreforbindelse, og derefter konserverer rejen under køling eller frysning.
6. Fremgangsmåde til konservering af en reje ifølge krav 5, k ende-tegnet ved, at rejen er en dybhavsreje.
