Claims (15)

1. Sammensætning af polymeriserbar termohærdende umættet polyesterharpiks, som ikke indeholder styrenmonomer, hvilken sammensætning omfatter: a) en umættet polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to spændte cycloole-finiske dobbeltbindinger, hvilken polyesterpolymer kan tværbindes ved hjælp af en ringåbnende metatesepolymerisering (ROMP); og b) et katalysatorsystem til den ringåbnende metatesepolymerisering.
2. Harpikssammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den umættede polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to spændte cycloolefiniske dobbeltbindinger, er produktet af reaktion mellem: - en umættet polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to carbon-carbon-dobbeltbindinger, og en cyclocarbonhydridforbindelse med op til 10 carbonato-mer, som indeholder mindst to carbon-carbon-dobbeltbindinger, hvor cyclocar-bonhydridforbindelsen fortrinsvis er valgt fra gruppen bestående af cyclopenta-dien, methylcyclopentadien, ethylcyclopentadien, isopropylcyclopentadien og blandinger deraf; eller - en norbornenforbindelse, som indeholder funktionelle grupper eller bindinger valgt fra gruppen bestående af alkohol, carboxylsyre, -ester og -anhydrid, og en glycol og en syre; eller - en/et umættet polycarboxylsyre eller -anhydrid, en glycol eller polyvalent alkohol og en cyclocarbonhydridforbindelse med op til 10 carbonatomer, som indeholder mindst to carbon-carbon-dobbeltbindinger; eller - nadinsyreanhydrid eller substitueret nadinsyreanhydrid og en glycol eller polyvalent alkohol og en/et anden/andet mættet eller umættet di- eller polycarboxylsyre eller -anhydrid.
3. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den umættede polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to spændte cycloolefiniske dobbeltbindinger, indeholder ikke-cycloolefiniske carbon-carbon-dobbeltbindinger.
4. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den umættede polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to spændte cy-cloolefiniske dobbeltbindinger, har en vægtgennemsnitlig molekylvægt på mindst 1000 og en polydispersitet, som er større end eller lig med 2.
5. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den umættede polyesterpolymer indeholder uspændte cycloolefiniske dobbeltbindinger.
6. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den umættede polyesterpolymer kan tværbindes ved hjælp af en kombination af ROMP og en kationisk polymerisering eller fri radikal-polymerisering.
7. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som endvidere omfatter en usubstitueret eller substitueret cycloolefinmonomer, som indeholder umættethed, for at reducere harpikssammensætningens viskositet, hvilken usubstituerede eller substituerede cycloolefinmonomer fortrinsvis er valgt fra gruppen af en monocyklisk olefin, en bicyklisk olefin, en polycyklisk olefin, en heterocyklisk olefin og blandinger deraf.
8. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det ringåbnende metatesepolymeriseringskatalysatorsystem er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en enkomponent-ROMP-katalysator, en tokomponent-ROMP-katalysator og en flerkomponent-ROMP-katalysator.
9. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som endvidere omfatter en cokatalysator valgt fra gruppen bestående af en kationisk initiator og en fri radikal-initiator.
10. Harpikssammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor cokatalysatoren er en fri radikal-initiator, som omfatter et peroxid valgt fra gruppen bestående af t-butylperoxid, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-(tert-butylperoxy)hexyn-3, di-tert-butylperoxid og 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-(tert-butylperoxy)hexan og blandinger deraf.
11. Harpikssammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor cokatalysatoren er en kationisk initiator, som omfatter en enkomponent-Lewis-syrekatalysator eller en tokom-ponent-Lewis-syrekatalysator.
12. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som endvidere omfatter et eller flere additiver valgt fra gruppen bestående af fibre, fyldstoffer, forstærkningsmidler, befugtningsmidler, sammenflydningsfor-bedrende midler, viskositetsmodifikatorer og pigmenter.
13. Harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor harpikssammensætningen kan hærdes i temperaturintervallet 20-200 °C.
14. Hærdet sammensætning, som er opnået ved at hærde en harpikssammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
15. Anvendelse af ringåbnende metatesepolymerisering til tværbinding af en umættet polyesterpolymer, som indeholder mindst to spændte cycloolefiniske dobbeltbindinger.
