Claims (14)
- FREMGANGSMÅDER TIL UNDERSØGELSE OG GENETISK ANALYSE AF POPULATIONER PATENTKRAV1. Fremgangsmåde til identificering af én eller flere rRNA-markører fra et antal af prøver, hvor hyppigheden af rRNA-markøreme korrelerer med hyppigheden af et prøveparameter i antallet af prøver, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene med: a) tilvejebringelse af en markørdiversitetsprofil- (MDP) database, der omfatter et antal MDP’er, der er afledt fra et antal prøver, hvor hver MDP er afledt fra en prøve, hvor hver MDP omfatter hyppigheden af et antal rRNA-markører, der er isoleret fra en prøve, og hvor hver af rRNA-markøreme omfatter en polymorf sekvens af et mikrobielt rRNA-gen; b) tilvejebringelse af hyppigheden af et prøveparameter i hver af antallet af prøver, c) udførelse af en korreleringsanalyse af prøveparameterhyppigheden i en prøve med hyppigheden af en rRNA-markør i MDP svarende til den samme prøve, på tværs af antallet af prøver, d) gentagelse af trin c) med mindst én anden rRNA-markør; og e) identificering af mindst én rRNA-markør, hvis hyppighed korrelerer med prøveparameteret.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor antallet af rRNA-markører omfatter hver rRNA-markør i MDP-databasen.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor antallet af rRNA-markører omfatter rRNA-markøreme, der er udvalgt i fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor korreleringen kan udtrykkes ved en korreleringsværdi, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af mindst 0,5, mindst 0,6, mindst 0,7, mindst 0,8, mindst 0,9 og mindst 0,95.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor rRNA-markørhyppigheden er en hyppighed i forhold til den samlede hyppighed af antallet af rRNA-markører i prøven.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det mikrobielle rRNA-gen er et 16S rRNA-gen.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den polymorfe sekvens af et mikrobielt rRNA-gen er fra den intergeniske region mellem et 16S rRNA-gen og et 23 S rRNA-gen.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor prøven er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: en jordprøve, en stenprøve, en vandprøve, en luftprøve, en carbonhydridprøve, en petroleumsprøve og en biofilmprøve.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor prøven er opnået fra gruppen bestående af: petroleum, carbonhydrider, et oliereservoir, et gasreservoir, jord, sten, vand, luft, en bygning og en vej.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor prøveparameteret er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: petroleum, carbonhydrider, olie, gas, en uorganisk forbindelse, et mineral, pH, temperatur og saltholdighed.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor prøven er opnået fra en udvælgelse af gruppen bestående af: et menneske, en plante, et dyr, et foderstof, en cellekultur og en vævskultur.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor prøveparameteret er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af; en akut sygdomstilstand, en kronisk sygdomstilstand, en fysiologisk tilstand og et udviklingstrin.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor prøveparameteret er tid, og hvor antallet af prøver omfatter et tidsforløb.
- 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor antallet af prøver omfatter et tidsforløb, der er anvendeligt til at overvåge miljømæssige genopretningsbestræbelser eller oliefeltfremstilling.
