Claims (8)

1. Tokomponent-klæbesammensætning, der kan blandes i et 1:1 forhold til dannelse af elastiske eller strækbare klæbemidler, omfattende komponent A omfattende én eller flere acrylat- eller methacrylatester-monomerer, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af methylmethacrylat-monomerer, og acrylat- og methacrylatmonomerer med højere molekylvægt, hvor alkoholdelen af monomeren er baseret på en C6- eller højere carbonhydridenhed, og blandinger deraf, og mere foretrukket laurylmethacrylat; en svovlbærende forbindelse, fortrinsvis sulfonylchlorid; komponent B omfattende én eller flere acrylat- eller methacrylatester-monomerer, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af methylmethacrylatmonomerer og acrylat- og methacrylatmonomerer med højere molekylvægt, hvor alkoholdelen af monomeren er baseret på en C6-eller højere carbonhydridenhed, og blandinger deraf, og mere foretrukket laurylmethacrylat; en aminpromotor, fortrinsvis et aminaldehyd- reakti o nsprodukt eller dihydropyridin; hvor enten komponent A eller komponent B eller begge endvidere omfatter en termoplastisk blokcopolymerkomponent, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af a. en lineær styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer, b. en radial styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer med et plastificerings-middel, c. en lineær eller radial styren-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, d. en lineær eller radial styren-butadien-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, og blandinger deraf.
2. Klæbemiddel ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende en adhæsionsfremmende polymer, fortrinsvis en chlorineret polymer, og mere foretrukket en chlorineret polymer, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af chlorsulfoneret polyethylen, chlorineret polyethylen, polychlorprenpolymerer, og blandinger deraf.
3. Klæbemiddel ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende en slagmodifikator, fortrinsvis en kerne-skal-slag-modifikator.
4. Klæbesammensætning ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende en initiator, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af svovlbærende forbindelser, peroxider og blandinger deraf, hvor peroxiderne fortrinsvis er valgt fra gruppen bestående af cumolhydroperoxid, methylethylketonperoxid, benzoatestere, herunder t-butylperbenzoat, og blandinger deraf, og mere foretrukket hvor initiatoren ikke indbefatter benzoylchlorid.
5. Klæbesammensætning ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende en aktivator, der omfatter addukter af butyraldhyd og anilin.
6. Tokomponent-klæbesammensætning, der kan blandes i et 1:1 forhold til dannelse af elastiske eller strækbare klæbemidler, omfattende komponent A omfattende fra 20 til 90 vægt-% af én eller flere acrylat- eller methacrylatestermonomerer, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af methylmethacrylatmonomerer og acrylat- og methacrylatmonomerer med højere molekylvægt, hvor alkoholdelen af monomeren er baseret på en C6-eller højere carbonhydridenhed og blandinger deraf, og mere fortrinsvis laurylmethacrylat; fra 0,02 til 30 vægt-% af en svovlbærende forbindelse, fortrinsvis sulfonylchlorid; komponent B omfattende én eller flere acrylat- eller methacrylatestermonomerer, fortrinsvis valgt fra gruppen bestående af methylmethacrylatmonomerer og acrylat- og methacrylatmonomerer med højere molekylvægt, hvor alkoholdelen af monomeren er baseret på en C6- eller højere carbonhydridenhed og blandinger deraf, og mere foretrukket laurylmethacrylat; fra 0,05 til 10 vægt-% af en aminpromotor, fortrinsvis et aminaldehydreaktionsprodukt eller dihydropyridin; en adhæsionspromotor; hvor enten komponent A eller komponent B eller begge endvidere omfatter fra 5 til 50 vægt-% af en termoplastisk blokcopolymerkomponent, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af a. en lineær styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer, b. en radial styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer med et plastificerings-middel, c. en lineær eller radial styren-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, d. en lineær eller radial styren-butadien-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, og blandinger deraf, men uden anvendelse af benzoylperoxid.
7. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af et klæbemiddel med et 1:1 forhold, omfattende fremstilling af komponent A omfattende én eller flere methacrylat- eller acrylatestermonomerer og en svovlbærende forbindelse, fremstilling af komponent B omfattende én eller flere acrylat- eller methacrylatestermonomerer og en aminpromotor eller -aktivator, hvor enten komponent A eller komponent B eller begge endvidere omfatter en termoplastisk blokcopolymerkomponent, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af a. en lineær styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer, b. en radial styren-butadien-styren-blokcopolymer med et plastificerings-middel, c. en lineær eller radial styren-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, d. en lineær eller radial styren-butadien-isopren-styren-blokcopolymer, og blandinger deraf, hvor forholdet mellem komponent A og komponent B er 1:1, blanding af komponent A med komponent B til dannelse af en klæbesammensætning; og hvor benzoylperoxid fortrinsvis ikke anvendes med hverken komponent A eller komponent B.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, endvidere omfattende tilsætning af en adhæsionspromotor til komponent A eller B eller begge.
