Claims (13)
1
1. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår, hvor peptidet omfatter: 5 a. mindst én aminosyresekvens på mindst 6 aminosyrer, som støder op til hinanden i histatin 2, og/eller b. mindst én aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af højst 1 aminosyre i aminosyren på mindst 6 aminosyrer, som støder op til hiin-anden i histatin 2. 10
2. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge krav 1, hvor aminosyrese-kvensen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2 og SEQ ID NO: 3 eller en aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af højst 1 aminosyre i aminosyresekvensen valgt fra gruppen bestående 15 af SEQ ID NO: 1.SEQ ID NO: 2 og SEQ ID NO: 3.

Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge krav 1, hvor aminosyresekvensen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO: 1 og SEQ ID NO: 2 eller en aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af højst 1 20 aminosyre i aminosyresekvensen valgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO: 1 og SEQ ID NO: 2.

Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor aminosyresekvensen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af 25 SEQ ID NO: 4-29 eller en aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af højst 1 aminosyre i en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 4-29.
5. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor peptidet omfatter eller består af en aminosyresekvens iføl- 30 ge SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6. 2
6. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor peptidet omfatter eller består af en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 7-29.
7. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de fo regående krav, hvor peptidet omfatter 8-40 aminosyrer, mere fortrinsvis 12-39 aminosyrer, endnu mere fortrinsvis 27-38 aminosyrer, og/eller hvor peptidet er et L-peptid, og/eller hvor peptidet er et cyklisk peptid.

Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge krav 7, hvor det cykliske peptid omfatter en aminosyresekvens valgt blandt hvilke som helst af aminosy-resekvenserne ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1 - SEQ ID NO: 29 eller en aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af højst 1 aminosyre i amino-syresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1 - SEQ ID NO: 29, og/eller hvor det cykliske 15 peptid har en relativ sårlukningsaktivitet, som er lig med den relative sårlukningsaktivitet af et lineært peptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 4 i en koncentration på 1 μΜ ved en koncentration af det cykliske peptid, som er mindst 5, mere fortrinsvis mindst 10, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 100 gange lavere.
9. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de fo regående krav, hvor peptidet er en dimer eller multimer, idet hver monomer, som danner dimeren eller multimeren, fortrinsvis består af en aminosyresekvens ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, og hver monomer endnu mere fortrinsvis består af en aminosyresekvens ifølge en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID 25 NO: 1 - SEQ ID NO: 29, og/eller hvor peptidet er konjugeret, og/eller hvor peptidet har været underkastet en behandling, som har begrænset peptidets kon-formationelle frihed, fortrinsvis hvor peptidet er blevet begrænset ved tværbinding.
10. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de fo regående krav, hvor der endvidere anvendes en vækstfaktor, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af trombocytvækstfaktor (PDGF), insulinlignende vækstfak- 3 tor (IGF), transformerende vækstfaktor (TGF), hepatocytvækstfaktor (HGF), epidermal vækstfaktor (EGF) og fibroblastvækstfaktor (FGF), til lukning af såret.
11. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af de fo-5 regående krav, hvor såret er valgt fra gruppen bestående af et hudsår, et decu- bitussår og/eller et udvendigt sår.
12. Peptid til anvendelse til lukning af et sår ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor peptidet indgår i en sammensætning, kendetegnet ved, at sam- 10 mensætningen endvidere omfatter mindst én farmaceutisk acceptabel exci-piens, hvor excipiensen fortrinsvis er farmaceutisk acceptabel til behandling af et sår, og fortrinsvis endvidere omfatter en vækstfaktor, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af trombocytvækstfaktor (PDGF), insulinlignende vækstfaktor (IGF), transformerende vækstfaktor (TGF), hepatocytvækstfaktor (HGF), 15 epidermal vækstfaktor (EGF) og fibroblastvækstfaktor (FGF).
13. Sammensætning til anvendelse til behandling af et sår, hvor sammensætningen omfatter et peptid, der omfatter aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 eller en aminosyresekvens med substitution, deletion og/eller insertion af 20 højst 1 aminosyre i aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, hvor sammensætningen endvidere omfatter mindst én farmaceutisk acceptabel excipiens, hvor excipiensen fortrinsvis er farmaceutisk acceptabel til behandling af et sår.
